Wow! What can you say. A whole shop devoted to chocolate, but not just any chocolate..... LINDT. The who shop is laid out out so beautifully. There are the iconic brands that Lindt make, such as Lindor which I love. But there is more........the Lindt pick and mix section. You can mix all your favourite Lindt chocolates..... heaven. Definitely worth a visit, and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Customer service was absolutely amazing. My experience here was very good. The staff were helpful and had informed me which lindors had alcohol and weren't halal. Precautions for safety from covid was excellent. They had not allowed more than 6 customers in store. The atmosphere is beautiful here. For every £10 you spend you get a point on the loyalty card. Will definitely be coming here. Value for money and they have offers here which are lower than then retail prices, worth the check 👌🏼

This place is wow! I love it here!!! The actual shop is so beautifully layed out. The service is amazing, especially when given free samples! Of course, Lindt chocolate is beyond delicious so I was pleasantly surprised at how good the prices were for everything. The pick and mix section is particularly fun, with nearly every flavour you could want. It's a shame this shop isn't closer to the entrance of the O2, but it's definitely worth checking this place out, even if it's for a browse around all the aesthetically pleasing displays.

Fantastic chocolate, very friendly and helpful staff, and brilliant organisation of the store for covid reduction. Hand gel at door, one way system in store, and staff even prompting people to use the gel. The pick and mix chocolate balls are wonderful, LOADS of flavours to choose from. Make sure you get the loyalty card if you are a regular!
