Reviews of M&M's World London
G. S.
This place is incredible.
I have been to London a number of times, never been here.
The range of items is uncanny. From clothing to luggage tags, crockery to fridge magnets.
It is incredible what you can find with the M&M's logo on.
Yes, it is a little pricey, that is to be expected in a store, that covers 4 floors, entirely of their own product.
From the photo booth to the personalised M&M's they have a unique grasp of what people want. They are a little quirky but they appeal to the younger audience, which then means the parents cave in and put their hand in their pockets.
I could easily have spent more money in there, but I managed to resist, and in turn talk my kids out of, wanting everything they saw.
It is well worth a visit for anyone with kids, or a sweet tooth, heading into London.
C. M.
A must visit in London with kids, neatly maintained, colourful and well organized store. Personal message or print name on your favorite things is the highlight. Don't miss the m&m personal photo print.
J. T.
Downstairs is a giant wall of chocolate. The world's biggest wall of chocolate. All m&m's except for a small section for skittles. They even have brownie m&m's, which you can try if you don't know what they are! £2.99 per 100g. Peanut ones are at one side, away from the others to lower contamination of allergens. Lots of different colours (not sold in regular shops) available. Like mermaid mix, london mix, solid colours, only blues, white and pink and greys or pastels.
Lots of march, clothing, bags, cushions with sassy sayings, cups and money boxes and more. Giant m&m's characters in window on a rainbow pedestrian crossing - grab a picture with them!
I'm not sure if there is a lift, but I think there might be.
M. A.
I went with my daughter and she went crazy in the place. We got some souvenirs but these maybe little on the expensive side.
The photo booths at Basement 1 were not accepting the contactless payment, although I tried different cards. It maybe some network issue, couldn’t ask some staff as the children got distracted and found something else.
Overall my children really liked the place and loved the idea to dispense
candy of their own choice of various colors.
G. P.
Great place to let the young kids see As well as the old kids massive big store 4 floors of sweets and gifts. Parents need to expect its not cheap but once in a lifetime for the kids to go in
Example asda M&M packs £1 to 2.50 for share packs to by the same in store will set you back £6 as you are buying them lose etc
D. P.
A must do while in London with kids, the m&m store is full of great surprises. You can find the original m&m or personalize your own. You can also find shirts, pijamas and much much more. There's toilets on the basement which is also quite useful when you are traveling with kids. Overall I would recommend this place
S. H.
It is M&M heaven for kids, very clean and organized. You will find chocolate in every possible flavor and color. Also, so many cups, mugs, plates, and little toy things for the kids.
R. S.
Don't forget to make your customized M&M's with your name on it, better yet make one for your loved ones as a gift! A must see spot in London! Great for the whole family!
F. A.
Lovely American style chocolate dispensers. Slightly over priced. Brings you joy walking around. Super busy on a Sunday lunchtime/afternoon. Photo booth available. Shirts and pillows with funny phrases. Great place for both kids and adults. Staff are available to help.
T. S.
HUGE place! Anything you can think of m&m related you can find it here. The lines weren’t too bad either. The kids loved it. The restrooms were out of order, so that was a bummer.
R. D.
Loved it. Truly a sweet tooth lovers dream. Entrance is wide and accessible to all. There are three floors and each floor can be accessed via the stairs or lift. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
L. Z.
Was really excited to visit M&M's World London as I thought I'd be able to find the rare Peanut butter flavour M&M's & Almond M&M's.....No only the normal variety's found in most UK supermarkets, ok so they were rare colours which I don't think warrant the prices.
The shop is well presented though and worth visiting if you want some exotic colours or M&M souvenirs.
TOP TIP - go a few doors down from M&M's World to House Of Candy you'll find Peanut butter flavour M&M's & Almond M&M's there
Z. L. (.
This outlet is huge and you really can purchase lots of interesting items. 1 star off is because all the items are freaking expensive 😂.
R. F. L. S.
My youngest is obsessed with these little chocolates so when she saw the shear volume of M&Ms I thought I have to catch her feet as she dove head first into her heaven! It's always worth a visit and we did treat the kids to a few things and of course a good helping of M&Ms at 2.49 per 100g.... yeah you can imagine how quickly that adds up! But hey, the joy on their faces was worth it and now I'm eating spaghetti on toast for the next month!
c. n.
Great atmosphere, my daughter loved all great variety and the weird and colourful gifts you can buy. M&Ms are quite expensive....see my pic for prices but variety does taste better
M. Q.
Suitable but a little expensive place for children and of course adults who have good memories with m&m's brand. It has ample space, and there are different types of clothes, cups and toys for sale.
S. D. A.
One of the biggest M&M stores I've been to at one of the best locations. It's anm stones throw from Piccadilly Circus tube station. Pop in on weekdays so it's less crowded. There's a huge wall of M&Ms at the basement and tons of M&Ms merch all throughout.
N. D. G.
They have activity areas inside the store. Very colorful especially the wall of sweetness. The novelty items are eye candies and the quality is very good.
S. R.
If you love M&M's you are in heaven, literally everything in M&M's is here. A huge selection in M&M's many flavours and taste and even a unique customisable M&M experience. Just be careful when you start pouring out the M&M's as its measured in weight and before you know it... lol
L. B.
We all love a visit to the m&m world in our house 🏠 ❤ kids always have fun exploring and finding the different m&m's. Cars are super cool 😎 👌we have another cool m&m sweet contraption but personally we just bought m&m's from the supermarket to put in them as it works out cheaper. Also when we did visit this time they had run out of most of the colours in the big tubes. I would suggest a little visit when passing 😁
D. J.
Great to look round, plenty of merchandise on sale to buy, great to see the store keeping up with COVID guidelines, limiting numbers etc I felt a little more comfortable to go in and browse! There's so much here, you could spend so much money easily here!
P. S.
The entire place smells so delicious. Very conveniently located. Multiple floors of chocolates, candies, and cute merchandise arranged in a pleasing way. Bit pricey, but have seasonal deals. Always crowded.
J.
Loads of options of M&Ms, plenty of colours you can't get from a normal bag from the shops. Staff is friendly, family friendly and enjoyable. Prices are high, but is understandable. Bring your family for an enjoyable time!!!
S. B.
If you love M&Ms this is the place to go. This shop is huge and has something for everyone. Purchased a couple of mugs and a blanket. It's an attraction in its own right.
S. D. W.
Located between Leicester square and Piccadilly circus
Lovely store
It’s a giant store opposite the Lego store another main attraction
Lovely specially if you love M&M’S
4 floors devoted to M&M’S
A bit pricey but great selection of products from bathrobes to mugs and more
Open 7 days a week
Monday to Sunday
Expect long queue specially in the summer
M. M.
Everything about M&Ms: mugs, blankets, t-shirts, slippers and of course, a lot of colourful M&Ms.
Don’t go there during weekend. Too many people.
L. F.
Never realised that you could devote about 5 floors to M&M's!!
Very interesting place to visit and a must of you're an M&M fan...
Every single conceivable colour of Coating on an M&M you can imagine and you can even personalise your own M&M's!!
Loads of accesories for sale and fun place for kids.
They had 'Brownie' centred M&M's when we went and these are a limited edition. If you are a choclate fan you HAVE to try these!!.
C. h.
Nice and big. Lots of m&m gifts to choose from, a random bit of anything. Ok place to visit once.
B.
Great place for a 30min adventure with family and friends. Most probably the best part of the store is the second floor with the massive amounts of pick and mix m&ms. The one downside is the price which is a bit high to be honest, but if you got money and you enjoy m&ms products then knock yourself out.
R. S.
We went on New Years day. It was busy with kids. Been long time since I came back. I'd love to come back again soon.
o.
The perfect place to bring your family and get a bunch of goodies. They have fairly good prices and I have to say they don't have all the flavors though. That was the biggest let down for me was that but it is a huge place with 3 floors and lots to see. For future travel and food adventures follow my Instagram @officialgetfresh
P. O.
Always a fun idea to do in London! 4 floors tall, full of colours and Flavours! You can make your own mix of m&m’s!
A. V.
Lovely place for kids (obviously) but also for adults. Some of the merchandise is really cheeky and fun. The crowning glory is the print your face on M&Ms feature. The kids will get really excited throughout the process and end result is awesome!
S. L. T.
I was amazed! A places like this should be "illegal"! Lol! Too many M&M's to choose from! I mean I'm an adult and I got excited and confused! Infinity stars for this place! I loved it!
I. B.
Nice nice shop very clean and tidy. But really ur there for the M&M's lol... Thing that was a let down. A lot of the m&m shoots to fill Ur own bags weren't working. Well. The Shop had only just opened when we go inside from queuing. And I would say at 20 shoots in all. Well. If had been half way thru the day then I would expect more break downs. Thinks they need to sort this problem out. But was fun and help shave a hour off out day.
T. m.
Lots of different merchandise and chocolate all around. When we went, there were no tubs, just the bags to fill. Unfortunately, there were no scales in sight, so you couldn't tell how much you have in the bag until you're about to pay. Slightly overpriced for what it is really, but nonethess a good treat on a family day out if you like M&M'S.
R. E.
What a crazy experience. Super busy but great fun for the kids. A word of caution - the price for the "choose your own" M&M's is double that of a normal supermarket or sweet shop. I understand the whole "experience" side but DOUBLE the price is a bit cheeky. All in all a good time had with the kids.
J.
This place is amazing. If you're a fan of chocoaltes and especially m and ms then this is the perfect placw. A high range of clothes and toys are for sell and downstairs has a very big range of m and ms that for a good price you can buy at a good price.
J. C.
Yummy is all I can say about this perennial favourite. A treat for the senses. You wonder if you are tripping on LSD in all its psychadelia!! Everyone becomes a kid! Its fun to be one. The kids go mad. The parents roll their eyes. The crowds for once make it worth it. I have spent many hours there as my children grew up amd have spent lots of money at the altar of this World. The best part is now they are older i get to still see the child in them without having to spend!! The magic and joy of this world is something to enjoy and celebrate!! Give it a go! Definitely visit it when you are in London. Come back again and again!!!! And then there is the merchandise!!!!! Not sure it floats my boat but everyone else loves it!😃😝💥
K. S.
You can buy a mixture of different flavors and colours in here. M&M brownie flavour is a limited edition. You can buy souvenirs, toys and clothes. Place is little crowded.
p. d.
A good place for tourists visiting London. The store has longest chocolate wall in the world.
S. B. B.
Children and the young at heart love this three storey store in London. They have turned a shop into an experience. It sells every colour and type of M&M. Very colourful, looks like a shop from a child's imagination. Sells fun M&M related accessories and merchandise too. Good for photos and selfies.
S.
Typically very busy... Good-ish photo opps... free entry and the best thing is being able to self dispense however much of the type and colour M&Ms that you like... but beware, at £2.49 per 100g the treat definitely is not cheap (especially if you were to compare to any other convenience store or supermarket).
J. L.
Great place , a lot bigger than expected.smell of chocolate was amazing!
E. T.
So beautiful and worth a visit! Expensive but the brownie m&ms are so good!! Expensive but it's just nice to go. The que is long but its nice that inside isn't too crowded and the line goes down quick :)
S.
4 floor exclusively dedicated to M&m's its the paradise for all! The store was really beautiful! Full of various products of the brand the prices vary and adapt to all budgets which means that all wallets find their happiness! The omnipresent smell of chocolate in the store is just intoxicating it makes you want to eat everything haha the staff are very nice, attentive they were able to meet our expectations very quickly! In the store there are several promotions which is advantageous to satisfy us even more! The decor with the M & m's characters are great for taking pictures you also have several really fun photo booths to keep a memory that you can also receive by email or message! I really enjoyed my visit here if you like chocolate you have to go there 🍫🍫🍫🍫😋
F. J.
Loooove it! What could be better than an M&M wall and the interactive features are excellent
If you are in London then you need to visit M&M World
W. B.
Been here with my Miss few years ago when we still in Essex. Bought the M&M blanket for my Miss souvenir!
s. H.
Great shop, has a photo both for £4 great value as they email you extra copy of your pictures, plenty of photo opportunities. Queuing system due to covid but wait time in line less than 10 minutes.
M. L.
A sweets and treats shop, which maintains a false marketing on a sign where you would win 50 pounds in products if you post a photo on Instagram and follow some rules, we did and saw that it was a lie, even in an advanced country like England it still happens! !
N. K.
Amazing! 4 floors of M&M merchandise and sweets (so much sweets). They have everything from M&M PJs to M&M cutlery and shoelaces! It's a good pitstop to make if you're visiting the area
I. A. D.
Most of the things over priced but then what else one would expect from a shop in Leicester Square. 🙂
The good thing is that they have got variety of M&M that one would not feed elsewhere.
They also have an interesting product to print faces on the m&m. A small portion you can buy for £20.
I am giving 3 stars due to pricing.
J. B.
If you love m&m this is the place to be this shop is just mine popping lots to see and have fun looking around staff so happy and polite so disappointed with the toilets they are so run down I expect m&m toilet just bit
N.
Felt like a kid! Love how you can pick your own m&ms and so many colours. The new brownie ones are the best!
A. L.
This store needs no advertising. It’s simply the best M&M’s store and each visit there is a joy. Of course it can get a bit crowded but the wall of candy and the smell of chocolate will calm you down quite fast. I love to see the kids happy faces each time they are discovering new things in the store. Prices are ok, they always have items on sale which makes the store affordable. They have toilets on premises which is a plus giving the fact that you will be there for a while. The only thing I am confused about is why they wouldn’t improve the way the M&M’s are dispense into the little boxes. Kids are pressing too hard to release the candies and you then have to pour some of the candies back (which ,a staff member told me , are being thrown away). Maybe come up with a system that collects all the extras that are not taken home and as long as they are not touch, use them or make donations boxes for children that can’t have the opportunity to come visit. 😊🙏
R. D.
Everything M&M's can be found here. Shop wisely as some items can be found in other shops for less. Top things to do custom M&M's with your face on them and pick a mix M&M's pick your choice of colours and flavours. Be prepared to spend in this store.
C. K.
So many M&Ms!!! I cannot help but wince at the prices, my kids managed to fill two bags that cost us 35quid! But we spent a happy half hour in there, and the amount they got should last them a few weeks :)
D. T.
Had to queue around 15mins to get in. My three girls loved it. Spent a fortune on chocolate!!
M. H.
I like M&M's but for the life of me I can't figure out why there's a store (3 floors at that) filled with merchandise that no sane person would purchase apart from the sweets themselves which have a huge markup. Yes, the printing your face on M&M's is a fun gimmick. But really, who buys all the other things. People I think buy just for the M&M bag.
B. H. (.
Very bright, colourful place, with a lot of merchandise to a brand that you may not expect. Some areas closed due to current circumstances, but plenty to browse. Usual thing is cost though, the typical tourist trap, but it's a once in a blue moon visit. Good for the lil ones to experience.
A. S.
Fun place to be. Things to look at and take part in. Smells like chocolate which is lovely. Expensive but that's to be expected.
L. J.
Great location. Lots of floors with tons of m and m merch. Stuff are a bit pricey but there are occasional deals. Perfect for the lover of m and ms.
V.
All things M&M!
Right under the W hotel in Leicester Square.
You can't miss the place....huge, bright, yellow!
Absolutely worth a visit....chocolatey peanutty fun.
Pick your favourite colour and argue to your heart's content that it tastes different to the others!
No one believe you? Why does it matter...you've got your own colour-matched bag of M&M goodness!
You can even get your own photo' printed on/personalize the M&M's.
Chocolate or peanut?
To each their own.....but....
Peanut! 😁
J. D. (. D.
Fairly expensive for M&M’s but my children loved looking at all things M&M, they loved the sweet sweet smell, but as an adult it made me feel sick. A great place to visit with the family
n. r.
The m&m lovers … this is place you should visit in London… very huge stores and it’s very beautiful…
J. B.
Queued to enter due to limiting numbers in store. Fast queue so not a problem with an excited 7 year old. Great selection of items and M&M memorabilia. Even print an image of your choice onto an M&M. A must visit if in the area.
H. A.
It’s amazing place! It’s perfect for chocolate and m&m accessories and good looking.
E. Á.
Very touristic place but if you are visiting London it's a must to go there. There is anything you can imagine from M&M's. From special and limited M&M's to clothes, mugs, or toys for the little ones! You will not regret to have visited it!
A. B.
Good fun, got our faces on to m&ms. Great range of products, perfect for a m&m fan.
L. B.
Nice shop for buying sweets 👍
Toilets looked 👎
Prices are higher than airport for the same product 🤔
A. C.
I have missed out on visiting M&M World London previously and was actually quite determined to visit as a family. A bit underwhelmed, unfortunately. I definately expected a lot more M&M sweet and chocolate options and flavours, as opposed to the large amount of M&M branded merchandise. The pricing for the M&M's was also quite expensive, considering that you could buy pretty much the same options in a store for less - I mention this, because especially when you are taking children to the store the expectation would be that they can get some M&M's, but a general grocery store would probably offer similar options. On a limited time visit to London I wouldn't put this as a high priority stop, but a good one to "tick off" on the proverbial list of popular places.
H. D. S.
The kids had a blast! Loved the smell of chocolate! I missed the buzz of the west end and this store definitely has that!
J. G.
Fun shop. Way bigger than expected. Perfect for taking kids, or just as adults wanting to get some expensive M&Ms. (they also print your face onto M&Ms 😲)
M. S.
Those m&m are amazing and very unique, far more colours and taste choices then you can find in basic shop in a packet! Loads of other stuff with M&M logo. Such a fun store for any age, very friendly staff!
T. S.
It's great for the kids. But is just a big shop over 4 floors selling nearly the same stuff on all floors! Would be good if they had some informative information on how they are made!!!
W. A.
Cool shop.
Very tidy with friendly staff.
Such a fun store with all the big statues of the M&Ms.
S. A.
Loved our experience. Staff was great specially Musthpha guided us and helped us at the store. Highly recommended if anyone visiting London must not miss this place. Ideal for both adults and kids alike.
M. v. d. K.
Fun colourful store with a sweet smell. You can print your face on M&Ms! :)
Would give five stars if they swop the clothes with more activities or interactive options.
V. N.
Incredible place! Really beautiful and fun to visit, specially if you're a kid or have kids! It smells amazing and it has some interaction stuff like photo booth and a space to create your own M&M stamp! 😁😁
D.
Minus the overpriced merch, it is a very cute shop for a chocolate franchise.
T. K.
Really crazy busy and super overpriced, but lots of fun and smells delicious. I took the kids to kill time and could have easily dropped a fortune. Really nice for the kids and parents alike. Recommended.
E. E.
We love this place , every time we get distracted from the toys and many other things that you find in the store. Our favourite are peanut and crispy one.
A. B.
Nice store with some interesting features to look at but a complete rip off completely targeted at tourists. Chocolate is way to over priced given there is no special flavours unique to the stores.
C. C.
Crazy busy. Fun place if you like the brand. Need more tills as the queue to pay was looong.
M.
A good time for adults and children. It's expensive but that's to be expected. Bring enough money to buy what you want without worry. Staff are great and friendly.
P. h.
There is about four floors in this store filled with M&Ms items for sale,
very bright and clean , prices not to bad. Loved the M&Ms statue's at the front of store. Very busy.
H. W.
❤️ Amazing place loved every minute of it lots of cool 😎 m&m merchandise will go again
N. A.
Great experience👌🏼 A very popular and busy place! A little too crowded as there wasn’t much chance of doing social distancing but overall cute products and lots to choose from. The queue was quite long hence lengthy time wait 😬
M. S.
Where do I begin. So first, a bit about the store itself which is located in the heart of London's tourist central, a minute walk from the public underground (tube) station and nearby buses, rickshaws and taxi ranks, easy to reach and surrounded by awesome shops, entertainment, movie cinemas, restaurants and various great iconic historic places to visit. So, as I enter, it was noticable how very clean the store entrance was which is always a plus for me. The music was upbeat, modern and nice to bounce along to which makes this fantastic place of grown up joy & wonder fun to visit for all age groups. I was greeted by staff member Amor whom enthusiastically instructed me on H&S protocol to wear a mask and sanitize my hands. Great start! Initially I had no intention on visiting but decided to go in anyway and enjoy my day out. Whilst inside and looking around like a lost squirrel in nut heaven, I picked up a couple of quirky items since the prices were absolutely in line with my mindful spending habits hahaha. At the checkout I was met by very friendly staff whom gave me a great fuzzy feeling on my purchases but then to top it off store Manager Emma really put the cherry on top with excellent customer Care and such hospitable interaction when asking about other items and price comparrison which made me want to have another look around again feeling really good about my purchases made. Then I bumped into Amor again with his long wavy hair as he reminded me to scan the barcode after my purchase for additional discount savings. Yes please! This then prompted me to go on a bit of a self treat spend which I absolutely deserve and enjoyed completely guilt free hahaha. Staff were so friendly and accommodating to show me even further discounts of the day which was even better for my purse strings than expected. It wasn't at all about sales but rather about cost effective investing Haha. It was an absolutely delicious experience for me and I can proudly say to any other grown up, parent or like myself an adult kid; if you want to feel great about treating yourself to something sweet and fun without breaking the bank, this is definitely the place to go with or without kids but for me it was a must to do so without hahaha yes because I deserve it. Thank you Emma, you're fabtabulous and made my experience one to remember. Amor, that's some great hair you have man, don't cut it, but keep it neat and thanks for following me around like a private bodyguard for the friendly tour and making my day fun. Keep up the good work! Overall I had a really good and fun day at this M&M store and walked away with bargains, discounts and feeling well looked after. Thank you.
A. L.
Definitely had the wow factor when we walked in. We have been before but the kids had forgotten how big it actually was. We negotiated with the kids this time that they could have a piece of the merchandise each but no m&ms. They are about £8 for 250g and last time we unknowingly spent £43 on 3 bags! Not worth it at all as they're no different than in tesco. So we bought a bag of large m&ms for each of them from tesco instead. There's a lot to choose from and the smell of chocolate is pumped in through the air on system. Staff are very helpful but the shop has been absolutely heaving both times we went in. Massive tubes of overpriced m&ms on all floors. There is home ware, yous, keyring and magnets and a clothing section. Lots to choose from. Kids loved it.
E. H.
Every visit to London and this is a must. So many sweets to choose from and little nick nacks to take home.
M. C.
Nice store, some activities to do inside. Lovely idea with personalised M&M's. Sad that are the same items on every floor, no thematic floors or something like this.
S. A.
The line was big but does go down quickly, lovely atmosphere and staff, the prices are a bit pricey for what you get, but overall its just a nice place to visit
D. A.
Its just a huge shop selling Clothes, and pretty much anything else you can think of with M&M logo stuck on it but at 3 times the price. Don't let your kids get a pick a mix without super vision as it'll cost you a fortune, 150g is £2.50, so the supervised bag cost £4.00 the unsupervised cost £18.00. 🙈 We popped into Tesco later and a large bag was £1.00😢.
D. R.
If you like M&Ms you'll love this place. If not it's rather average. Beware the pick n mix section - displayed price is low but half a bag needs a modest bank loan to fund...
J. B.
Does what it says on the tin. Also toilets were free to use which was a bonus as my two can't seem to go more then 15 kins without needing the loo. Lots of photo opportunities too!
C.
Its very cute and you have a lot of choice of products here!!
G. D.
Wow! So many M&Ms. My 4 year olds first visit. She was amazed. Busy but crowds were well managed.
I. B.
A very good experience for tourist. Along with the many colors of chocolates it has a lot of M&M merchandise including shirts and cups.
It is highly recommend to sign to store's Wi-Fi and check the special offers by email.

Always a worth a visit with the children in half term, they love it!!
B. C.
Lots and lots of choice of chocolate m&m some with hazel and some with peanuts etc etc. The mini candy dispenser was amusing, why would anyone use them as whole pack of m&m will finished in a blink.
This place also offer wide variety of souvenirs for tourists.
Due to covid19 mask was mandatory, customer service on the front door offer free mask for tourists whom forgot to bring one. Very impressive with the excellent health and safety shopping environment they offered. Even Michelin starred restaurant didn't offer free mask on entrances
C. N. F.
Great to visit and take photos. Bought some merchandise that was on sale but couldn't justify the pri e of M and M's in store.
R. B.
I've never seen anything like this store, 4 floors of everything M&M, great shopping experience and got a few bargains in the sale
i. j.
Definitely a great place to go as you walk in the smell of chocolate is awsome, each level has some thing different, hand sanitizers are out,one way up and down, toilets are on the same floor as the entrance an you can buy awsome merchandise.
A. T.
The best place in the world! Awesome amount of merchandise and massive candy walls. Friendly staff and everything's clean, highly recommended.
v. l.
With the kids, O yes absolutely beautiful place to shop, things are a bit expensive but I guess there are varieties of M&M, beautifully decorated and stunning location as well!
R. T.
If you like chocolate this is the place for you! Chocolate wall where you can select the m&m’s if your choice looks pretty cool, but be careful they come out rather fast and could end up paying more than you wanted.
J. S.
There was so much to see and loads of photo opportunities. We also managed to come away with a few bargains. Despite there being lots of overpriced stuff, it was the only place in London where we didn't feel like we had to break the bank to get the kids a souvenir. Get there very early if you don't want to queue.
M. L.
Cool place to visit and get some chocolates. Bit pricey but cool 😎
L. B.
Came here a few years ago and it was excellent, but the reason I have only given 3 stars is it just didn't feel the same and this time I took my young daughter, and it just felt meh, don't get me wrong it was still a good visit ut just didn't feel the same.
N. M.
Fun experience, expensive for chocolate but that was to be expected. Nice place to get London M&M souvenirs
a. c.
Amazing experience for all the kids.
4 stores shop.
Prices very high but a beautiful store.
M. E. H.
The kids would love this, Great variety of marchandise and chocolate, fill a bag with the colour of your choice, about £2 per 100 grams
A. P.
All the time when my brother is coming to London to visit me he wants to go to M&M and is not a kid anymore an my daughters love that. They never said No to M&M. To many floors to finish in only few minutes. You need to have time if you want to enjoy it and obviously the card with you. Is impossible to go there only for a quick viewing. We can wait for the next visit!!!!!!
F. S.
The smell made me (33yr old) hyperactive, so bear in mind if you' revisiting with small humans. Massively overpriced for items available in Supermarkets. Printing your own photos on the M&Ms is kind of cool and a nice keepsake, if you can manage to resisit eating them. They have those cool little Penny presses though which was a nice touch.
C. S.
Friendly and helpful staff, big busy store with different floors with all sorts of M&M merch and treats. Smells so good too !
M. S.
Thanks to Oliver for the coupon, here’s a 10% off anything - use it while you can 🤣 The store itself is great, immerses you into the childhood and contributes to an extreme sugar rush after the M&Ms wall tasting.
H. B.
Great place 🤩♥️but it's getting too expensive
A. W.
I wish they had peanut butter M&Ms in there cause if they did I’d be in there a lot more frequently! Lovely - especially if you have kids!
M.
It's got some great merchandise. The shop is looking a little tired lately and the actual m and ms are overpriced. Nice experience to have though.
G.
Daughter loved it, not my cup o' tea though. Spelled sickly sweet and is just a cash grab of anything. Def learned from the book written by jelly beans.
J. B.
Love it! Great place to visit, especially if you love m and m chocolate, love the tops and the variety of choices they have to offer. M and m london is so breathe taking and a whole different experience. So many bright colours and novelty gifts to choice from. My infant children loved all the colours that was around the shop, they didn't want to leave.
ר. ב. נ.
I call this place: M&M amusement park indoors!
If you want immidiate joy you should go inside ths store in center London!
A. R.
It's a great fun for kids and adults, but as you can expect prices are eyes watering 😅
t.
As my name starts with an "M", how could I not rate this place so highly. The one thing i would definitely recommend is the beautiful colours of m&ms you could get. Yummy.
P. v. G.
Four!!! floors of M&M's, M&M gadgets, clothes and funny attractions. A must see for you and your children.
S.
Real good place to look around. Brilliant for kids. Not too expensive and plenty to do and see close by as well.
F. G. C.
You should to go if you are fan of m&m’s
T. A.
A lot of fun with kids ...lot of variety m n m to try and gun things to buy and ofcourse a must try is the photo kiosk there ...got lovely 2 sets of gun pic for 4 pounds worth it
D. M.
This is probably a Five Star venue for those that love this kind of thing. It's fun, colourful, full of sweets and cool displays, and it's right in the heart of London's Leicester Square. I get it... I think.
It's definitely something any visitor to London should check out. Especially those with kids - of any age. There's a lot to see, even if you're just popping in to have a look. And quite a few of their displays are interactive. Plus, you can always buy a range of M&M's you wouldn't be able to buy in a normal shop or supermarket.
If you're a tourist, go see. If you're bored, go see. Why not.
C. L. (.
My young kids loved this shop, unfortunately my wallet didnt. lots of floors with lots of colourful overpriced chocolate and m&m products. Please check out the cabinet with bags of m&ms to use as a guide, it shows how much you can get for £5 and it's not alot, you could easily spend £30 without thinking about it. I'm guessing one of the coloured tubes is around £2000 retail. However, the store was full and staff were helpful and friendly.
J. D.
Great place to check out with kids! Would have been 5 stars if the Men's restroom had not been out of order.
F. N.
Best place for sweets lovers. Smells of sugar every time you enter and is always stocked of products and people of similar taste. Plus, it has numerous amounts of choices for their M&M's.
A. G.
Lovely place with lots of M&Ms of every colour. You can even personalize your M&Ms with your face and name and choose the colours you like to have them printed on. It was a great experience for the kids. They had so much fun just taking pictures and selecting the icons to be printed on the M&Ms. Great place to shop for gifts for M&M lovers.
M. H.
A great experience visiting the M&M shop in London. So much on offer. Walls of M&M's!
It is a bit pricey! Keep an eye on the weights you add to the bag... it soon adds to a small fortune!
Had it not been so expensive it would have been 5 stars! The kids enjoyed it and that why we went
S. Z.
This place made my sons birthday amazing, in his eyes! Fred and Shan were absolutely chatty and funny. All the staff helped every way they could, with no attitude. The staff explained the sweetie system in great detail so we were not lost at all. Perfect place to treat your children!
P. M.
Was surprised there was such a shop, and upon walking in was shocked even more to find it had 4 floors. Anything and everything you could possibly think of is in this shop and branded with m&m so great for gifts etc. However when we went alot of the m&m dispensers where out of use, both male and female toilets were out of use and the shop was roasting it was that hot we had to leave.
L. S.
A fun store to go to,
but quite expensive to buy M&M's there
S. S. T. E.
M & M World is the largest candy store in the world at 35,000 sq ft and occupies 4 levels of everything M&M. You'll find M&M's chocolates - of course! - and all kinds of related merchandise, like t-shirts, mugs, toys, key chains etc
You can even print your face on the candy chocolates! It's a great place to get all kinds of interesting of souvenirs.
If you're visiting with kids, they'll think they're in candy heaven! It has the world's biggest candy wall and 100 types of M&M chocolates! (You didn't know that, right? Well, now you know)
For me, the best part is, you'll get free M&M's samples! Enjoy!
G. s.
Love this shop but need lots of money to buy everything I wanted lol. Did find a few bits to buy.
B. S.
Absolutely fantastic place to visit with the family. There's so much to see. There's chocolates of various flavours and colours. You can have your own face printed on M&M's. There's accessories and t-shirts and clothing and cushion and mugs. All kinds of weirdness from the wacky world of M&M's. Definitely worth visiting!
D. P.
It's a good place to go in between visiting bigger attractions the chocolate wall was cool but watch out for the sweet bags they can tip slot in.
B. M.
Super fun store, bright and colourful, many different items for sale, lovely displays
M. B.
Big store full of mm's. I love to buy the special colors and Limited edition flavors. Perfect for souvenirs too
C. K.
Can be VERY busy. But it is to be expected in Leicester Square.
Staff are friendly. Most things are slightly on the expensive side. But when there is a sale the offers are great!
K. S.
Been a few times but was a little disappointed this time. There is nothing new and a distinct lack of clothing g merchandise in all kids sizes. Seems to be a lot of empty space in the store this year and the entrance is not as well presented as previously for the children
M. D.
A very nice place in Leicester Sq in London. Currently due to Covid, there are almost no queues to get in. M&M spreads across 3 storeys, it’s full of chocolate, all merchandise you can think of - T-shirt’s, gifs, cups, toys. It’s all there. Place to take colourful photos. We found the loose M&M to be the best value, otherwise you end up paying for a lot of plastic. Great experience, kids & adults loved it! Definitely worth visiting, just after a budget before you come in haha.
Child friendly.
J. H.
Great for kids to have a look around, if you are an M&M fan there is plenty for you to buy and kids & adults were lovely the M&M pick a mix - though that is pricey.
N. L.
This place is amazing and completely beyond imagination. It has everything inside the store right from chocolates mix and match clothes mugs customise name on the m&m keychains school bags everything. Definitely worth visiting store in Leicester Square and also it has 4 floors of M&M.
F.
Great if you have kids or you just love M&M's, great M&M themed gift collection available including toys, clothing, accessories & of course the iconic sugar coated chocolate multi coloured choice of M&M sweets in large or small quantities.
V. C.
Smells amazing. Looks great, bright colours lots of merchandise from small pillows, clothing, stationery, mugs/cups to keyrings and souvenirs.... you can also grab a bag and fill it up with all the different m&m options but be mindfully as can be a bit pricey and there are no scales so you will only know the weight when you go to the tills.
N. N.
Smell is amazing, great sale prices
E. N.
It was good. I got £30 is M&M just from 3 bags which is a rip of and the smell in the store is so strong of peanuts it made me dizzy because it was so heavy. Other than that great place to let out your chocolate dreams 🍫
A. T.
The M&M store has several floors and they have fun goodies including M&M PJs, kitchen accessories and so much more! They have sales going on now with 50% off on some gifts and they even had an M&M tea pot for £4.
Today they had a special M&M édition with peanuts and hazelnuts!!
m. l.
Who knew you could find so many M&Ms in one place?!? Thanks to really helpful and friendly staff, a visit here was the highlight of our trip to London for our 8 year old daughter....well worth a visit!
A.
Chocolate fan must visit here!
Largest chocolate wall was so fantastic.
Do enjoy smell of chocolate!
I have really enjoyed. So much fun and so much stuffs that i would love to buy.
N. K.
Fun for kids Lovely to take pictures but sadly a bit overpriced clothing wise an ordinary jacket and matching pants or even shorts.Nothing is less than 20- 25£
Next time ill stick to just buying candy 😀
L. G.
It's a great and unique sweet shop in the heart of London. The store has several floors of busy and overpriced chaos. It's a unique experience that can't be found anywhere else however if you've been once I think there is no need to return.
T. B.
What more can you say about this place, it has M and M but so many colours to choose from.
Some great gifts and house hold items all brand M&Ms. Even if you not a fan it's worth the vist
J. B.
This is a lovely store, bright colourful and fun to look around, but everything is wildly overpriced. 3 half filled bags of m&m's came to £46.97😱🥵I nearly died of shock at the till but I purchased them as I had already promised the kids....but never again.
M. J.
Love it in there always go when I'm in London, very friendly and helpful staff, and socially distance is adhered to, will definitely be going back 😀
K. l.
Fantastic store, visited on a trip to london, it was smelt amazing upon first entering however that smell become sickly in a sense. The mini cooper is awesome, i'd happily roll in that car. The store size is waaayy bigger than i expected. There is tonnes to see and a lot of novelty items. I certainly liked it over all
J.
Very fun and well decorated shop with a chocolate scent. I enjoy doing the pick & mix with all the different colours and flavours however they are overpriced in my opinion compared to buying M&Ms in a convenience shop. Only other downside is fairly long queues and the lower floors get quite warm with all the people.
c. g.
It's a sweet shop spread across a few floors with as much stuff for sale as possible that's been branded with M&M's. Ideal place to risk catching covid with the chocolate wall that we stayed away from. Staff were polite and helpful.
E. R.
Wonderfully colour full and tasty
Pity it makes me fat 🤣
G. G.
Well is a place with all chocolate and its smell, what else can you ask if you love chocolate. The m&m I got some of the crunchy and brownie ones. Delicious
S. T.
If you like M&M's this is a must see... If you don't... Don't go!!!
They have containers of every flavour and colour of M&M but be warned this is at premium pricing ...
C. K.
Very friendly place. Probably kids beat place to visit while you're in London. Centrally located and many interesting things to explore inside the store. It's not just the chocolates but far more then the imagination. Don't just think you are going to spend some time, it will take far more time when you actually start going inside and the underground store.
M. B.
You don't have to love M&Ms to enjoy this place. Its full of colour, friendly staff, and lots of cool/unusual branded stuff. We would have spent longer here were it not so busy. If you want to browse, avoid weekends.
It's not ideal for pushchairs or wheelchairs.
The self serve M&M (&Skittles!) Are great, even to look at, prices for a small container start at £6.99 but they also have self fill bags which start from a lower price.
There are some character statues that make for awesome pictures, but there aren't managed queues for these so it's a bit chaotic.
The store is huge, but it attracts huge crowds, so our experience was definitely tarnished by visiting on a busy Sunday afternoon.
Its absolutely worth a visit, but if you want to take your time or have a shopping list, avoid the weekends.
S. S.
My Friend Feeaz Ishfaq absolutely loves this place - I haven't been buy he loves anythint candy and leister Square. Brought him for 36th birthday- made a grown up boy very happy
A. B.
A large store with a wide range of sweets and products available, spread across a number of floors. Plenty of staff available throughout the store and they all seemed nice and friendly.
J. B.
Lots of M&Ms, we didn't spend more than 5 minutes in. Maybe better for younger children
L. H.
WOW!
Amazing place .
Never been in this kind of place .
Very wonderful.
The staff was very nice
Huge place!
It’s place that you have to visit even for one time.
Many things to buy for kids , it’s heaven for kids .
Very busy place, better to visit there around the opening time .
D. H.
This place is great to head to as a first time tourist visit just for its whacky over sized M&M displays. However I would suggest avoiding purchasing anything here, or visiting to purchase. The prices are barbaric, to the point you can buy a bag of M&Ms 30 seconds down the road for 1/5 of the price they charge here. This place is also a tourist trap, and as such on weekends you will not be able to move in this shop.
r. s.
Delighted place no entry charges but you would definitely buy something as everywhere M&M
Found parking just min away but cost me £17 an hour. Its next China gate but couldn't go due to young children. Lots of other places around to explore.
B. S.
Great for the kids, but a few areas were cordoned off - not sure whether it was down to covid or not.
J. L.
I love M&M and this store is amazing! Spread across 4 floors, the store is filled with all sort of merchandise you can think of, from peanut to rainbow colour M&M, socks to PJs, Christmas gifts and a range of colourful M&M dispenser & toys to M&M branded clothing. You name it they have it! However, prices are quite expensive but it's still worth a visit for the experience.
A. S.
Love this store. 😀 is so huge 😍such a variety of M&Ms !
R. G.
This is the great place to visit in london. Whereas they have huge amounts of verity’s chocolate. M & m world is world’s largest m&m store. You can pick at your own. Most likely children love to play there and see largest amounts pf chocolate. It has 3 floors. They also sell m&m clothes, shoes, toys, such things. You must visit this attraction. It’s in london not too far.
T. K. [. f.
If you love chocolate especially M&M, M&M's World in London is place to stop by! There are lot of M&M merchandise such as t-shirts, gadgets, Lego, pyjamas and keychains! It's few storey high and contains high variation flavor of M&Ms!
J. B.
It's very cool place to visit, lot's of variety of stuff available. I had really great interactions with the staff, they all seem to love working there which is refreshing and I really appreciated the help in picking out a gift for my girlfriend. Like any tourist place in central London it is unfortunately very crowded and things are priced at the high end
E. E.
I go to this place every time I visit London as I love getting the different colours and limited edition flavours 🤤
M. C.
Very busy shop. Wow. The colours really pop. So many different items made from M&Ms. So much choice for everyone. Not just children. I really love the tubes of coloured M&Ms. It looks so cool. Each floor has checkouts, so getting through the payment section is very quick. Also, staff are very happy to help and have a great smile while serving you. Will be returning.
L. M.
I not the most grown up person in the world (56 yrs old) so when I was taken here I was literally a kid in a sweet shop. Every possible colour of M&M on the planet. Fantastic
m.
This place is called M&M's World for a reason, but to clear up any confusion, this place is dedicated to selling things all things related to the confectionary known as M&M's. There's more than enough M&M's themed clothes, toys, sock baby clothes, and yes lots and lots of varieties of lots and lots of different coloured M&M's to keep the young and not so young happy. If this place doesn't make your inner child squeal with delight, then you're probably dead inside.
A. S.
Absolutely loved my visited here. Last time I was in one of these stores was America! The chocolate is pricey but the store is good fun overall. Could do with a bigger lift though.
A. C.
Really really busy and unexpectedly huge - 3 floors. Very large range of products, well displayed and good quality but quite expensive, especially the packaged M&Ms! Both lift and toilets out of action.
C. C.
If you have no money, go inside and smell how expensive this place is and walk straight back outside, knowing that you'll spend most of your trip money if you did buy. But overall, great for tourists and really amazing experience inside! I recommend for everyone! Even a poor one like me :)
A. L.
The smell of M&M's World is incredible and the range of merchandise/sweets available is impressive. Got my picture taken with Red which was a surprise. Staff were fantastic too. Bathrooms on site.
R. S.
Absolutely mind blown! So many things to see in here, loads of different options of m&ms between different flavours and different colours including creating your own with text or a picture.
M.
Huge on multiple levels smells of m&ms I think they must pump an artificial choc smell into it. Have your face printed on an m&m!
N. S.
I checked it out around 11:30 in the morning and it wasn't as busy as I expected. Massive floor space! Tons of unique M&M's merchandise to buy as well as all kinds of flavors and colors that I didn't know existed. You can get your face printed on M&M's! Pretty cool store all around.
B. A.
Had to que for around 10 mins outside but once we were inside it was a really good shop for the family. Spent £33 alone on M&Ms - They obviously spotted us coming miles off
A. R.
This is a Childrens place , very brightly coloured and very expensive! Toilet facilities poor when we were there as only the baby change room in use. I was only there because my god children wanted to go in. Personally not my sort of place .
M. M.
Extortionate but OK to visit with kids. Customer infront of me nearly had a heart attack when his daughter bought a tiny puck and mix bag and it came to £45
a. s.
M&M world was a nice experience .... they have made good use of the colours of the m&m bites ... the vibrant and colourful interior gives it a good feel ... there is lot of merchandise on sale from kitchens , phone covers, soft toys to fridge magnets ... it is spread over 3 floors and has products of the companies in various packaging available... it has good gifting options too ... overall nice place kids will love this
B.
M&M World in London is very similar to the one at NYC's Times Square and makes a nice place for enthusiasts and families with children to visit. Here you can find all manner of M&M candies, labeled merchandise and related souvenirs.
Our personal favourite thing to see at M&M World would be the large number of M&M dispensers which are lined with excited children (and adults) rushing around, filling their bags with various colours and flavours of M&Ms. This is fun to watch, even if you are able to fight the urge to do the same.
Yes, the shop is touristy but it’s a fun place to visit and take pictures. And who doesn’t like seeing the stuffed M&M characters, even if you don’t regularly eat M&M candies?
M&M World in London is located in between Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus and has late opening hours. This makes it easy to pop in while passing through this area of London.
A. A.
Love it. I know is expensive but everything they sell make wonderful gifts.for the little one. I love the way they display their candy I love the clothing the plates.
The staff is very friendly and helpfull.
L. W.
If you love M&M'S, you'll love the M&M'S shop. It's full of chocolate, sweets and M&M'S merchandise. The whole place smells amazing. Prices are on the high side, but this is an amazing place to visit.
T. B.
It's average. They pump a synthetic chocolate smell into the building which I find makes me feel a bit sick. It's massively over priced. There are no scales around so you don't know how much you are spending on m&ms until you get to the till. I paid £16 for the equivalent of 6 sharing bags.
Y. F. H. C.
It’s a great experience. But the price in there was a bit expensive I think.
J. F.
Took my grandaughter to London to see the sights for her 18th birthday so took her into a few stores she wanted to go in hopefully I gave her the experience of her life for her 18th .
J. L.
Great experience but most the m&ms were closed off. It's also very overpriced but great to walk around & see. Added bonus of having free public toilets.
ג. א. פ.
Touristic attraction at it finest, many merchandise. The crispy m&m dispensers were broken at my visit time, the prices however are high, 2.5 pounds for 100 grams.
P. C.
Great place for the kids and adults we go every time and love the smell and clothing is good quality I brought my daughter a rain coat in 2017 and still has it and this bank Holiday got a treat met LadBaby absolutely lovely couple
S. G.
Huge M&M’s shop, the smell inside makes you take those chocolates and eat them as soon as possible. The great time to visit the shop is in the evening, before they close, as the day time crowd disappears, so you can enjoy your visit to M&M’s shop.
T. S.
Located close to Leicester Square underground station, this store offers an amazing product range from different flavours of M&Ms, clothing and souvenirs. The store layout is easy to navigate through and the staff are so helpful and offer great advice, a must go if your in central London or want a day out
R. d. s.
Great store with different kinds and different flavours of M&Ms. Great place for kids.
k. w.
Nice place to visit, specially with children.
J. v. B.
Awesomeness on all 4 floors!
The M&M experience is through and through - Definitely worth paying a visit.
Be prepared though, there is a heavy smells, but it's a minor complaint - If you like M&M's you should be just fine 😊
B. B.
Great experience. Pricey but worth it.
So much chocolate!!
R. G.
If there is a paradise for children, it probably looks like this.
I mainly dropped by to see the place and take photos as it amazes even if you don't plan to buy anything.
"Everything M&Ms" you can only thinks of - toys, cups, clothing and, of course, A LOT of chocolate:
huge bowls with different colours of beans and you can fill your bags with various colours.
Can get pretty crowded as this is a very well known place situated in the very center of London.
C. T.
Lots of M&M trinkets. Also, an awesome amount of M&Ms to choose from and a few that may bypass the bag straight to your mouth. I do wonder what happens to those that fall through the sieves
R. H.
The world's largest M&M shop. The shop is a little bit pricy but we still bought a large bag of M&MS, a blanket and an M&M dispenser. Worth a visit just to be able to say you’ve been. You can even personalise your on M&Ms.
S. A.
What an amazing place to be with my kids
K. R.
M&M's world at Leicester is famous for being the largest candy store in the world. It's got 4 floors for merchandise, cartoons, statues and candies of you-guessed-it-right "M&M". They're proud to showcase the largest wall of "chocolate" in the world. You can choose from a wide variety of M&M's of all the possible colours. They've got variants like crispy, peanut, Skittles etc.
You can also get your picture clicked and embossed on the M&M. It's basically chocolate paradise...
a. m.
Beautiful place so much fun things to do inside chocolates price are bit high good for kids
A. M.
Very beautiful place to be visit when u in London, suitable for kids, definitely not suitable for those who on diet😂
J. C.
So cool and worth waiting in line for!!! 4 floors of all different kinds of M&M's!! You can take pictures and customize your own M&M"s
l.
Best place with friends and family you can smell the yummy chocolate and also i like m&m
M. G.
The sweetest place to visit on the map of London, placed on Leicester Square. Not only for kids. You can buy m&ms in any possible colour. They also offer personalised ones - with your photographs printed on them!
D. A.
This place is huge. More than you can see in photos. However, despite the great walls of m&m’s, I couldn’t find something valuable to buy. Anyway amazing experience.
n. f.
The biggest world's candy wall! Candy everywhere and the related merch. Tee shirts, kids clothing, bags, and so many people! There are so many different kind of m&m that you have a hard time choosing among them. It's kind of an experience going there, for grown ups as well as kids. A bit expensive, and so crowded!
A. S. (.
It's a very wonderful place and it's huge! Totally worth for some pictures! Sadly the prices are a little bit extreme, and the store is ALWAYS packed so it gets a little hard to just see everything in it and appreciate it all.
B. G. H. o. b. s.
What a funny, bright shop. I came there with my child and he was absolutely fascinated with the filling station on -2 floor. Sweets with his favourite colours. Other branded souvenirs I found rather pricey, but I fully understand why. Very convenient for push chairs as there is a lift. Beatles theme on the ground floor is great.
Y.
Maybe a good place for taking photos and M&M’s fans, but the products are not attractive enough.
B. M.
Have been before, was very fun but in my last visit the crispy M&M's were off limits which was sad. Overall had a great time
A. S.
Great store and experience.
However, there is only 1 machine to do photo M&Ms. The personalising machine kept breaking down and there wasn't enough staff around to help out. It took 2 hours to take our photo and get our personalised M&Ms because of the problems.
We arrived at the store at 8pm and went straight to so this, by the time we finished, it was closing time so we didn't get the chance to look around the shop.
A.
It's a nice shop, smells great and lots to look at, a little touch of NASCAR would make it better though, seeing as one of the biggest driver's main sponsor is m&m's and there are plenty of tourists from the USA and curious UK motorsport fans.
W. G.
If you love candies ,here the place to go visit in LONDON THE M&M STORE ,choice of varieties flavours and assorted stuff good for presents for love ones this Christmas, I enjoyed it, gives me back my childhood, lovely experience!
P. M.
Magic place where you can buy every kind of m&ms.
Perfect for children and choco lovers
E. R.
Totally overpriced, not much to do, just buy buy buy! My daughter liked the experience though, my wallet less so!
C. M.
Love this shop. Great staff, loads of amazing branded M&Ms merchandise. Clothes, crockery, toys, and of course sweets. In all the colours. Want you to face printing on some M&Ms? No problem. The only thing we couldn't find was a football for our little boy. Great shop. We go every time we're in London.
G. B.
If you love M&M's this is a must when visiting London, if you dislike M&M's then the shop is still well worth a visit.
Based over several floors the shop is full of M&M style products from baking gear, shoe laces, umbrellas, clothing, you name it they probably have it oh and not forgetting the actual sweets, enough sweets to sink a ship. It boasts the largest chocolate wall you have ever seen which is full of colour and every type of M&M. You can personalise your chocolate too.
D. C.
Spread over a few floors, there's a number of quick activities and selfie oppos for those who wish to partake. You can pick up M&Ms for every colour of the rainbow, put your photo on them, personalise them. Expensive if you want to buy bags of M&Ms
T. E.
Good place to visit if you haven't been already.
F.
The m&m Store in London ist really worth seeing. ITS a huge Store with four Levels of Candy Merchandise. You can a Lot of Merchandise related to The characters Like all kinds of mugs and T-Shirts or buy m&m Candy with Special flavors. IT IS also possible to personalise your Candy. You can Pay in all four levels. In My Visit The ground Level cashier was packed but The cashier in The lowest Level was alsmost empty even in a sunday.
Y. D.
I love this store. Just same problem like everywhere else. No delivery and a lot of things out of stock.
S. S.
GIANT candy (chocolate) chain. If you have been in one, you have been in them all. That having been said, they have all the colors and all the marketing for M & M if that is what you want. It is a huge store, so even though it is busy, it is not unbearable. AND they have a penny machine! No sampling! Conveniently located between Leicester Sq and Piccadilly Circus. look out their windows to enjoy the activity below.
I. B.
Great place for kids!
A. K.
Great attraction within licester squere and if you are there deffinetly worth to check itnout. Although it is a 3 story M&M shop there is way more to it. There are great colorful statues of your favourite M&Ms offering a great oppirtunity for photos. If you are lucky you might acctualy be able to take pictures with there mascot. Also if you feeling hungry there is always a chance of leaving this place with lots of M&Ms, although they do tend to be pricy. There is also a tone of othere exlusive merchendise here from plushies, mugs or even T-shirts. If your in the area deffinetly go visit.
L. W.
Que to get in looks long at first but goes down very quickly, most of the stuff inside is merchandise so if you dont want to look like a walking advertisement i suggest you go to -1 to the m&m pick and mix, due to shortages most of the dispensers are closed but theres still all the types available exept crunchy, i suggest going to the till at ground floor to check out or atleast any till other than the one at -1 (it gets very busy), so yea cool experience.
J. P.
Was massive. I brought the largest amount of m&m that I have seen. Such a shame that the crispy m&m counter was closed would have loved to eat them.
G. G.
M&M's merch galore! For some very strange reason, my kids love it!! Honestly don't know why, because I have not seen my kids eat M&M's ever
F. B.
Great shop. Amazing displays and well spaced out. A must see when in the area! Staff friendly and helpful
K. C.
Good experience expensive and personalised photo machine extremely busy and not enough if them especially when there's space for more
S. G.
The place was packed, which is kinda ok as I was also a contributor (to it being packed). The displays of sweets, apparel and other marketing items were quite impressive, butthe price of goods, especially the sweets is outrageous! Even at half the price, the prices would be too high. Very disappointed that I couldn't buy a small bag of sweets at a reasonable price. I bought 3 tee shirts and left feeling quite ripped off.
C. M.
I love this place. It’s chocolate heaven. I’m so happy with my m&m peanuts and blanket. It’s so cool with the amount of m&m merchandise. T-shirt, pj, cups, bracelets, and power bank, plus more... you have to go. Three floors of of chocolate... plus if you’re lucky like I was you meet an M&M
S. B.
The land of excess chocolate. Huge variety avalible and walls of m&m's for you to pick your own if you wish.
There are bargains to be had in the sales sections on each floor and lots of free m&m's being handed out.
There are currently chineese new year specials on with dragon toys that pop out sweets.
Well worth a visit if you have never been before.
f. d.
Fantastic place to go with the kids. Huge variety of products related to the M&M brand, which are great for gifting. The prices are quite steep though.
P. D. H.
Yo go in M&M world is like sweety paradise.
I brought thr offer of buy one get one half price on the decorated sweets
D. L.
Great place for kids...but be prepared for your bank balance to take a hit...well expensive
M. N.
As soon as you near the building you can already smell the chocolate that is inside!
Can get rather crowded, especially on weekends. So try and go midweek if possible. And be prepared for some heavy spending if you are looking to shop and not just browse!
A. C.
Great little tourist place. Smells lovely , staff are all friendly. There is a machine that turns your 1p's into m&m souvenirs (at the cost of £1). Kids were happy with that. Most of the merchandise was quite expensive. They even sell skittles now & the whole complete range of m&m's
T. C.
Yumm!! 🤤🤤 What an awesome awesome store! M&Ms galore! Love it! Can’t help but grin when your surrounded by so much chocolate and colours 😎
J. Y.
Funky shop. For m&m lovers it’s great, but I didn’t see the hype. Got some m&m’s as a gift for someone-cheaper to buy normally
S. F.
Our family trip to London always include a visit to M&M's World 🤩 great atmosphere, great merchandise to buy ...definitely a must go to place if you love chocolates 💕
R. H.
Massive store, perfect for M&M lovers with lots of choc and merch, however there were no peanut butter M&Ms which seemed odd for such a big store with every other flavour and a lot of the dispensers were out of order which can be disappointing if it’s the one you want
D. H.
Awesome retail experience. The store is so vibrant and well laid out. Plenty to see and lots to do. You can even personalise your own M&M's.
d. R.
Very expensive for what you get. The chocolate Wall is a way to extort money from you as the bags are very easy to fill and there is no way to know how much you have spent until you get to the till.
K. T.
Definitely a very interesting place to visit. This collosal shop has merchandise for every occasion. Things that you wouldn't even consider to be related to m&ms are present and available for purchase. Everything m&ms branding of course. With every purchase you can get a cool blanket for only £4. But that is the only cheap thing here, I wish the prices were a bit lower so I could overdose on my sugar intake without going bankrupt.
C. A.
Brilliant I love it here. You can smell the chocolate as you walk in. Also have a few items on sale so you can grab a bargain. Kids love it here. Just a word of warning.. don't let your kids fill the sweet bags themselves. I put a few of different sweets in a bag and it still came to £5. I saw kids with bags full must be well over £30.
N. P.
The m&m's word for all m&m's lovers. It is really nice to see it when you are in London. Is very big with a lot of sweeties and gadgets
k. n.
Four storeys of sweetness and multi-color candies. 😁 All sorts of colored m&ms lined the walls waiting for you!! The decor with hanging m&ms from top floor down is a nice touch. An interesting decor is an enactment of Beatles crossing the road. Besides the candies, they also have a variety of items such as clothes, containers, etc. Easily accessible by underground and exit at Leicester Square station.
S. A. G.
Modern contemporary chocolate fun house design.
There are many things to shop and buy; chocolate, t-shirt, books, souvenir; you name it!
Things can be bit pricey; hey it is M&M ok...
B.
It's a nice place for a look but don't buy the candy it's at least 3 times the price as the high street. Unless you want the unique flavours.
M. B.
Encanthed world of MeM's. Is fantastic, you can see/buy a many diferents kind of MeM's, make your own mix of MeM's, clothes, cups, bottles, big scultures the MeM... is a wonderful place. Prices are expansive, but you can only play there haha.
r. b.
I really enjoyed this experience- great place to visit and great for the kids although I thought a little expensive- all the staff are friendly and always ready to help with any price question- it's a shame the price tags are so small - it was really funny seeing miss orange out with the customers having their photos taken- a great experience for everyone all ages
M. L.
It’s hard not to feel like a kid again in this place!
I really enjoyed the experience (and the shopping), but what I liked the most was the delicious chocolate smell all over the store from the minute you go in.
The staff is delightful! A must go while in London.
N. T.
We went to M & M World for my daughters birthday (yes especially) - after visiting London before, of all the sights, it was M & M World that was the best apparently :D . The shop is amazing, lots and lots of mainly useful (clothes, blankets bags) M & M branded items, as well as lots of fun things to see and buy. The dispensers are always a hit! I would expect to pay full price as I imagine the rent in Piccadilly isn't that cheap! Its a very large store and has plenty of real people serving at the tills! This was great as the man that served us was super lovely and chatty to her, asking questions about her birthday etc which made her feel special and made all the difference :) Would go again :)
L.
There are 4 floors to explore. From the time that you pop in and all over the shop you can smell the whiff as you open a bag of m&m.... You can find anything like shocks, towel, water bottles, plates, blankets, slippers, pyjamas, gadgets, tshirt, m&m costumes, bags, backpacks, souvenirs, key rings, kitchen equipment, bowls, pillows, phone cases, robe, m&m dispensers, glasses, mugs, a big variety of colours and flavours of m&m's and you can even make your own m&m with your face and your stamp on it to eat...
K. B.
😘I highly recommend it , fun a lot of candies .Spread across 4 floors, the store is dedicated to the popular sweet M&M’s with exclusive chocolates, merchandise plus limited editions and seasonal items. Visitors can get the opportunity to meet the well loved M&M characters and have their photo with an iconic London Bus from the 1960’s.
M&M’s World is also home to a special chocolate wall which allows fans to create their own custom blend from a range of 22 colours.
No chocolate fan should miss this fun and exciting attraction in Leicester Square.
D. T.
It truly is a whole other world in here. Massive site, with all things M&M you could imagine. Expect to wait in line, because this place is always busy. Many levels of candy, clothes and toys, as well as life sized art.
A. M.
Well what can I say, if you love M&Ms you will love this place!!!
A. D.
Really busy place but if you love m&m then it is a place to visit and buy some beautiful goods from bottles, cups to actual m&m that are sold in every colour you can think of. Prices are similar to Disney shops. Enjoy :)
J. F. V.
Is a wonderful place I'm really enjoyed shopping, I went 6 years ago I can see they improve and keep MM'S in fantastic conditions.
S. B.
If you love M&M's then this is the place for you. 5 floors of everything M&M from tshirts, mugs, key rings and fridge magnets to having your face printed on an M&M. Great place to visit
M. D.
On a rainy Monday night at 1600 the queue was so long that Disney land barriers were needed to stop the footpath from being blocked. To say this store is busy would be a massive understatement. Get there early and take an umbrella.
H. K.
Good place to see the world of M&M. You can buy different type of M&M beans from the towers filled with M&M. Filling your bag from M&M towers is the best experience. Rate is GBP 2.75 per 100gm.
T. H. K.
If you like M&Ms (in all colours and sorts) and every possible souvenir made of M&M-things, then this is the right place for you.
But, like in most cases, M&Ms is just a casual snakc for you, this place is going to be just moderatly interesting for you.
Still all the different toys, statues, cups etc. from the M&Ms World is fascinating.
The store has three storeys and is near Chinatown and Piccadilly Circus. Since it is near the Piccadilly Circus, which you should of course visit if you are in London, you can also take a quick look in this place. At least it doesn't cost you anything, if you just want to take some photos with the M&Ms-Beatles-Abbey-Road-statues.
M. N.
This place is amazing. I love the colours, the smell and the variety of items you can find. It's ideal if you want to buy souvenirs. I particularly enjoyed the platform that tells you which is your m&m's colour.
I would only suggest to check more on the staff, that has not been extremely friendly with my sister and I.
I would recommend visiting this place.
H. H.
Just a gift shop, albeit a brightly-coloured and fun one. I went in hoping to find the flavours of M&Ms I can't find elsewhere in the UK, like peanut butter or mint. Alas, they only sell a few flavours although in a wide variety of colours. (I found Peanut Butter M&Ms and Pretzel M&Ms at the American candy store next door.)
S. H.
Both my boys absolutely loved M&M world. So much to see and so many M&M's to choose from.
They particularly loved the photo booth and the chocs in the star packaging. Even the stationary was a hit with my 6 year old.
n. m.
Huge range of m&m merchandise and statues for taking selfies. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Bought some personalised m&ms which was really fun and had a large range of options to personalise. Only downside is whilst they have a large range of m&ms the do not have all the ones from around the world (I.e. American varieties)
E.
Its nearly always busy but its a cute place to go to if you like M&M’s. Staff are great! They’ve got a huge variety of M&M’s. And also a photo booth in there! They sell clothes and items thats mainly made for tourists.
Only thing that put me off a little is the heavy chocolate M&M smell that some people can actually like.
F. H.
It's one of the most fascinating place where you could buy more M&M mech than I could possibly imagine.
It's a great place for the kids or any enthusiast!
A.
Such helpful and pleasant staff. Loved the experience. Got 2 tshirts! Very cute. 😍
L. Z.
Nice place. Maybe the chocolate smell is a bit too much, but I like the exposition and various M&M merchandise (even though I did not buy any candies there).
M. E. S.
Very nice store to visit with kids.Lots of chocolate of great quality.
A. Q. H.
Brought my kids here on a day trip out they absolutely loved it of course.
Me and my oldest were happy to see that they had brownie M&M's here as my cousin a few days before but they didn't have any.
BRING HURRY UP AND GET IN M&M WHITE CHOCLATE IT'S MY FAVE I CAN'T WAIT!!!
m. s.
Heaven for m&m's lovers
R. S.
We love it here. A little disappointed that they weren't selling the fill your own cups this time so you know how much you're going to pay.
On the plus side, do not be put off by the queues at the tills as these move really quickly. Aldo if you scan their in store QR code and register for emails, you get a free gift with your purchase, today it was an m & m lanyard. If you cant scan the code, give them your email at the till and they'll register you so you still get your gift.
M. R.
My mind is blown! 5 Floors dedicated to M&M's! You can get the candies in all the colours and you can even personalise them with names and pictures (for a fee of course). Mugs, towels, toys, blankets, gift boxes in all sorts of shapes and sizes, water bottles, t-shirts, babygrows, you name it, they probably have it 😄 Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
C. P.
It's a good store and it is very colourful and I'll be going there again this year to buy more stuff
P. K.
This place is full of colours and candies, and candies, and peoples that like candies. Three floors of candy lovers and bazillion of all colored candies. Highly recommended for anybody who's looking for sugar rush (and colors, and candies).
P. V.
Is you love M&M's promise you will go crazy buying all things M&M. From character toys to actual candy in all sorts of flavors and colors. Multiple floors to traverse and spend lots of money here. Interestingly we didn't purchase anything here. Go figure!
C. T.
My son absolutely loved it. It was busy which was surprising given the time of the evening but still enjoyable
A. M.
An exciting visit for kids.Kids love M & M. This M & M world is so colorful and bright place. You can buy many nice stuff. You can also grab M & M in packets the way you like.I really like the peanut and rice crisps one.
T. C.
Need more people at the till and more smiley faces from the staff. Displays are great and lots to see. Staff were absolutely miserable
S. “.
My son loved it. They could maybe make a little more effort on social distance measures. Seemed a little expensive for just m and m's
P. I.
Chaotic from the minute you walk in to when you leave. We went in to see what the hype was about and that's all it was hype and, most likely, an expensive one!
S. M.
Fantastic atmosphere and lots of opportunity to take pictures, but very expensive for M&M's. Cheaper in supermarkets. Kids loved the interior inside this shop.
m. k.
Once you enter the store, the chocolate scent just hits rights throuh you. Full of various shapes and colors of M&Ms. There is a warning sign of typical allergens for some people who might have them(eg. peanuts, milk). This place is the heaven for all M&M fans and lovers
i. Y.
Beautiful place, best tourist attractions always busy and new flavours good to bring the kids down here
F. A.
I had an amazing experience at M&M’s World 😍 that would be the perfect place for kids if you any.
B. M.
If you like expensive m&m merch this is your place. Seriously, the have some good designs and the quality of the t-shirts seems good, I'm just not convinced the novelty value was worth the expense for me personally. One thing I did like was that they also have custom m&ms to buy and I love trying new things
A. P.
It's pure Bliss. Take a cup and start filling. All you can take (obviously it's not free but it's all right there!). Make a rainbow or fill a cup with your favourite colours for your rainy day. It's going to make you happy for sure.
p. l.
M&M > Skittles.
This place gives a sugar rush just by entering inside it.
The atmosphere was very lively and one couldn't leave this place without buying something, everything was so creative and dynamic.
S. I.
What a strange store. The inside smelled just like a bag of M&Ms, kind of similar to warm chocolate, which was great. They're selling a ton of M&M merch, and a ton of M&Ms... Exactly what you would expect. And the place is ENORMOUS - 4 floors of merch and candy. There are "Make Your Own" sections. It was very crowded on a Monday afternoon. The shirts are cheap but the candy, surprisingly, isn't.
B.
The choccy here is amazing. :-) You can customise your own mix as well so this place is defo worth a visit.
A. D.
Really cool store to go and visit. They have such an array of different merchandise from pajamas to pens and of course lots of chocolate.
D. B.
Quattro piani di dolcezze per grandi e piccini.
On 13 June 2011, M&M's World store in London opened to the public, in Leicester Square. The site was formerly occupied by the Swiss Centre.
It is the world's largest candy store, at 35,000 sq ft (3,250 sq metres). The retail space was built as part of Westminster City Council's regeneration of the local area, to create a "world class destination", based on the similar remodelling of Times Square New York.
G. V.
Loved it! Really cool place
m.
If you love M&Ms then you'll love it. Most of the stuff for sale seemed very over priced. Smells of chocolate (funnily enough).
R. B.
Wow what an experience... Full flavour behaviour, the delicious smell of chocolate and full to the brim with smiling faces x
W. N.
The kids loved the M&M store and the huge selection of, guess what, M&M's! The huge wall where you can help yourself pick n mix is a nice feature, be warned, the prices are very high! As a 1 off maybe but we wouldn't be doing it again ( reason for 4 stars ). Atmosphere is good and plenty of souvenirs to chose from. Small que to start with but nothing like the Lego store opposite, that queries was huge!
S. S.
Could smell the chocolate form outside.Kids absolutely loved although my bank card didn't
H.
The best sweet shop ever!! Feast your eyes on ☆M and M☆- every type you can imagine! From the plain mixed ones to unicorn. Cute souviners, like blankets, cute boxes, and many more. There's little machines- sand timers, bingo ☆M and M☆, and loads more!Only slightly annoying thing is- a little costly! But reasonable prices. The prettiest colours, print and design your own personal ☆M and M☆- print your faces on them and print them out by yourselves!
A. K.
This place is absolutely huge and has every single type of M&M's merchandise you could possibly think of. Despite the shops size, it does get pretty crammed with people due to its popularity, so if you want to visit/wander around - I definitely recommend you go at a less busy time. Personally, I found everything to be super overpriced but the aesthetic and displays were really nice to just take a look at or for photo opportunities. So, I wouldn't say it's a must see, but it is something that's unique and fun to check out.
T. S.
Impossible not to love it, but if you're going only to buy the chocolate, it may not be worth it, more expensive than buying in other places. But for shipping the variety of other products, it's great.
S. a.
Great experience if you love M&M's. Different experiences on the different shop floors and there are 3 or 4 floors altogether. If your not a massive fan than you would just think everything's way overpriced. When they have a sale on prices are very reasonable
E. “. M.
fresh M&M'S with a lot of different type and gadget for all the age
S. J.
Fun place. You would find anything and everything related to MnM is here. This is what we defined as capitalism and commercialization to the extreme. Nice place to get your MnM product to your heart desire.
C. W.
There are a lot of fan articles. The highlight is to Personalize M&M with four different motifs, including your own pictures, names, texts and etc. A good place for M&M fans.
c. m.
The shop is huge, well worth a visit
P. W.
3 levels of M&M's madness, who'd have thought you could drag so much merchandise out of a chocolate brand. Ignoring the overpriced souvenirs, the main attraction is the massive wall of chocolate, every colour in the rainbow and more, plus limited edition flavours, all mix and match. Worth a visit for chocoholics.
A. H.
It's ok. Big space with loads of m&ms merc and candy. However expensive and full of people.
G. F.
It's so amazing and fun to be here
D. P.
Large multi-floor store selling M&M food and souvenirs.
Contains booths allowing people to customise M&Ms with personalised messages/photos (minimum £20).
M. H.
A lovely chocolate smell, worth going in just for that. We didn't buy anything as my daughter has special dietary requirements. Just a lovely experience visiting the shop, enjoying the smells and the colours.
A. I.
All good for a visit if you like M+Ms, br prepared to quote outside in these current conditions though.
l. g.
Perfect place for M&M's lovers ❤
H. A.
A very beautiful shop with very nice staff ,it gets crowded sometimes ,but otherwise is amazing .
C. P.
Great atmosphere, well taken care of. There's a HUGE variety of items and traffic is well regulated. Nice stop in London.
E. M.
Always fun to visit my 5 year old loves it. Quite overpriced in gifts and pick and mix wall.
T.
Very good. Pretty expensive, but definitely somewhere you should buy from and visit sometime in your life. The smell is pretty overwhelming
R. E. S.
M&M's World located at Leicester Square and it is about 5 minutes walk from the station. The first thing that will hit you in the M&M World; the largest chocolate store in the world is its chocolatey smell. This colourful, vibrant place is good for photographs. They have a massive M&m wall with mixed flavours, colours and nuts along with separate single colours. You can make your own pick n mix. You can buy mugs, badges, tshirts, hoodies and many more stuffs along with candies. The place is very bright and loud. Worth a visit.
R. B.
The chocolate smell hooked me in. They do all kinds of colours of m&m. Nice place to visit
k.
Pretty cool for adults too, this place is filled with double meanings lmaoo, love to see it.
E. C.
The most colorful store I have ever been in! Head up to the 2nd floor for sweets galore! Bit pricey but they had some good offers on when we visited. Staff very friendly.
S. A.
Brings you joy walking around. 🥰🥰
W. R.
Overwhelmed (in a good way) by the sheer amount of M&M's! Our 5 year old loved it! Not overpriced either.
S. C.
Shop was amazing. Smelt great when you entered it and there was so many different types of m & m's to choose from
A. D.
Loved the place especially the make your own m and m’s. There are all kinds of m & m flavours
K. N.
Amazing place for m&m lovers, huge range of m&ms in a huge selection of different containers.clothing and toys as well but all a bit overpriced .great place to take lovely photos. staff very lovely and polite and they even offer you to taste some m&m.
A. W.
Great shop sells all sorts of m&m items
S. T.
Love this! My kids was laughing non stop from bgn to end. The kids each filled a cup full of m&m from the wall display n we paid 8.99 pounds per cup.
M. P.
This shop is great. You can have a lot of fun here! I was surprised on how many products branded as M&M can be found here; from underwear to tshirts, mugs, toys, magnents, housewares and so on. You can see your M&M color, take photos, personalize your M&M and so on.
s. g.
Brilliant place, took son who's never been and spent a bit but its not extortionate.
E. N.
Heaving with people, on every floor - waaay too busy for my liking but loads to see in the store along with the 'wall of chocolate' - M&M's in all colours and varieties 🤩
T. A.
Took my 3 year old here day before yesterday. He loved the store. I love the smell in the air haha. Only reason for 3 stars and not more is that the items are quite overpriced. I definitely would have purchased more of the price was less. The kitchenware and clothes are pretty cool.
U.
I went inside the first time, I think this place is every kids dreams. Like they've got M&Ms which I've never ever even seen or tasted. I got a plastic cup and out in all the new M&M they had and I was so surprised that I liked every single new flavour. Definitely worth trying.
W. S.
A Mecca for fans of all things M&M.
Items are expensive, but to be fair, less than I expected them to be.
If you've got £25 to waste, consider having your mugshot printed onto a large plastic cup full of M&Ms. It's quite a groovy thing to do.
A. “. H.
More M&Ms than you could shake a pointy stick at. Of course they are massively overpriced and you'll regret the overly colourful merchandise once you've left the store. But it's quite an experience and certainly a lot of fun.
D.
A bit of fun and kids enjoyed it, just a shame about the prices. I was gonna get the kids some bits but charging £20 for a small pack off M&Ms just to have your face put on them seemed a bit over the top as Im never spending £80 on 4 small bags on sweets and £15 for a cup just put me off even letting them look.
Y. S.
MnMs candy store and fan shop! Super must for any chocolate lover - overwhelmingly huge amount of MnMs everywhere, cups, clothes, plates - every possible kind of fan experience here. Totally thrilling and overwhelming!
F. a. F.
It’s great to be a kid in a candy store! This is a great visit in the center of London. Held out memorabilia, find candy you won’t find anywhere else and be a kid again.
R. R.
This place is bright and colourful and seems busy all day and every day. My daughter loves it in here and really could not resist getting a bag of some of the m and ms on offer. Worth going down to the basement also, she loved having her pic taken with one of the characters.
J. R.
Always fun to visit! You can take photos with the M&Ms characters, quick fun activities and buy M&Ms, toys, dispensers souvenirs. Even get your face printed in M&Ms!!! Highly recommended for someone that wants to do some something fun while in London!
R. T.
Absolute madness, especially in the weekends. The store is full of people. There is absolutely incredible how much merchandise they can produce of some candies. There is absolutely any product that you can think of: M&Ms (wall of it, probably 100 varieties and colors), mugs, any clothing items, plates, figurines, toys, M&Ms in weirdly shaped Containers. You can even print your face on M&Ms. The prices are definitely not low, but entering and wondering around is free. If you have a kid, you definitely have to bring it here. It's impressive as an adult, I can't imagine how it is for a kid.
P. A.
I am suspect to say something about this place, because I am a big fan of M&Ms, but this is the best store I ever had.
H. C.
If you like sweet you will probably like this store.
C. E.
Really big shop with every M&M merchandise you could possibly want. M&M dispensers downstairs. Personalised M&M factory round the back of the shop. Always really busy so can be tight for moving round and queues can be long. Occasionally have M&M meet and greet characters. Nice, clean shop. Always worth a visit when in London!
J. M.
Really nice for kids to visit. Quite pricey but nice experience.

Very colorful. Fun for kids. But they did not have other flavors like - MINT, PEANUT BUTTER. Sales people are nice too. But a bit expensive. Not for the faint hearted.... too many people.

Such an unexpectedly huge store dedicated to M&M's! It's a chocolate galore. 4 stories tall, I believe it was, had plastic mascots you can take a picture with, a car and a huge selection of M&M's pick and mix to choose from. Spent a good half an hour in there and would highly recommend, especially for kids to have a look around.

It it known to have the largest size of M&M store all around the world.
So, it is so big and has many accessories that include a character of M&M.
Very good place to hang out with childrens.

Amazing experience, though a little disappointed that about half the dispensers were unusable.
Will venture again for more m&ms in the future

I thought I wasn't much of a M&M fan, but once I visited there, it was full of fun stuff :) The building is filled with sweet smell and lots of funky goods. I loved the fact that M&M was the first candy brought to space in the 80s!

Feel like I've been mugged in colour by these chocolate fiends. Never knew the variety of stuff you could get and couldn't make some of them up if I tried. Great for a mooch around, but by all means you're gonna buy something. Great place to see!

The only downside to this place is the smell of the chocolate being very powerful. However if you're after some tasty treats and some cool funky merchandise this is the place for you. The shop is also extremely child friendly as there is plenty for them to do inside of there including taking photos with a giant statue and also a picture with a Mini. I do love going into the shop the only downside I would say is a lot of people go in so if you're a bit claustrophobic it can be a hard place to visit. However if you are going to London I do recommend giving this place a visit.

Nice shop that take back to your chilhood. But super super over crowded. The mms are basically the same, but with different colors. You can have different mms (flavor wise) in any other street shop.

Fun place to have a look at with your family! You can see the world of m&m’s. I went in the summer months, its worth to make a trip and have a look at the store! Unfortunately everything is very expensive, buying a mug could be fun! Here one of the mugs i bought:
