The nicest and most generous staff I've ever met! We went into the store to try a few sweet treats but didn't know too much about what we wanted. The clerk provided us with so many free samples and a cheerful smile, giving us as much Information as we needed. The desserts were delicious and exotic, everything was great and the price was almost too low for the quality and service we got!

I visited yesterday and the person who served me was so kind and generous. I was unfamiliar with these sweets and he gave me so many tastes of various offerings. I bought a small box of treats and they were delicious. Would definitely return here.

Went in for their pink and yellow sweets. They have a nice texture and flavour. The quality is there on the sweets but the Kala Jamun and some of the other varients were not quite to my taste, although might be to others. Shop is very presentable. Works out about £5.75 per 500g. Cakes range from £15-£20 and looks very nice.

This place I discovered myself and I’d say it beats ambala (my usual) in quality and luxury . The taste of the meetai is much more richer. I tried habshi, jalebi and kala jamun for myself and my family and preferred To give gifts from here too as opposed to my usual ambala (which is located across the road). There needs to be an ambala closer east towards eastham and ilford . This is a bit far for me but worth the trek!

Superb place, quality product, good service, nice clean environment. Sweets are amazing, reasonably priced. Please not parking is a very hard in the area, after 5:30PM free parking around the area.

Nawal's sweets are good in taste really delicious . Good place to buy a variety of cakes specially on festivals and now they are taking special orders for the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

I don’t usually go to any other mithai stores other than my usual. It was 9pm and majority of local ones where closed or about to close. I noticed Nawal was still open and went in. The best thing about Nawal is the decor. Its really eye catching. Presentation is next to nothing. They have a massive selection of mixed sweets, Rasmalai @ £3.80. The only downside was it didn’t have A/C. It was around 25 degrees outside & with the fridges running it was hotter inside.
