High quality dessert at a very reasonable price. Though the portions may look small, the desserts are actually very rich and well-made. You'll be surprised to know that they actually hit the spot. Anyone in the area should visit this place to satisfy their craving. A great find.

Open till late dessert shop near marble arch. Seating and take away, not many seats, sometimes a short wait when busy. Service can be slow. Waffles were amazing and the ice cream is delicious!! I would visit again!

Very spacious ice-cream/dessert store. There was not too much of a queue when we entered despite it being busy. There were many tempting options on the menu but I decided to go with a customised crepe which was delicious! I also tried the affogato with coffee and a vanilla gelato scoop - it was nice but an overwhelmingly sweet combination with the crepe. The waitresss was also lovely, attentive and extremely helpful. It's a place I will definitely visit again.

I think it’s safe to say that this is one of the best places I’ve been to! Their service is amazing, fast but accurate, the deserts are rich and served neatly and the staff are very helpful. Their manager is extremely nice and welcoming, I had an accident here where they dropped a cup of cappuccino on my lap, but the manager, Fernanda, was kind enough to give me free desert the next time I came. This desert shop is a place I would recommend to eat at.

Happy to say that I have been to snowflake many times and most definitely love their desserts. I have been a huge fan of their brownies, sundaes and hot chocolates - absolutely mouthwatering and beautifully done. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly who also provide the best service. Overall they have a very nice atmosphere and I’m certain you’ll have a great experience!

The staff at the till was pleasant, ordering and serving time was quick and efficient. The ice cream was standard, tasted good. Latte came hot and tasted nice. Nice place to have a dessert and relax with friends. It can get very busy and you could end up waiting in line for a place to sit. Despite being in Central London, the prices are relatively decent. The quality of their desserts is very good. I'm not big on desserts however Snowflake is better than Creams and Afters by far. Dropping a star because the staff could smile a bit more and offer better service.

We ordered a praline cookie dough which had hazelnuts, a chocolate drizzle and icing sugar on it with a ferrero rocher in the middle. It came with a chocolate ice cream which the staff recommended but it was way too sweet for me. We also ordered a cinnamon waffle which was dry so we had to ask for some caramel sauce on it. Overall, the taste and presentation was average. We ordered a pot of mint tea aswell which tasted nice.

What an experience! I walked into Snowflake and was instantly struck by clean yet lavish decor. I then walked over to till and was greeted by 2 smiley members of staff who made me feel welcome. After eating the delicious desert and Latte i was left feeling rather pleased at my choice of establishment. All in all a great place to look at, eat at and experience!

My family and I were in town for the holidays and craving some real ice cream. The reviews on Snowflake Luxury Gelato caught our eye so we had to give it try. We ordered a half a dozen flavors of ice cream and a couple of milkshakes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful for people with allergies. They gave us great recommendations for ice cream flavors.

Friend of mine invited me for the ice cream. Ice cream was delicious no doubt about that. But the service was disappointing. Tables were dirty, sticky and drinks spilled on tables. We had vouchers for ice cream which staff didn't seems to recognised expect one member of the staff. The rest of them looked at us like hmm 'we never heard about this ' :/ maybe little bit knowledge about offers and coupons would help to improve they attitude towards costumers.

We tried their Avocato, it's light in flavor, just like what avocado tastes like, the seed I think is of peanut and lemon flavor. If you are an avocado fan, you would like it, definitely very Instagrammable. Price tagis 9.5 GBP, so quite pricey in my opinion, I actually shared with 2 of my girlfriends, so not too bad. The only thing about this particular is there are too many people who do not buy from the shop take up seats, and tables got quite messy as a result.

Randomly stopped at snowflake for some take away gelato, the staff were welcoming and offered us a booth. Not sure why people are rating the ice cream here as I found it to be lacking so did the people I went with. Pistachio ice cream doesn’t taste like it should with a gritty taste and such a mild flavour you’d confuse it for something else. The mango milkshake was ok but I wouldn’t come back for it as I have had much better. My friend ordered the apple crumble which was provided with cold custard and cold apple crumble. We had to remind them to heat it and then it was still cold in the middle. You’re better off going elsewhere for ice cream

My family and I visited Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park and my daughter really wanted to visit Snowflake. So went to the Snowflake after a not a very nice meal nearby. I'm a big ice cream fan but if I'm honest Snowflake failed to impress. It was nice enough but to be honest I've bought similar quality ice cream from a supermarket freezer section. The menus look like they need a clean and maybe to be replaced in most cases. Service was a little lacking to be honest and they were a little distracted with other tasks. It's not terrible but it's not great either.

Went on a weekday around 11pm and it was really busy. Staff were quite new and seemed overwhelmed. No method of queueing for takeaway customers, and was disappointed that other customers that came after us were given precedence. Relayed my annoyance to the staff member but they did not take our complaints seriously. Either train up staff on customer service or implement a consistent queueing procedure for takeaway customers. Can't fault the ice cream as as it was delicious, but my whole experience let down by poor customer service.

This used to be my favourite Snowflake Gelateria, for it's size, menu, selection, and service. However, it's now got got several drawbacks, which make it just not worth going at all. It has decent gelato - not the best, but decent, and priced in line with other premium gelaterias. Their hot chocolate sounds promising but tastes weird, with a strange metallic/citrus aftertaste. What is most disappointing is how they've hiked the prices on their menu for the eat-in items. I used to love the waffles with gelato - and it was well priced, at about £8.50-£9 for a large waffle with two scoops of gelato. But when I went in today, I discovered that a 'regular' waffle (which is HALF of a waffle) and one scoop of gelato is now £8.50 - so that's half the amount for the same price. To get the full waffle (cheekily itemised as 'large') costs and extra £2; to get that second scoop of gelato now costs an extra £2. So, to get the same dessert I used to get before now costs £12.50 instead of £8.50. Er, NO THANKS. It's also ridiculous to only serve half a waffle when you must cook the whole thing and waste the other half, I assume? Makes no sense at all. I'm pretty disgusted by the cheeky price hikes and sub-standard hot chocolate, so I won't be going again. There's much better gelato out there anyway - 3Bis and Gelupo for example.

I have experienced many bromance moments but I must say this one was quite unique as I actually shared my food with someone else. There were a varieties delicacies but unfortunately I was full to the rim from my foodie evening the night before so was not able to enjoy much. I would like to give this another try as I enjoyed the little I had, next time visit with an empty belly. . £15 per person, based on two people sharing. (£30 -An expensive bromance date!) . Staff were pleasant and accommodating. . This branch looks and feels much better than the Bayswater branch. Firstly it didn’t have a white sofa which had turned black, that makes you uncomfortable to sit on which is always a positive sign. No dirty sofas... . The store manager is a woman with creepy voice and a lot of bad energy who was putting her arm up to shoulder in the rubbish bin squeezing the rubbish in and then continue to work with dirty hand. I got disgusted. This one is clean with good staff. Just spend 5 mins of driving and come here.

Popped in for a Milkshake late on a Sunday night, it was one of the best Milkshakes I have had in a long time along with good service. The only thing is the lady at the till said that Monzo Cards didn't work and didn't want to take it at all which there is no logical reason for at it as it is a standard MasterCard.
