Their cakes are fantastic. I paid only £2.90 for two slices of cake. I am not local in that area but I have to make my way to come back here.

We've been going to Sowa for cakes for 3 years now and we've never been disappointed. We ordered our son's birthday cake for a large number of people and it is possibly the best chocolate cake I've had. Many compliments from both the kids and the parents. Best cake in Ealing and really friendly staff!

Nice place, it would be nice if staff said hello or can I help you ? instead of what do you want ? Bought chocolates and I was charged different prices on different days. As there are no prices displayed for the chocolates, they can charge any price really , and that's what they did. Cakes were nice, do not go here if you have a nut allergy. The coffee was not hot and half full of froth for the latte and cappuccino.

Friendly staff, great cakes, delicious tea and coffee. I have purchased different cakes from them on numerous occasions and they were all delicious. They have something to suit everybody's taste. I have never tried their chocolates. I think that the prices are perfectly reasonable considering the quality that they bring.

Delicious confection and patisserie. Buy a whole cake or just a slice, enjoy an excellent coffee, choose from a range of dessert cakes or from their selection of excellent filled-chocolates. A great place.

I went yesterday (Saturday) for cake and coffee. I've always walked by and have been curious to go in. The space is actually very nice. There is a very nice quality to it. I was a bit worried as I read some reviews that the staff were not very friendly. So I killed them with kindness and we all had a wonderful experience. They were all so very lovely. I will definitely return. My party enjoyed it there, too.

Great fresh cakes..been here a few times and the quality is always on point!

We have visited the cafe upstairs a few times now. We really enjoyed it and thought the concept and environment great. But then lately they don't seem to have anything on the menu. Constantly out of teas and sandwiches. Makes me remember days when you would go to shops back home and the shelves were empty. Please re-stock and we will come again!

Walnut cake (my birthday cake) is absolutely delicious. Way better than expected - very light and nutty with a layer of blackcurrant jam. Some of their cakes are a tat too rich and sweet for me but this one is the best cake I've had in years (still quite sweet). So choose carefully but I do recommend their cakes :) I'd love them to start baking gluten free cakes but I can understand the difficulty in that.
