M.Had a lovely thick peanut butter shake and my friend had a Oreo milkshake. I always ordered the waffles as that my thing going around eating waffles. The waffle itself was nice the chocolate was over powering and too much. A little less smothered and the waffle would of been perfect. The presentation was messy as well. The fresh strawberry slices where lovely. I would order from here again.

J. O.Service was very good and attentive. If you're an observant muslim, which I am not, they provided my friend a private area to pray. They were very accommodating with my non dairy requirements even though not stated on the menu. The desserts looked amazing although I didn't have any as I am sugar and gluten free. But I took photos of my friends orders. I had a coffee latte.

Went to Urban Choclatier for a chocolate fix. Friendly staff, clean environment and quick service.
I ordered the Chocolate Coma. Special requirement was to not have my choclate in a syringe but in a cup which was very courteously granted.
Amazing quality and presentation of Chocolate Coma. The star was the melted milk chocolate, so rich and premium. The fondent was really intense and high quality. Sometimes when I order from home they don't give enough dark chocolate in the fondents center, but today in store, it was perfect.
This is a chocolate fix for anyone who is heavily craving chocolate. Nice service, high quality and reasonable prices made my visit to Urban Chocolatier 5 star.
N. M.Service here was great - the portions were huge and they recommended we share. We asked for a couple amendments and they were accommodating. The desserts themselves were so good - I had a freakshake and my son had a sundae. Will be coming back here again soon.
K. M.A lovely place with good quality ice cream. I’ve tried Afters and Creams, but Urban Chocolatier ice cream quality is much better, well presented and staff are welcoming. Enjoyed it with the family and the environment was lovely.

We were a hungry party of five and we struggled finishing our portions! Luckily, they do doggy bags too! 😋😁👍🏽
K. M.Had desserts here a few weeks ago. Good table service, food was okay (some items were a bit too sweet). The atmosphere was good but a bit dark for my liking. But I do think that they are over priced.
