A friendly place with lovely ambience in a modern designed place. It is ideal for groups of friends or families with babies as well, it has highchairs and baby changing option too. Positive(s): The foods and drinks/shakes (including all of the components) are all fresh and delicious. The portions are fair enough. The staff is friendly. The dining area is clean. Negative(s): The baby changing facility could be cleaner.

Great treats and excellent service! I love the sweet treats served here. I've been to Creams before but this was our first time to the one in Maidstone and we were not disappointed. Not only was the food great, the service was excellent. A young blonde lady in particular was brilliant and tended to our every need. It's not cheap but who cares when you're treating yourself once in a while. Well worth the visit.

Been there a few times in past, enjoyed the food but last visit 22/2/20, I ordered 5 different ice creams or crepes, one for me, bro and nephew and nieces. Girl took my order at the till, put my order down as a Crepes Royale rather than Creams Royale which I wanted, I didn't know the name of the Crepes with strawberry and chocolate drizzle as it's for my niece because she chosed and the girl who took my order got confused which led me to accidentally order chocolate fudge for bro rather the cookie dough gelato and bro asked me if the girl repeated my order, no she didn't. Luckily couple of the staff are very helpful and understanding because of the confusion and gave me the cookie dough gelato but I want too fussed as she got my down as crepes royales than the creams royale.

Love the Scrumptious desserts, it’s honeslty a brilliant place to have ice-cream on a summer hot day. However, the staff does really need working on. My family and I were trying to have a nice time trying to enjoy our desserts, but we had many eyes on us by the workers. As well as, them laughing loudly with customers when some people were trying to eat. But I rate this a 4/5 because I really do think the food is amazingly well made.

Can be slightly expensive but great food. Some desserts are very large - so be prepared to eat a lot. Menu is full of sweet items to order and I love to come here often. Serving time can be a little slow at times, but staff are reasonably friendly and cafe is very nicely decorated. Would also recommend for birthdays.

Our children enjoy it as a once-in-a-while treat, but it is quite expensive for what you get. The staff are usually very friendly, and the interior has been kitted out with neon lights, glittery mirrors, etc. I like the hot n cold chocolate volcano sundae, and the apple crumble waffle is also nice. My wife is lactose intolerant and orders from the vegan menu, but this order came out wrong (twice) so I recommend sticking to the main menu if you can - lots of nice stuff on there!

An amazing cafe and is certainly one of a kind. The sizes are big so I wouldn't recommend it as a desert after a meal ... it is both. Great taste and good parking. Only issue is that the food arrived at different times although it was ordered together and paid for together.

If you have a sweet tooth, you'll love the food. The setting is a different matter. A bit grubby all round. It must be a nightmare to keep clean given the color choice of the decor and the amount of sugared up kids covered in ice cream running round the place. Seemed under staffed too.

OMG loved it so much went there when my partners family came down from Newcastle upon Tyne. Was the best food I have ever had. I have a huge sweet tooth so a place that only has sweet food Mmmmm. I was there with my boyfriend in the middle of the week, around 2 o'clock afternoon, and the place was not busy at all. Actually I saw only one table with small family there. However, we have been waiting a few minutes for a waiter to noticed us. It was our first visit there so we did not know how it works. Waiter came and give us a seat with menu, explain the offer and left. If you want to order, you have to get up, go to the till, order and pay there. Have to remember the number of your table and when the order is done, they will bring it to you, exept of napkins and cutlery which you have to take by yourself from a counter opposite to the tills. I have ordered american waffle with strawberries, caramel sauce and white chocolate springs on the top. It goes with a vanilla ice cream or custard and cost me around 7 pounds. Waffle was soft, warm and fluffy! Sweet a lot but with ice cream makes a nice balance! The price is high but the portion is eenough big. I was after lunch so could not eat it all. There is also an option to ask for a box and take away. Don't decide yet if it worth that kind of money... definitely love it but the price is so high that I rather spend it elsewhere.

It was my first visit today so I didn't know what to expect. We were greeted by a pleasant member of staff and shown to a table. Was I shocked when my dessert arrived? Too right I was, it was huge! Will definitely come again. (Still in there eating).

Food is great, can't say much about the decor. If your under 18 definitely stay and try the great desserts. If your over 18 I'd say get take out, the purple sparkly style is a little uncomfortable to sit in.

I ordered waffle with my sauce. Years ago I used to order the banoffee waffle and it was simply perfect. As time went on they started SMOTHERING it in their creams nutella instead of chocolate flakes not only changing the flavour but dominating the meal. I ordered simple pancakes for a long time after, yet today I decided to give the waffle another go seeing as the photo on Deliveroo looks so well proportioned. Nope, nope and so much nope! Even after trying to scrape off the glaze of nutella (to which my waffle was going cold) it still just tastes like a tub of nutella over any other flavour. You have been warned and note to self...never again!

The only drawback is that the order is not taken at the table, it must go to order at the crates. Nevertheless, the service is done at the table and there is little wait. Price level, it can be a little elevate, it takes about 8 pounds. (Original) Lieu super agréable. Choix important de desserts : gaufres (waffles), gaufre bulle (bubble waffle), glace (sunday), milkshake, cookie (cookie dough) et crêpe. Produit de qualité préparé à la demande. Nous nous sommes régalés. Le seul inconvénient est que la commande n'est pas prise à table, il faut aller commander au niveau des caisses. Néanmoins, le service se fait à table et il y a peu d'attente. Niveau prix, c'est peux être un peu élever, il faut compter environ 8£.
