I've been coming here for a long. My kids adore it. Always tasty and fresh desserts are served. Staff members are pleasant, especially manager Saira. Always willing to accommodate our demands. My kids keep asking me where she is. Definitely worth referring to family and friends if you're looking for desserts.

Good place for deserts. The service is good and staff are friendly. They also have a play area for kids which is now chargeable. Not sure why you can't just pay on card when buying deserts. Toilets were bit messy and needed attending. Parking is available in Tesco car park which is just round the corner.

There is an overwhelming variety of waffles, crepes, ice cream, and even cookie dough. So far, every meal has been excellent. I believe it is well worth the cost. Service is delivered quite quickly, and staff are amiable enough.

Came a few days ago with a couple of friends and children, kids were under 8. Paid for Ice cream on the card but wanted cash for the play area. Once the kids went into the play area another family joined who clearly had older children. These older boys started picking on the younger children. After numerous complaints to the mother we decided to to leave. Mentioned it to the staff that you have a sign saying under 8 tet you have taken money for older children who have continued to bully the younger children. His reply was parents complain if we tell them there children are to big for the play area. Surely health and safety comes First.?

She asked if they had any Cheesecake Factory cheesecake, they usually do and had display of one that was. They said they had 3, we ordered one and they had clearly just got frozen cheesecake and defrosted it. However it wasnt defrosted enough and was not edible. Woukd give 2 stars but they gave us a refund so they get 3. Would've been nice if they actually gave us the whole meal free but no.

It's a good place to go with children on a bad weather day so they can play however no savory food available means that you are only stuffing your kids with sugar. People working there are very unpleasant and even that they change quite often management can't seem to find good people for working in what suppose to be family friendly place.

Desserts are very nice here. I ordered a crepe and some sorbet. Was delicious. Paid for the play area in the back complete waste of money. Very small and the padding on the stairs is broken so is dangerous for kids to climb. Wouldn't recommend to under 2s as they can't climb alone as steps leading up to the slide are too steep and parents aren't allowed on the equipment. I'd go back for desserts but not the play area

I had the chocolate brownie with ice cream which was very nice. The customer service though from the guy behind the till was appalling very moody and unwelcoming. I asked for fruit on top of my brownie after I’d sat and ordered and went back to the till to ask which he said would be a extra pound and in return I received one sliced up strawberry. He should be sent back into the kitchen and someone with good customer service skills should be brought in! Will definitely help your business

The waffles are fantastic here. However, because it is quite filling, I prefer to order the tester waffle, which comes with four halves , each with a different flavour, and share half of it with whoever I am with. The oreo waffle is very delicious.

The kids area was lovely and it was amazing for kids to have an indoor place on bad weather days. There is a play area that my little brothers enjoyed and they were able to play for how long as they wanted. The staff were very helpful. They showed us what was nice on the menu. Keeping all customers upto date and maintaining social distancing outside of the store and making sure meal orders were to the expectations of the customers. During Covid I’ve picked up an order from the store and also got two takeaway orders delivered. All were to a great standard. The desserts are always fresh, good portions and much better then other dessert shops close by. Out of 3 orders I have received a free item twice. Desserts are always nice and good amount - slightly pricey compared to others but happy with it. However, soft drinks are way too expensive. I paid £10 for 4 soft drinks, 2 of them apple juice for the kids, the apple juice was £2.50 each and when they brought it out it was cartons of apple juice with the 35p price tag on so was not impressed paying £5 for what cost 70p! I know places need to make profit but that price tag is ridiculous when they bring the priced up carton over! We have been lots of times, and never really had any issues, sometimes the fillings or sauce have been not so much on the crepes and waffles, but today was great I just wish the play area was open now the guidelines have changed too.

Great place, the food was good, but they were out of a lot of main items, like soft serve which is on most of the menu items. They substituted with whipped cream, so it was not the same, as it melted really fast and made a mess. They were also out of the other menu items we asked for, which was Oreo gelato and the blue one for the kids menu, so the little one with us was definitely not impressed with what looked like a average sundae, not the one that was on the kids menu. On the plus side the staff were friendly, it was clean and the play area was great for little ones.

Disappointed with the cookie dough, didn’t realise until I got home. They put 4 cookies in a box with a Ferrero Rocher on top. I was expecting a cookie dough and not 4 Maryland cookies. Most of the staff speak English pretty well, but if you want to get service that goes the extra mile, ask to be served by Max. He will make sure your order is timely, all of the guests in your party are served together, and he is great with kids! This is the kind of person I'd want to have working in my restaurant if I had one. Kudos to him for ensuring that this will not be the last time we visit Creams Cafe on a Sunday night when everything else is closed.
