The closest parking is tesco cheetham hill.i recently visit this place . don't expect a warm welcome when you enter the place . I didn't get it. There was a variety of desserts and ice cream but prices were comparatively high. Staff is not friendly at all. Waiting time for your was quick. There was kids playing area for which we had to pay separately. Food quality was good but taste was extra sweet. Over all its expensive place .

Very impressed on my first visit to "creams cafe cheetham hill" and will be returning to sample more of the delicious desserts. I had the red velvet waffle and strawberry slice sundae absolutely the most amazing desserts i had in a long time. The kids area was lovely and it was amazing for kids to have an indoor place on bad weather days. And the staff was absolutely lovely especially the one on the floor☺️The manager and everyone else was amazing had lovely time and definitely will be coming back as soon as possible.

A. H.I have been to a lot of desert places but I feel that Creams make you feel more at home. The atmosphere is amazing and it is in the perfect place. There is a play area that my little brothers enjoyed and they were able to play for how long as they wanted. The staff were very helpful. They showed us what was nice on the menu. All in all it was a very good experience and I hope to be going there more often.

M. R.All I can say is the customer service experience at this store was exceptional and the main reason for this was staff member hajra who went above and beyond. Keeping all customers upto date and maintaining social distancing outside of the store and making sure meal orders were to the expectations of the customers. I have worked in customer care for nearly ten years and this is by far one of the best customer service experience I have recieved. I hope the manager at this store takes the time to pass on my feedback.
S. M.During Covid I’ve picked up an order from the store and also got two takeaway orders delivered. All were to a great standard. The desserts are always fresh, good portions and much better then other dessert shops close by. Out of 3 orders I have received a free item twice. One was ferrero Roche ice cream and today was coconut ice cream. Both of which were delicious and I would strongly recommend as-well as the waffles!! Thanks for the great service 😁

Food/desserts ordered always arrives perfect and tasty, although the hot drinks are inconsistent at times (too cold or burnt milk etc..) but overall it is a spot frequently visited by me and my family.

K. W.Desserts are always nice and good amount - slightly pricey compared to others but happy with it. However, soft drinks are way too expensive. I paid £10 for 4 soft drinks, 2 of them apple juice for the kids, the apple juice was £2.50 each and when they brought it out it was cartons of apple juice with the 35p price tag on so was not impressed paying £5 for what cost 70p! I know places need to make profit but that price tag is ridiculous when they bring the priced up carton over! We have been lots of times, and never really had any issues, sometimes the fillings or sauce have been not so much on the crepes and waffles, but today was great I just wish the play area was open now the guidelines have changed too.

They substituted with whipped cream, so it was not the same, as it melted really fast and made a mess. They were also out of the other menu items we asked for, which was Oreo gelato and the blue one for the kids menu, so the little one with us was definitely not impressed with what looked like a average sundae, not the one that was on the kids menu. On the plus side the staff were friendly, it was clean and the play area was great for little ones.

S.The desserts were nice, that we ordered inside, a good selection and choice here, staff were welcoming from the moment we walked through the door, service throughout was good. Disappointed with the cookie dough, didn’t realise until I got home. They put 4 cookies in a box with a Ferrero Rocher on top. I was expecting a cookie dough and not 4 Maryland cookies. Unable to take back as do not live in Manchester.

Most of the staff speak English pretty well, but if you want to get service that goes the extra mile, ask to be served by Max. He will make sure your order is timely, all of the guests in your party are served together, and he is great with kids! This is the kind of person I'd want to have working in my restaurant if I had one. Kudos to him for ensuring that this will not be the last time we visit Creams Cafe on a Sunday night when everything else is closed. Once the kids went into the play area another family joined who clearly had older children. These older boys started picking on the younger children. After numerous complaints to the mother we decided to to leave. Mentioned it to the staff that you have a sign saying under 8 tet you have taken money for older children who have continued to bully the younger children. Very small and the padding on the stairs is broken so is dangerous for kids to climb. Wouldn't recommend to under 2s as they can't climb alone as steps leading up to the slide are too steep and parents aren't allowed on the equipment. I'd go back for desserts but not the play area

N. N.I love to visit Creams with my daughter not only for the choice of icecreams or the strawberry chocolate waffel but the place has a just reopened playing area for kids from age 2-10. There' s £3 fee what is reasonable as people used to take their kids there without ordering anything. A good choice of cakes and wide range of icecreams are served. The bathrooms are clean. Parking is available on the Tesco site.
Today we visited Cream's to celebrate my birthday. I mentioned the reason of out visit when I ordered my 5 scoop icecream treat and the person who served us put a candle on the top of my dessert and sang happy birthday 🎈🎉🎂
