Amazing place to be!! I have been to heavenly deserts twice and we always faces the queues there. Ambiance and the service level is great. Staff is really friendly. Presentation and the taste of sweets are amazing. I would love to go there with family and Friends once again.

A really lovely place, with nice decor, a kitchen which you can see and a place that is really quite busy. The desserts were really nice, especially the croffle, which had a lovely texture - a cross between a croissant and a waffle. The cornflake tart was huge, crispy and fresh, but with the custard, it was a bit too sweet. The ice creams were lovely, although the kunefa wasn't great. It would be 5 stars if the service was better, and they had palate cleansing desserts or less sweeter options. But really nice nevertheless.

If I’m rating food only id give it 5 stars. It was very delicious we’ve ordered about 5 desserts and they were all yummy and picture perfect but unfortunately something had put us off we asked for some water and we got it in already used glasses mine even had bits of food inside it and that just ruined our experience most glasses had lipstick marks on them. 1 thing i have to say this incident made us think how clean are these people in the kitchen that they’re making us these desserts but still serve us dirty used water glasses that’s why I’m only giving 3 stars.

This was one of the best dessert lounges I have ever been to. As we entered we were greeted by a polite waitress who assigned us a table and talked through the whole menu in detail. The menu was more like a book, with hundreds of different items including waffles, pancakes, cakes, milkshakes, hot drinks, soft drinks and more! The presentation of the food was impeccable, and the taste was heavenly! The interior of the parlour was bery lavish and opulent, and very modern. The price was very fair considering the size and quality. I shall definitely be visiting again very soon! One thing to note... they don't offer tap water so be prepared for this!

Waited over 45 minutes outside to be seated as it was very busy and it was worth the wait. All three desserts were amazing. But have to say that the cookie dough was very very sweet for my taste and have had better elsewhere but they serve the best chocolate cake I have ever had, will go back for the chocolate cake and will try other desserts on their menu Rated 4 starts as all three drinks were bland, both cookie dough and ferrero rocher milkshakes tasted the same and the tropical mocktail tasted more like water so I would recommend to get a can or bottle of fizzy drink to be safe 😅

Fancy on the outside, but really reasonable prices. You can get delicious desserts, often doused with thick, silky Belgian chocolate liquor or creamy ice cream for around 5 to 6 pounds on average. For a treat once in a while, especially for couples, I would highly recommend this place!

Arrived after iftar and it was packed but the wait time was less than 10 minutes. So many choices in the menu but don't set your heart on anything until you've asked if the items are actually available. Great service, amazing desserts! The American waffles seemed like the most popular choice. Its on a main road but plenty of parking on side streets.

Visited a few times and the desserts are always consistently good. Special note to Simrah, I see her every time I visit and she's always very friendly and makes our visit a lovely experience. Thank you Simrah :)! I'd also like to feed back, one issue is the lack of attentiveness of staff/service on busier evenings, despite a lot of staff, it's very difficult to get the attention of any staff for help once seated, meaning I am sat waiting for a good while before I eventually manage to order. A regular occurrence unfortunately. Otherwise, highly recommend.

It really is heavenly desserts as the name suggests. I’ve been there once and the desserts are really good, delicious! My friend and I ordered 4 desserts in total. Strawberries and cream cheesecake, I’ll have what she’s having (belgian waffle), profiteroles, and brownie explosion. Also, their customer service is tip-top.

The aesthetics of the place draws you into it. At least, that was the case for me. I'd been with a friend and both of us really liked it. It was a weekend so we had to wait for around 20 mins, but it was worth the wait. I had a classic royale cheesecake and absolutely loved it. Service, presentation, taste- all were really good! Definitely gonna visit it sometime again! 😃

Hands down the best place to go for desserts. Literally everything here is Heavenly as it's name suggests. I can't get over a dish called 'One last time, I promise' which lives up to its name. Waffle topped with Belgian Milk Chocolate and Stracciatella Gelato is just an amazing combination and I highly recommend this to anyone who loves chocolate. The milk cakes and Tarte Au Citron are also dishes that I would highly recommend for those who prefers desserts that doesn't have chocolate. Overall 11/10 I would reccomend this place to anyone who's in the mood for good desserts. Its usually packed after lunch and dinner hours and one would need to queue in order to get a table. Hence, I would suggest others to have their lunch/dinner earlier and get to this store quickly before it gets full.

Heavenly Desserts is known for its amazing decor and exceptionally high standards! I have been to many stores, however on this ocassion my first visit to the Manchester Wimslow Road store was not as expected. We ordered a chocolate fudge cake but it was not as expected and definately not the same as other stores, american waffle was also served different to what it states on the menu. I spoke to the Manager about this who apologised and agreed about the fudge cake being different due to order issues, but didn't exercise any discretion. Anyway, decor inside is lovely and a nice place to go to for desserts with family and friends.

I've been here twice and on both occasions service was slow the waiting staff are attentive but the actually getting dessert on the plate take awhile, if I had ordered a hot dessert I could understand but when you order cheesecake and it takes ages it's a problem. Staff are super friendly a good spot overall but they need to ensure cutlery and cups are clean because I had to send mine back twice. Food tastes good.

Yesterday was our third visit to Heavenly Desserts, and it just keeps getting better & better. Highly highly recommended fr beautiful and delicious desserts with a touch of luxury fr Very reasonable price. Not to mention the beautiful decor, I couldn’t decide whether to stop taking pix or eat my dessert. Every corner of heavenly desserts is picturesque. And every little bit of dessert left on your plate is worth licking the plate 🤣. Staff is very kind especially IRSA and NIDA who Both go out of their way to make us feel special and meet our needs. I have so far tried the waffles, sundaes, kunafah, tiramisu, cookie dough, ice cream fondue, but my newest fav in town is CROFFLES (waffles and croissants had a beautiful baby and voila Croffles were born) must try …! I would highly recommend (on a hot day) their “Iced Rose & Lychee Latte” it’s as tasty as it sounds. Here’s to many more visits there 😊

This was our first visit. I was impressed not only for the variety of desserts but for the quality of service. Friendly staff that welcomed us with a big smile. Lovely Farida/Fahidah? Gave us a warm welcome at the door to seat us and even told us the difference between the two types of waffle (American vs Belgian). In the end lovely Simrah asked if we enjoyed the food. My Brother and I went to Heavenly Desserts on his Birthday and did not regret it. We arrived without pre-book around 14:00 and all COVID safety precautions were in place and clearly signposted. The decor was new bright rose pink and clean. We had the most attentive server Simrah, who anticipated our expectations with the pancakes and described the size differences to make sure we ended up with what we actually wanted. I ordered the 'I'll Have What He's Having with extra mango and Milk chocolate shot, he went for 'White Kiss', both on American waffles. We ordered Chai Milkshai, Rose milkshake, Strawberry Mojito (alchohol-free) and mint tea; all refreshing, tasty and, with the mint tea in particular, palette cleansing. As an additional surprise we had mentioned that it was my brother's birthday at the beginning of service, and later on unprompted Simrah brought a chocolate plaque with HAPPY BIRTHDAY and a candle for him. Superb! We were already amazed at the level of service and were already deciding what tip to leave. And then they smashed it. A Mother and Daughter had finished their meal, paid and left the restaurant, unknowingly leaving her bag behind. One of the servers, Armand, quickly noticed and hurriedly dashed to deliver the bag AND the girl's doll. We immediately doubled their tip at that. After service we spoke with Simrah about how happy we were with the experience, and would certainly recommend this restaurant to others. They opened mid-COVID LOCKDOWN 9 months ago, so every little helps. Thank you for your impeccable service, and special props to Simrah and Armand!

Hi. I visited heavenly desserts Manchester today with my friends. When we got these giant filofax looking menus...I thought oh god. Its going to take me ages to decide. The Manager, Imran was really thoughtful and stuck around despite being really busy to help recommend desserts. He was patient with us and gave his time and humor. We loved the place and the desserts. We ordered cookie dough. Creme brulee and a Croffle. Yes a croissant waffle lol. The coffee was divine. We enjoyed everything. Would absolutely go again.

Very nice restaurant. One the two times I've come here the staff were very friendly and humorous. The service was fairly quick. There has been slight confusion sometimes but nothing major. Hygiene is usually good but there is the odd thing you could be put off by.....nothing to be alarmed by though. The food is very nice and desserts are presented very nicely. My main reason for giving a high rating is because of the friendly nature of the staff.

Firstly the customer service and venue are fantastic. The desserts are plentiful and are worth every penny in particular the waffles, croffles and cheesecake. The only disappointing items are the profiteroles and the hot drinks overall (except for the Spanish coffee) neither providing the taste level expected so would definitely not recommend either of these items. In result she placed wrong order and we had to pay more money at the end bcz of her mistake. When we saw receipt we was trying to speak with manager but without any result. Very disappointing. Restaurant look nice and waffles and ice cream was really yummy but bcz of customer service we won't be coming back. We were passing by Manchester looking for something to eat before our long journey back home, when we found heavenly desserts. Our waitress, Ummama, couldn't have been more generous, thoughtful nor kind. She was absolutely amazing! From the moment we stepped into the shop til the moment we left, she done everything she could to make our visit ideal. She helped with our orders, took us family photos, then while we waited for the order she showed us downstairs where we could pray, and then without us even requesting, she got us prayer mats, and even whilst I was downstairs with the kids she came down to check if I needed anything else and as soon as the order was served she came and notified us as we were finishing prayer. By the time we all sat down to eat and drink, it took a while, and so without even a prompt, she offered to re heat our food and drink for us, she was literally an angel 😇. Staff like her deserve to be rewarded, promoted and appreciated which I'm sure is the case. Not forgetting before we left, she offered to take us more pics and showed us cute corners where the flower arrangements were stunning, like the telephone booth corner. We'd go back to Manchester just to relive this whole experience.

A decent dessert place and one of a few that is open late. So good for following up with after a meal out in Manchester. The decor is striking and the staff were very nice and well trained. The focus here is on desserts and not necessarily on their hot drinks. I say this because it was seemingly bizarre for the waitress to take our order for black Americano's and find it unusual to ask for hot milk on the side. She confirmed the hot milk would be chargeable. But accepted the fact both a white and a black Americano are priced the same thereby why charge extra when having it separate. We explained, having it on the side allows us to choose how much milk we add to control the taste and strength of the drink. Their coffee is nice however and I am a fairly regular at the other Heavenly Dessert franchises.

Enviroment is cool as well as the dessert style is also very posh .overall you feel really honoured and warmth here. The table boy ARMANDS really very nice and helpful .i alsoo keep an eye on other staff and they all seem to friendly and supportive too. The manager or the honour in suit serves and ask personally which gives an extra touch to customer. I do agree that prices are most likely good some of them seem high but i think over all good if work with them too , no way they hit the top notch .best of luck maintain good business with good price always

Went for dessert for my Birthday. The service was impeccable. We were served by Asma who was delighful and so calm and collective. She offered to take birthday pictures of me and my husband in the gorgeous surroundings. The decor is amazing and desserts are to die for. Just a hidden gem on wilmslow road, I would highly recommend this place, a nice place for dessert on a girly night out also.

Well finally some delicious sweet in Manchester, the atmosphere and decoration is incredible, we ordere waffles with frerro roche and waffle with strawberry it was so nice to eat soft fresh , also the brownies was delicious and some ice cream flavours that really stand out Milk shake yummy , water melon and mint delicious , staff so friendly , fast and helpful with recommending dishes , I loved there was a manager there at the door reflected how professional these guys are . The only down thing it’s a little bit pricy but over all nice place definitely will go back again and again

Really lovely, beautifully flowery decorated dessert place with upstairs and downstairs underground seating, and free WiFi for customers. I suggested they hire it out for wedding receptions! I ordered chocolate orange pudding.... when I ordered they come back to tell me that it shouldn’t be on the menu and they stopped selling it as it isn’t that popular. I’ve had this at Bradford branch a few times and its really nice so I was disappointed. Instead they replaced it with sticky toffee and it was disgusting. Overall customer service is decent, decor is nice, but waiting time for a waiter just to take ur order is shocking !!

The decor is nice. We have been twice. On both occasions git takeaway due to the restrictions pandemic tier system. You have to wear mask to go in. First time we enjoyed it. On the second occasion unfortunately nothing was good. The strawberry and white chocolate tart was swimming in the strawberry syrup. It was not nice at all. The tart was so so soggy it looked pretty bad. We love desserts but after this experience we have been off from tarts, chocolate cakes and waffels. The mochi was good. For us its not some where that we would go again
