The crepe is amazing ! Every time I come here I go for the crepe. It’s big. Fresh. Hot. Sometimes there can be a wait. But they are a little shop. What do You expect ! Keep it up. 4.65 is a good price.

ordered a crepe and a sublime sweetie, both were really nice and the presentation of the milkshake was great. the blonde team leader and the other girl josie i believe were really nice and food didn’t take long to come- family loved it and will definitely be returning!

Slow service for making the shake although lots of staff. However, taste was exceptional and delicious. Vanilla milkshake and banana milkshare splendid.

Great milkshakes but seemed to lose flavour could probably use abit more flavouring and waffle sticks are awesome. Great idea I can over indulge whilst on the move 😁😁😁

The cream machine broke so they ended up giving me whipped cream out of a tin. I wouldn’t be bothered but I paid nearly 7 pound for each of them so they should have gave me some sort of discount

Fantastic shake shack! The menu has lots of different flavours, prices were reasonable and staff were friendly to me. I will be honest the service was a little slow but I was happy to overlook this as the shake was nice. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake shake which tasted really fresh and was nice and thick but couldn’t actually taste like cream cheese / cheesecake. Not sure if I had the right flavour but regardless was really nice.

The shakes here a very nice the first time I went was great was really impressed with the flavour. My second visit they didnt seem to be that bothered and ended up giving me the wrong flavour I asked for, they did change it though and apologised. Definitely worth a try if you like frozen costa and starbucks drinks.

Really good shakes and waffle sticks with good selection of toppings/flavours. A little pricey but worth it if you want a sweet treat. There's nowhere to sit if you buy a snack but you can go to the food court downstairs and sit there if needed.

First time trying shake lab and have to say my shake was amazing. Plenty to choose from and staff were very effiecient and friendly. Will definately be turning when next visiting the tafford centre
