E. W.Nice place. Staff friendly. I had the triple threat cookie dough with whipped cream which was lovely.. good price You can order through the Qr code at the table or you can go to the counter and order.
N. K.Nice little cafe in middle Newcastle close to metro and bus route. Surrounded by lots of shops restaurants pubs and fast food outlets. Spoilt for choice for desserts, I was like a little kid in a candy shop lol. I picked 2 scoops banoffee and coconut mmmmm mmm. Expensive but worth a treat now and again although service was real bad. Two women sat talking totally ignoring the fact they had customer. Eventually just before I was about to leave someone else came and served me but wasn't friendly at all. The place was clean and tidy. I will go again only because the ice cream was really nice.

The banoffee one was incredible, but I thought the Bueno one was a bit lack luster as it only had 1 stick of Bueno on! The drinks were nice but a tad overpriced, like £5 for a smoothie that wasn't very big. Overall good but a bit overpriced
R.Never knew how much I needed this place until the hot summer days arrived. Their ice cream selection along with their milkshakes are just amazing and refreshing, my personal favourite is blue bubble gum and vanilla milkshakes 💙 I had to take a star out due to slow service

L. R.Regret that i didn’t ask the waiter for his name! A blue haired young man was amazing with allergies. My friend has a nut allergy and unfortunately experienced an uneducated waiter at Kaspers desserts and was unsettled to be eating in any dessert shop as the risk was too high. However, when asking this gentleman about the risks that come with a nut allergy in this type of restaurant, he was quick to tell us everything in detail. He even made the extra effort to bring a allergy highlighted menu that made it easier for my friend to choose! more dessert places need educated and reassuring staff like him. 100% recommended the food and the staff to anyone, especially those with allergies.
I. A.Stephen was amazing in getting us a table despite it being close to closing, he was attentive and very friendly. Our waffles came quickly and were really yummy, we would come again!
L. K.Nice and delicious ice cream. Good atmosphere but staff need more proficiency to deal with customers. They give no hope of any place to be available in next 30 min we left the place them they call us that one of other customers finished and left and place is available. It was weird..
one of the orders missed and after 15 min arrived! The ice cream bowls need to be chilled before serving ice cream in it, it was so hot and has been taken out of the dishwasher as it melted away the ice cream immediately.

P. P.Haven’t visited a Creams in about twelve months, prices are up and choice of ice cream sundaes is down. £8.50 is pushing it, simpler to get a tub of Haagen Dazs from a convenience store in future! Menu was a tatty stained printed sheet on the table. Losing it’s appeal for me.
R. R.Lovely selection of hot and warm deserts. Great for just deserts and wouldn't recommend after a good meal as the deserts themselves are quite filling. Tends to get crowded with children and teens at times but seating is such that you don't get disturbed.

A.Went the other day whilst visiting newcastle. Was really nice but one of staff members made a comment to my boyfriend about how he was surprised that he managed to finish the waffle so quickly at the size of it. Felt like a backhanded compliment and if said to another person could be taken wrongly as even he was taken aback at it being said to him.

'Normal' people tour a city, see its landscapes and architectural works before finding a place to eat and then maybe get dessert. First thing I did was get this dessert. I've got my priorities right, have you? Lovely waffle is all I've got to say about this.

Decorations are really nice, it's got really sparkly glittery wallpaper, with the black and purple theme. The place looks really cool. They friendly staff and ice creams really nice and they have cake too.
They have a student discount.

L.Very disorganised on a busy sunny day. I witnessed a couple being turned away despite there being a table as they wanted to keep it in case a larger party came in. The manager stood at the till and helped himself to a bottle of Fanta before opening it and swigging it from the bottle while a queue of people were waiting to be served - not very professional I thought. Saying that - I couldn't fault the ice cream - it was lovely.
