It was my first time visiting this place. Can I just say, it was wonderful. The interior is stunning, the playlist is perfect and the food looks super fancy, yet is not that expensive. I was extremely happy with a waitress that served us. She was really really nice and friendly. I can't wait to come back here again :)

A good selection of desserts, prices are okay, portion sizes are reasonable. Unfortunately on the day we visited the cookie dough machine was broken so we settled for waffles and other desserts. Staff were very accommodating as we had a large group they moved tables together to seat us all together and they informed us as we came in that the cookie dough machine was out of order. Very clean and good decor and seats were comfortable. Waffles were a little under cooked as per my liking which is why I dropped a star. Plenty of parking locally as well.

I'll just leave my opinion just in case they come here to see reviews. I've been there twice, once I've tried cookie dough and the other time a waffle, a cookie dough, a cheesecake and a Crep I'll leave pics below. The best things there were ice creams. I am sure they can do better. we came as soon as they got open. There were fewer staff, not as many as in busy hours. Mostly, it is around 25 mins untill the order comes to your table. So from what we had; cookie dough was ordinary, not bad, but not that good as well, but we liked it and enjoyed, The waffle was a bit burnt, but hey, it happens, and it wasn't burnt too much but just a little (?) Crepe was a bit undercooked or maybe this is how it is supposed to taste like I don't know, that was my first time. I felt that it was a bit raw, a bit doughy. However, surely it was quite blunt, so they need to improve that. Like without the chocolate syrup (sauce) the crepe itself was tasteless (maybe I just expected it to be more flavourful) The ice-cream were really nice, The cheesecake was good. Customer service needs to be improved. Just to mention here, because people are so different you cannot reach the perfect level of customer service and you cannot deliver good CS to each and every customer, some will like it some won't, so it needs to be improving all the time. I will go there again of course when I feel like eating desserts, because it is in Fenham area, the place is clean and desserts are good, but won't go there when I am time limited or want high end customer service

I have been here a few times now. Everytime I have gotten something different and once time has been given to allow my brain to thaw from its inevitable great freeze, it has been so nice every time and given the fact that competitors are close and more expensive, there is only really one choice for me. Plus the people who work there don't seem to want to stab themselves... Which is always a bonus. 10/10, keep on being delicious, my girlfriend loves your biscof waffles!

I love this desert place so much. They do delivery which is amazing, the packaging is so cute and all of the food, despite being delivered is always in great quality! I l ordered and loved the Kinder Bueno Waffle, Blowing Bubbles Sundae and the Rocher Dough with Vanilla Gelato. So delicious, highly recommend!

I thought the pancakes were delicious... Really fresh and tasty... Deliciously creamy ice cream... Piping hot cappuccinos... EXTREMELY GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY... When other places offer "value for money" usually equates to a drop in standards either with the ingredients or the service that's being provided; this definitely NOT the case at the Icestone Gelato... I will DEFINITELY being going back FABULOUS!!!

Ordered sundaes and smoothies from there over the weekend. Very helpful, as we had a family member with severe peanut allergy. Parking is usually available, there is also street parking (free), so quite convenient to get to. The place is very well presented and finished to a good standard. I've only been there twice and both times I was served almost immediately upon arrival. There is plenty of seating, comfortable and feels private with tall-backed booths. Everything feels clean and tidy. There is a great deal of things to choose from. One of my children has several allergies (eggs, nuts, sesame) which was catered for brilliantly. The server brought their allergy folder where every ingredient for every item on the menu was listed in a neat, logical order. We ordered at the till. The items didn't take long to prepare, considering what we ordered, I'd say it was quick! They bring the items to us at the table. We enjoyed ice creams, sundaes, waffles, and a thing (served in a skillet which it was cooked in). All in all, I'd recommend it, and would return.

Keep meaning to review Icestone Newcastle but never get round to it......... I LOVE this place. As do my three young Daughters. Every time they’re offered an after school treat, or we decide to go out for desert as a family, they always ask to go to see the guys at Icestone Newcastle. Not only are the deserts gorgeously presented and absolutely delicious EVERY time, but the staff are so kind and friendly. I think out of every desert shop in town this is by far the best for quality ingredients, great tasting food, huge portion sizes, friendly staff and a lovely modern decor. Great job guys, see you soon!

Tried for first time. A local resident. Nice decor. Needs to improve on cleanliness sticky tables dirty floors etc Staff poorly managed. Plenty of them but little organisation or clear purpose .People hanging around for takeouts need to be dealt with more quickly .Disconcerting for seated guests wanting to relax Waited a long time for our order of a latte 2 scoops of gelato and a cookie explosion . Hope to see an improvement soon, businesses like this will help to regenerate the area

Great place to visit with family. Got 20% off menu price...lovely sundaes couldn’t fault them. Didn’t feel rushed a comfortable place to eat great desserts. Will be back soon probs next week as they are still doing half price Mondays to Wednesdays the rest of September 😀 …
