M. A. T.The place has good ambiance. They have their menu as a pdf which shows when you scan the QR code on the table. There are a lot of choices and you can see the different cakes available on the display. The desserts are very affordable and definitely costs less than most dessert places. The cheesecakes are so rich and delicious. The waffles are also good. I would definitely eat desserts in this place again.
N. L.Just been with my daughter for a waffle and 2 milkshakes. Absolutely delicious! The milkshakes are made with proper whippy ice cream and are really thick absolutely amazing. My daughter had the nutella waffle with strawberries and ice cream and demolished it! The staff were lovely, we went just before they opened and they still done a waffle for us! Will definitely be back, worth the money! 🤤
L. H.Absolutely gutted, my son treat us to sweet dreams after his first few orders were lovely and his visit to the cafe was good. We waited an hour and a half for our delivery even calling as it had passed the estimated time. The quality was awful, stale cheap crossiant with lotus spread, overpriced. Waffle sticks are half a waffle for not much less than the price of a full waffle. Whipped cream is spray cream which has liquidified. The waffle was nice enough but I could have took a trip to the supermarket in half the time and put this together and it would have been less disappointing. The smoothie had a a large amount of ice in and very little smoothie I had high hopes of this place and I am very disappointed.

J.Good customer service, like a waitress would greet us as we come in, and then would ask us if the food was alright, so for a dessert cafe it's up to a good standard. Very nice waffle and the fruits are fresh enough, but I feel like there is too much chocolate sauce. Hence the 4 stars.
F. S.Decent choice of desserts on the menu, and the prices are a little bit cheaper than some other dessert places in the city.
The cookie dough is great, if you like a super sweet and rich dessert. The traditional hot desserts like jam roly poly are decent too. I would only ever get one of those two things, but i once tasted one of the waffles which was completely forgettable.
The desserts are best served fresh (sitting in rather than takeaway)... if you don't mind the tacky interior and the not-very-well-cleaned tables. The staff and service varies from "indifferent" to "okay".
A. M.Decent deserts selections which were average but for price can't be too critical. The mocktails were a bit too sweet. Staff at front door was very helpful. There is on street parking available if lucky however it is near 2 car parks (China Town).

L.The food was amazing - my boyfriend and I both ordered cookie doughs. It was our first time there so it took us a while to figure out that we had to order at the till. We also happened to sit near the door where the speaker was at. The music was rather deafening

R. K.Just to say a big thank you to Sweet dreams dessert cafe, and the manager there Rahi for an amazing service delivered. I had a party this Saturday for my son and the coordination in making sure the event was a success was amazing. The desserts and ambiance was top class. I normally don't really write reviews so this is testament to the high standard of service delivered.
M. J.We stumbled upon the sweet dreams cafe right after I had promised my daughter that we'd stop at the next place we saw for a drink. I'd never normally go somewhere like this but I was really surprised by how good it was. The range of waffles, pancakes. Cakes, ice creams, gelati, hot desserts and sundaes was really broad. Then every milkshake, smoothie tea and coffee you could imagine. She wanted something that wasn't listed and they made it without hesitation. The staff were lovely and the waffles smelt amazing!
P. L.Food was great. It's half price today so it was super busy. Staff gave me one additional ice cream for free by accident so I can't complaint but the guy who was waiting for this ice cream wasn't very happy so I thought I will get them 5 stars to compensate for this :)
K. B.First visit yesterday and although the food was delicious, the cleanliness was worrying, especially as we're in middle of a pandemic. Quite unorganised to meet the covid guidelines.
A Hand sanitiser at entrance was a plus as was customers had to sign in a book with name and number (I'm guessing for the track and trace) but unfortunately it was on display for all to see so is a breach of GDPR. Tables were left dirty until new customers arrived. Windows and floor could do with a clean too.
Staff didn't wear any ppe when handling our food or delivering it to our table and a family of 6 were seated right next to us. As one of us was high risk it wasn't the best first experience unfortunately.
This place could be amazing if better guidence procedures were in place.
Hopefully next time will be better 🤞
S. R.We went on Sunday - we had quite a nice pancake each - very much spoilt at the very last bite - one very long blonde hair which was not mine. A friend of ours was also there on the same day different times he had crunch false finger nails in his pancake. Won't be going back. I did complain and I was given a refund and an apology. Will not be back

Would've got 4 stars for being average but the parking situation is abysmal at most times.

A nice variety of desserts which taste nice however, service at times can be SUPER slow. An hours wait for milkshake orders which is really a let down.
