I mean whats not to love about dinner plates full of dessert. Very sickly and saucy but great for a sweet tooth quite expensive but tasty. American diner feel. Gotta appreciate the sparkly floors. Clean toilets. Big variety of waffles,crepes,sundaes,cookie dough, milkshakes and more.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The helpful and knowledgeable waitress gave us a good introduction on our first visit. On the recommendation of our waitress we ordered the fudge brownie cookie dough dessert and a coffee. The decor portrays the style of an American dinner with it's crisp cool colours and sparkly walls. We sat in front of one of the large windows but the venue also offers a number of giant booths that I estimate will accommodate about 8 people. The service was quick and the food was delivered with a smile. The cookie dough dessert was superb and as expected. The ice cream tasted fresh and the cookie dough was warm squishy and had a lovely crunchy topping. The entrance is on the street level and the large doors give great access for wheel chairs and prams and toilets being very clean also provide facilities for chairs. Kaspas is a great place to indulge in a variety of naughty desserts for a reasonable price.

I had a waffle and ice cream. I always feel the portions are too big and too expensive. reduce the size and the price and it would be perfect because everthing is share size currently. Plus the delivery price is so much more expensive then the in store price by as much as 20 to 30% increase. overall very delicious.

Went in on bank holiday Monday, staff were great, the lady that took my order at the till was able to answer my allergy question without hesitation. It was quiet in there (4 groups) and everyone was truly social distanced. You need to sign in with track and trace NHS app, or all party members over 16+ need to leave a name, phone number and address with front desk on entry. Can't wait to go again:)

I didn't have a desert I was there with a friend and children but I think far to much sugar eaten there and to expensive I just had a coffee which I waited for 20 mins to have after order and very small for the cost don't recommend kaspas's sorry 😔

Last minute decision to go grab some dessert. 10 minute wait for a table and 30 minute wait for food but we had been made aware it could be longer when we arrived. Considering the circumstances this was understandable. Amazing food and friendly service. A lovely evening.

Overpriced indulgence. Lovely waffles topped with your favourite chocolate bars or a crepe. Taste so good - it's naughty. Place is generally always clean, staff are pretty friendly and the desserts I have tasted are very nice, portion sizes are okay but by no means American sized. An ideal treat with the kids, although prices are a little escalated in my opinion. Expect to pay around £6-£7 for a topped waffle.

Looks fantastic with the dark purple colour scheme and glittery walls. Frustratingly, have been given whipped cream instead of ice cream on both visits now. The food itself isn't quite as good as I'd hoped for, but the menu is fantastic. Not sure I could completely recommend, but it's probably worth a try if only for the Shiny.

Bit pricey for the portions and always an unsavoury crowd outside, watch yourselves when you use the cashpoints as homeless will be watching and are prone to stealing.

Visited with my friend on 20th July 2019. Ordered: Two hot drinks, banoffee crepe, maple syrup and cinnamon waffle, banoffee soft cookie dough, bubblegum gateau, vanilla cheesecake between us. Service: 5/5 From arriving the staff, especially the man behind the counter, we're extremely friendly. Not over cumbersome in their interactions, but enough to make sure you know they're there and your welcomed. Definitely give approachable feeling. Food: 5/5 Wow! The food was brilliant! Both myself and friend were blown away with the cookie as well. So much that the cake at the end was a slight let down. However there is no denying that the food at Kaspas really hits the right spots on your taste buds. Cleanliness: 5/5 Really clean. No mess on the tables or floor. Staff make sure to clean the table after removing plates once customers vacate seats. Design: 5/5 The hot pink and black design is eye catching, fresh and combined with the glittery pillars, give a great fun impression that screams 'This place is a treat'.

Amazing desserts but they do not bring them together. My kids friend waited about 45 minutes after the first desert came out to get his. They first came with my boys then my dessert then my wifes dessert and finally his dessert. It is a bit much to ask children to wait and watch while everyone else has something nice. It was my boys birthday so we couldn't expect him to wait or let his ice cream melt, out of guilt my wife and I let ours melt and our milkshakes ruine so my sons little friend didn't feel left out. We asked a few times about the wait but was just told it was on it's way with no reason or apology, even after explaing it was for a little one and our concerns with the gaps between the dessert arriving we was just left to deal with the disappointment.
