Beautiful and tasty food. Prices are reasonable. I wish the sizes were better described. Some foods have more custard or sugar than is needed in my opinion. But most items on the menu are quite good.

It was really empty so I was hesitant about the quality of the food but it was very nice - too expensive to swap out ice cream flavours of the listed menu items which is a pity but it was tasty :-)

Oh wow. I had banoffee cookie dough with ice cream and a banoffee pie milkshake which were just mmmmmmm!! The cookie dough was perfect consistency and was also warm which was complemented by the vanilla ice cream and all washed down with the banoffee pie milkshake 😋 Money well spent! King of desserts 👌🏻

Absolutely delicious. They are big portions too, and a real value for money. Too many to choose from. The only downside is, they don't clear and clean the tables for ages.

The menu has amazing choices ranging from sundaes, waffles and milkshakes, and a host of flavours, tastes and textures. It's an ideal place for you if you’re a massive dessert person. Takeaway boxes and cups are available to pack your leftovers home. The order processing time is surprisingly quick and although we ordered all separately, everything come out at the same time, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a good place to come if you have a sweet tooth.

It's so cool here! There's so much choice, so there's definitely something for everyone. No matter what you have, it's gonna be so good. The booth seats are super comfy and it feels really cosy in there too. It's a great place to have a treat 😊

Kaspa's is a funny name for a Portuguese tourist, but it was inevitable to try it. I didn't know the chain but the colorful display of Gelato together with the catchy coulourd of the shop made me stop and look at the menu. The menu was simple and we decided to try out the cookies dough and a piece of cake. The cake was not amazing, but the fudge dough was good when paired with strawberry Gelato (the whipped cream was not necessary). Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Well, the place is fine and desserts are life to me. But compared to posh and cozy Kaspa's branches in London, this place needs a bit of renovation and class to it. I find it not so conducive. But yeah, it's spacious and the menu is fine. So, u might wanna try it with a group of friends and family

Great service, the food they provide tasted great. However you don't want to eat here everyday since it's mainly just a one off pudding place, if you go more than once then you might want to hit the gym! I recommend loads, but be careful since your sugar intake will go though the roof!

Very lovely place! I don’t rate this enough despite me going here on a regular basis. My waffle was delicious and so was the fruit sorbet my friend had! Unfortunately I have to take off one star due to there being something wrong with the sorbet, which the staff were very understanding of and were very helpful! I was literally like a kid in a candy shop! My sister took me there 4a treat&as soon as I walked in the door, the shiny glass cabinets full of every different flavour of ice cream&toppings&the decor&seating booths which reminded me of American Diner's made my mouth drop open with wonderment & then a smile like a Cheshire cat spread across my face& I hadn't even seen the menu at this point! It didn't disappoint &I have since returned with friends too ho also got the same childish feeling of wonderment as I did! Highly recommended

Came here on Sunday for my friends birthday meal. It was really nice, but I ordered no ice cream, no cream but still got melty ice cream (which is why I didn't want it). I found a brown hair in it, which I didn't like at all. I also found a bit of plastic from the takeaway cup in my crepe. I complained about these, was brought a new ice cream which was melted too, but I didn't mind, put it on a napkin and left it. The rest of the food was really nice, as usual. A little pricey, but a good treat

Their food is amazing yet cheap at the same time. I recommend coming here with your friends to have waffles. The only thing is that the staff is rude, arrogant and unhelpful. The first time I came here, I had to wait one and a half hours because they lost our order. They only realised this when we asked the fourth time and did not even apologise.

Excellent service ! Fresh waffles and crepes made infront of your eyes. My personal favourites are "strawberry indulgent" and strawberry delight. Strawberry delight is especially for someone who isn't very keen on having a "sweet" waffle. Among drinks, i love "jungle juice" !!! Looking forwards to having many more sundaes, smoothies and waffles ! Oh yes! It's a fantastic place with beautiful seating and lights. A really good venue for small get togethers !

My mum is lactose in tolerant, which means she can't have milk. We went up to order and she told them she wasn't able to drink milk. The staff seemed a bit nervous, but they did ok. My mum asked for a strawberry sorbet on a waffle. She wasn't a fan of it, but the worker rolled her eyes. The rest were ok. I have no allergies so I ordered a strawberry shortcake waffle, which is just a waffle with white chocolate sauce, strawberries and crushed digestives. Would definitely go again :).

I just want to tell the people that have previously written reviews that if you give 1 star for being a MUG and waiting 40-60 minutes for a Milkshake you are an idiot. A large 'restaurant' which is in the American diner style, Kaspas serves a wide variety of delicious desserts. Attractively presented, the smell when you go through the door is lovely! The desserts are on the large sixes so make sure you have a big appetite.

APRIL 2017- Usually we go to Kaspas when in London. Kaspas in watford is the best one I had, great service always delivering what you order. Kaspas in Northampton, 7 times out of 10 brought wrong stuff, 3 times I got my order after all of my mates finished their food. 2 times had hair, once in crepe and once in waffle. Waffles usually soggy and cold comparing to other kaspas waffels where they are hot, crispy outside and fluffy inside. Overall want to say if you drive and don't want to be dissapointed spend 50 min to get in Watfords and have the best dessert and service than waste money and time in Northampton. I live in Northampton and rather spend 1 hour in car to get to Watford than go in Northampton Kaspas which is 3 min walk away from me. ___________________________________TODAY August 2017- OMG 2 hot chocolates, 1 green tea and a mars milk shake arrived 3 minutes after order. 4 waffles arrived 7 minutes after order!!! All amazing perfectly made,very impressed with the services and food! BIG Well done, changing from 0 stars to 5!!! Thanks for a great time.
