I visited here on 09/10/2021. I ordered iced americano and Black Vanilla gelato. They are quite scrumptious and price of menus are very reasonable. I especially admire Black Vanilla. He is very handsome and sweet Nottingham boy. He has introvert trait but also has mouth-watering flavour and texture inside and it means he is the real man! I recommend to taste.

Delicious bagels and pancakes and lovely looking cafe. Only complaint is that the service was very slow when we visited and a few people were complaining about it. It was a Saturday and busy so perhaps just needed some more kitchen staff in.

Absolute gem in the middle of all the hustle and bustle! Excellent service. Really polite staff. Friendly and inviting demeanor. The coffee was as close to perfect as can be the hot chocolate was luxury! The brunch was Some of the best food I have tasted In a long time. I had the Mediterranean brunch and it was everything you could want to eat in a plate. Also the French toast is the best I have had in Nottingham. Don't take my word for it. Try it! Also... For a while now we have been regulars and we have never been disappointed! Making our way down the food and hot chocolate menu it has always been a delicacy we have been honoured to try nearly weekly! The staff are absolutely amazing and Grace the bird adds so much character to the already homely decor to make you feel more than comfortable in a bustling town centre. I would 100% recommend and you will not be disappointed

Absolutely delicious! I've had pancakes in many other places but no where comes as close to the taste of B Sweet pancakes- fluffy and yum! Drinks were refreshing and tasteful! Highly recommend! Not to miss out the lovely interior decor!

My experience here was great. Food was fantastic, service was on par and the ambience is amazing. I had the breakfast option 6 which was two poached eggs over thin smoked salmon (Lox) on sourdough covered in hollandaise sauces with a side salad. It's a sweet place so I hade try desert and of course I did, a slice of red velvet cake. It was really good. The tea was flavorful and plentiful. Loved the serving pot, cup and milk holder. The service was polite and friendly. I talked to Gino the owner for a bit and had a nice conversation. All the other staff was on point with what I'd consider good service. They have what I think was a grey parrot in the entry room. They have a large upstairs seating area with an area for kids. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes good taste treats and food.

Easy to get too. Central town. A really well thoughtover place. Nice detail with the colours and flowers. The decor and interior is very pretty. Its different to the dessert places around that area. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They have great customer services. Very interactive. Lots of space to sit. There is a creche area too. Its nice and clean. Good vegan choice. Seen the strawberry icecream made healthy and vegan. Can tell its fresh and healthy. Didnt taste processessed or made of sugar. The savoury dishes were overpriced and very small portions. This seems like a place you would buy a desert, I wouldn't recommend the avocado and toast as there was only 3 bites of it. One of the best things about this place is the play area for young kids and the décor is lovely.

We came in on Tuesday 18th May 2021, and the staff were absolutely incredible! They were so attentive , kind and friendly and they made the whole experience perfect. They made the experience for us , and thanks to them , we will 100% come back again! Recommended for everyone to go in and try!

We were a bit apprehensive visiting this place. We had already visited another restaurant earlier in the day and after walking off the meal we wanted a desert. Looking through the door the place looked small BUT there was an upstairs area! We were delighted there was plenty of space for our group. I always believed deserts were similar wherever you go, but here they tasted fantastic. Whilst my coffee latte was a bit wishy washy my wife's coffee was excellent. A real life Parrot provided the background music entertainment, whose squawking made me jump occasionally. However I did not really mind as it added a bit of ammusment to our visit. Prices arn't cheap but I would not hesitate to visit again for special occasions. I must try to remember what coffee my wife ordered! Lol

First time coming to Bsweet and we loved it! We both got a biscoff and kinder bueno waffle and it was super tasty! Would highly recommend!! The cafe is nice, but the service was slow they brought coffee first and then took them sometime to bring the sweets. I prefer having my coffee and sweets brought together. the staff aren’t so friendly, they didn’t allow us to go upstairs because we had 2 children.

i went here weekly throughout university and will continue to go back!! the menu has a lot of option and it’s great that they do halal and vegan food/drinks. the quality of the food is always top notch, and the presentation of the same food is always different and nice every time. the staff are all so nice and welcoming and you can tell that they put their all into this café as it is family-run. it’s a super clean café and the general atmosphere is comfy, aesthetic for some lovely pictures and a nice place for you to chill out with your friends and family or even by yourself (they even have a parrot in the café!). i personally love getting some eggs benedict for a savoury option and i absolutely loveee the semifreddo as a sweet option because you do not see many places selling these in nottingham! there is something for everyone here.

Lovely aesthetic cafe. My food took a while to arrive and by the time it did my company had finished. I had the Royal Egg and although presentation was amazing, the fluffiness & thickness of the pancakes didn’t really compliment the egg and salmon. It felt too heavy to finish and hard to chew. It had 4 pancakes but probably 2 would have been enough. I was still hungry after as I couldn’t finish such a chewy & thick dish. My friends dish though was great. The pistachio latte I had was good however. I think perhaps the menu is a bit hit & miss as some dishes look better than they taste. My freshly washed hair ended up smelling like the food when I left perhaps because it isn’t the biggest place. I had high hopes but felt rather underwhelmed. But, I am willing to try it again and order something else.

Right just to start of I have been visiting this place every single weekend ever since I have found it, this place has an amazing decoration and the music gives you the best feeling ever. The service is amazing, the staff are very welcoming and friendly and always ready to help. Always with a smile! The food is another level! I have had over 10 different sweets from the menu and all I can say amazing quality food, always fresh ( I’d love to know where the fruit is from! ) always hot and the most beautiful presentation! I have not personally had any food such as the breakfast or hot dogs but I have been with people who have and they mentioned that the food again is always hot, fresh and tastes amazing. I have never had a problem with wiring for my food as I know the quality will be amazing! Bsweet never fail to amaze me every single time! Thankyou guys!!!

We went here on Saturday morning as we had heard that they have vegan options. I had pancakes and my partner had waffles - the choice of vegan options was incredible, including over 10 different flavours of gelato. The pancakes and waffles were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! We had fruit lemonades which also were beautiful, it was like being on a European holiday! Such a wonderful place with really friendly team, and the parrot was a wonderful surprise too! I can't wait to go back! ❤️

We've becom regulars here, the first time we came was because Starbucks was full, and now this is our favourite café. The owner has always made a point of talking to us, the staff recommendations have always been spot on. Their hot chocolate is amazing, especially the Italian specialties. They also have a bird in the café (that loves boys) so she always lets me give her a fuss. Would 100% reccomend, the food and drinks are always spot on and the prices are not ridiculous. Perfect lunch time date too

Came here for lunch with my daughter and friend and the desserts were amazing. Enjoyed it so much I came back the following week and brought my partner to try and he to was impressed. The service is on point with friendly faces and the decor is beautiful. My daughter loved the freshly made ice cream that is made with fresh fruit. Such lovely staff! Perfect score when it comes to customer service. It's only 4 stars because it was a little bit too noisy when I went, maybe when I come again for a brunch type meal, it might be a little better. I had a strawberry hot chocolate, so rich and decadent! It was delicious but a bit much for me. If there was a smaller size, it would've been perfect. Presentation of the cakes we ordered were so lovely. Keep it up, I look forward to visiting again! 😋

We stumbled upon this place in the pouring rain whilst looking for somewhere to have a coffee. It was very quiet as it was close to closing time. The staff and owner were super friendly, we ended up in conversation with the owner and he explained the history of the shop and the dishes he sells etc. The coffees and food were really tasty and it was refreshing to have different options available that were unique. Anyway we loved it that much we visited again yesterday for lunch, I would recommend the mediterranean dish and the iced coffee. We are from Leicester and travelled 50 minutes just to come to this place. Well worth it.

Literally the best ice cream Ive ever had. We've been recently disappointed with the 'famous' ice cream places around nottingham and southwell that have weakened their flavours down to e.g. vanilla-thats-seen-chocolate, this chocolate ice cream was just stunning, dark, and rich with flavour. The brownie - same so. My family had other flavours, and they said the same. No point in driving out to bluebells or newfield anymore.

Great place to beat the winter blues. Friendly staff, great service, relaxing place to unwind, my favourite place in Nottingham. Regularly pop in for cake and mocha. Fab red velvet cake my favourite. The shop interior was so eye catchy and very close to the train station. Decided to pop in before leaving Nottingham today, and I was not disappointed at all. First of all , the upstairs deco was so pretty I can almost cry , the wall with blue and white roses just made you look even more forward to the dessert to arrive. Had the rose and pistachio cake today, it wasn’t too sweet which pleased my taste buds perfectly, not artificial at all you can really taste the rose in it, also decorated with pretty edible flowers. The people were very nice and patient to explain the desserts on the menu and the shop owner also came to greet us. The penultimate dessert experience in Nottingham. I tried Semi Fredo which is an italian dessert for the first and i couldn’t resist in buying another one-it was lush. I loved their customer service and friendly environment. The prices were decent and the quality of the desserts are too good . It is a beautiful place to go and relax and have a break with friends and family. Their interior designs were so trendy with flower walls and flower staircase on point. I went for the first time today and it was too good and i was spoilt for choices . It truly felt like being in Italy , the taste just made it surreal. One of the best instagram worthy places if you want to take photos . Best service from the staff and a clean environment , it is also child friendly as they have a play area for the kids.
