P. V.First visit today, Nice place, and very impressed with what we ordered which were mango mania and totally minted ice cream. Only one suggestion, would be great if there are Vegetarian symbol in non 'vegan menu' too as i had to ask the person in the till if what we ordered its suitable for vegetarian apart from that perfect. Would definitely come back again.
B. A.The service is quite good. We were seated when we walked in by friendly staff, given a menu and directed to place our order at the till when ready. There are different varieties to choose from (waffles, crepes , cakes, milkshakes, smoothies etc) and items on the menu can be customised for you at an extra cost.
The wait time wasn't very long and the waffles tasted good, they are prepared fresh for each order and come with ice-cream at the side. The milkshake was also amazing, just the right amount of thickness. Will definitely recommend!

S. S.Food was delish, we all made our own bubble waffles and they were huge. Great selection of ice cream and sorbet. Was a bit hard to find on Google maps for out of towners but very close to a movie house/entertainment centre so made for a good day out. Decor was dark but nice, food came out quickly. You order at the till but food is brought to your table.
M. M. L.The waffles from Creams are next level! I’ve had some pretty good waffles in my time, but this place completely towers above the rest. We travel here regularly from Lincoln just for this reason only :D if you love waffles, make sure you pay Creams a visit! The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

There are a couple of times where I’ve been disappointed with what’s been served to me but in general the desserts here are tasty and filling. The service is fast and the staff are friendly. The presentation of the desserts is great! The hot chocolates can be a bit sickly so I wouldn’t recommend having it alongside a dessert

H. S.I had a nutty bonoffee waffle and it was amazing. The actual waffle itself was so soft and filling and is absolutely massive. There was so much sauce on my waffle yet still it didn't even taste the slightest bit sickly. You definitely get your moneys worth at this desert shop. It's better than any shop in Nottingham. I highly recommended it!
Z. T.Not bad but very pricey for what you get, a sundae will set you back £7.75 roughly, which is costly for a single person sized dessert.
Atmosphere is alright and menu has a good variety but high markup on the price of ice-cream let's it down, even at a fiver it's costly, so charging luxury prices you expect a large portion full of flavour.
Try elsewhere.
M. E.I can't think of a way to take any marks off. It's a shop that sells ice-cream and puddings. Service was ace, prices are fair, ice-cream was awesome.

h. s.Fantastic customer service, staff greeted us from the beginning. Really nice staff member offered to put the pushchair away for us, made sure a high chair is in place for the younger one. The staff also checked to make sure our desserts are ok and if there was anything that we needed. Comfortable seating, nice food, not too pricey either. Really nice atmosphere too.

A.Great variety and great tasting desserts though maybe a bit too pricey for a regular visit. Comparable to dessert restaurants in US and definitely worth trying their cheesecakes.

Fast forward to last month and we thought we’d try again. Boy oh boy were we pleased we did. Tucked away from the main shops, this place really is fantastic.
The place was clean and tidy and the staff were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended and we will be visiting again!!

m. n.Beware if you are sitting in the outdoor seating. Got my mobile stolen on August 2018 by a woman that pretended to ask questions or directions that approached our table. Pretty sure the cctv captured it as it happened directly in front of it, but the restaurant personnel did not bother to contact me back with results from cctv footage whatsoever although said they will do so. Bad concern to the customers even it happened in their compound. Food wasn't too bad
T.I had the banana berry split the wife had a cookie dough. Absolutely fantastic the price is high but you get a very nice portion size wife couldn't finish hers. Will be going here again 100%

Za kilka funtów (£5-6) zjesz wielkiego jak duzy tależ naleśnika wypełnionego świeżymi , pokrojonymi owocami, polanego wybraną polewą, a do tego jeszcze porcja loda z automatu:)) Coś wspanialego, smacznego!:)
Ogromny wybów lodów gałkowych (takze sorbety) , wiec jestem przekonany , ze kazdy znajdzie tutaj swoje ulubione smaki:)
