It is that amazing that we went 2 days in a row. Cookie dough is delicious, warm, creamy and crunchy. Just how we like it. Ice cream is amazing too, real gelato (we tried vanilla and straciattella). We also ordered the belgian chocolate shot, it came with two strawberries and it was gooey and super tasty. We were surprised by the service being such a high standard coming from a dessert place. Employees were very polite and friendly. The place is fancy and comfortable. Totally recommendable if you wanna try a great dessert.

A high-class dessert restaurant I've ever visited, the number of course are so many that one visit cannot explore them all. Their kinds of dessert are also diverse and having a lot of creativity. So if you have certain amount of cash, don't bother to make a visit to it.

We collected 2 waffles (1 vegan and 1 not), 1 vegan mint milkshake and sorbet and all were super good You would probably be able to split a waffle between 2 people :) Gave a 4 instead of 5 as one of the boxes and the milkshake tub were squished when we collected but still tasty!

Marvellous! Tasty treats, desserts and drinks! Also, there is a choice between the normal menu or the vegan & gluten free menu. Very satisfied and have now been twice in quick succession, partially due to the great service from staff. A great experience to have by yourself or to share!

I've walked past this place countless times always curious about what this place is like, until yesterday me and my partner decided to finally try it out, and wow it did not disappoint 😍 We entered and was promptly seen too, the front desk was busy fulfilling online orders and staff were everywhere so we were sat at our table pretty quickly to say how busy they were! We had plenty of time to figure out what we wanted, and when we ordered that didn't take long either! We were both pleasantly surprised with how amazing the desserts were, and the portions were generous!, All in all a great visit, the staff were lovely and welcoming and the desserts were amazing! we will be back that's for sure! Starting with the amazing smell that you are welcomed with upon entry to this beautiful dessert place is fabulous. Then comes the wait for your table to be ready, which feels like ages due to the mouth watering smell inside. However, you can place orders while you wait for the table and everything would be simultaneously ready while you settle down. Talking about the desserts, personal favorite of mine is the american waffles they have, @ around 6 pounds they are reasonably priced and quite filling, not to mention the amazing taste and sweetness from the syrup and the ice creams that come along with it. Other than the waffles, they do have amazing crepes, very rich in taste. All the desserts are beautifully plated. Gram worthy i must say😂. Overall service was good but can be improved. Definitely a recommended go to place for fulfilling your sweet tooth.

Love this place! The definite fix to any sweet toothed craving. The service is always polite & friendly. Social distancing adhered to excellently and it’s always been busy when we’ve been with high level of satisfaction from around the restaurant. Always spotless & quick to come out. The food was delicious but the service wasn't so great. Ordered but they wasn't sure if they were doing cookie dough, the colleague took a few steps and asked someone else who said no they wasn't which we overheard. Our waiter didn't come back for a few minutes and said that they weren't doing and asked what else I wanted but he took the menu's with him so I asked for them back. He came back with the menu minutes later and then 2 of the orders came before I had even ordered and before our drinks had came. At the times there was about 5 people front of house and two people waiting tables and they still took a little while to bring our teas over.

Nice gelato and waffles as I would expect from a Heavenly Desserts. Their venue is unfortunatlely long and thin which can make it hard to grab the servers attention sometimes. Could use a better table management system, just making sure there are more staff paying attention to table service. During my visit one server was doing all the table work whilst the rest (3 others) were at front. I understand there is scooping the ice creams and making waffles/crepes but more attention is needed at back where there are seated customers.

The dessert I had (Lotus biscuit belgian waffles) was absolutely divine. I was extraordinarily impressed by how great it tasted. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for a sweet treet or after a dessert. Prices are pretty decent for the serving you get, especially given how good the food tastes! Exceedingly passionate dessert creations, the staff here go out of their way to ensure a luxury experience. May be the the biggest dessert menu in town. Everything is 100% customisable. Explosive flavours throughout the cake, ice cream and drinks ranges. I recommend the spiced Caffè Chai Latte - it's like a chai tea, but in coffee! Nice selection of 'Tea Lattès' as well. Try a cheeky chocolate shot, for a small hit of sweet pleasure.

Amazing, such a big choice, and all options sounds very good. Ingredients are combined thoughtfully, textures, flavors and temperatures are complementing each other so well. Meni os beautifil itself. They serve ice cream along with many desserts, and it is so good by itself. I had Belgian waffle with Biscoff and vanilla icecream, delicious and it didn't even felt heave after.

Apart from the “heavenly” desserts living up to expectations, the service is subpar and at times down right bad. They always seem to be over staffed, and even with that, their means of communication is like talking through wired tinned cans—the caller assumes that their receiver is hearing them loud and clear, meanwhile said receiver is just in a world of their own. They become unaware of the customers that have been waiting 10 minutes to be seated and automatically assume that said customers are there for “take out” rather than eat in. Then when it does come time to sit said customers down, they are placed in awkward seating arrangements that benefits no one but the staff as it’s “easier” and quicker for them to walk through. But if it’s so much “easier” and “quicker” for staff, then why the 20-30 minute wait to be approached and asked for your orders? Customer service is more than cooking good meals and giving a welcoming smile. Be better.

I went here on a busy Friday evening after 10pm. The restaurant had a short wait of 10-15 min to be seated. I ordered to go and I was give the option to have my cakes warm which was perfect! Best dessert I ever had! Whenever I want a dessert, I always think of Cookie Dough and Waffles, and then I always think of Heavenly Desserts because there's probably no other places where I would love to eat desserts. Although the prices are a little bit expensive, it's worth it once you have a taste of their deliciousness. The service is very quick and all the staffs are all friendly. I would highly recommend having food at Heavenly Desserts.

Food was brilliant. Had the Brownie Explosion, and 'i'll have what she's having' - definitely recommend. The premium hot chocolate was really something else! We will come back for more at some point. It is good value for money! Service was slow, but I think it was just down to a busy period. We waited for a table for two on entry, and a party of 5 came in about 5-10 minutes after us, but they were seated first, even though we were acknowledged by the manager beforehand. Didn't spoil the experience though, as the menu was thoroughly explained by our server.

This is a difficult one, the desserts are amazing but the portion sizes are a something to be desired considering a) they specialise in just desserts and b) your paying close to £10 per portion. Definately worth visiting, as the place is very well maintained and decorated but don't be surprised with the small portions.

Their desserts are heavenly. No doubt. I had the toffee frappé and the apple crumble with custard. Totally worth coming for the food. But the service? No way. Only two members of staff were working on the day I went. We were seated five minutes after arriving, before that we were standing at the front of house. It wasn’t even busy, only two or three tables were present. After, finally, arriving to our table, our orders were not taken until another 10 minutes afterwards. While waiting for our desserts, we saw that a female worker walked out and left another male worker to do all the work. He was clearly struggling and I didn’t like the atmosphere as it felt very tense. She then returned only after our desserts were served. All in all, the owner of this establishment should really invest in more staff, or at least, more efficient staff. The desserts are amazing quality, but service should be improved.

Amazing! I had the warm white chocolate chip cookie dough with gelato and my friend had the ferrera royal- both looked & tasted beautiful! Everything we saw come out looked and smelt amazing! First time I’d gone out just for a dessert but was very glad I had! Wasn’t sure which restaurant to go to so again glad we had chosen right! On entering there is the most amazing smell that greets you, like walking into Willy Wonkas. The staff were friendly and we got served very quickly, it was quiet as we went on a Sunday. Visited Heavenly Desserts on a Monday evening. Overall the service was great, quick and attentive when we arrived. We ordered the “build your own” American waffle with Belgian chocolate, bananas and Madagascar Vanilla ice cream. The waffle was great, well cooked so it was the right texture with just the right crisp to it. Also the waffle itself was the right sweetness (I’ve been to some dessert places and it has been overly sweet).I thought there was quite a lot of Belgian chocolate poured on (that’s ok for some people but too much for me). The gelato - I’ve had better but it was ok. Paid £7.60 from what I can remember. The establishment floor could have done with a clean as there were quite a few scuffs etc. The atmosphere and everything else was great. I would definitely go back and would recommend trying this place out.

It's a decent choice for a sweet. My problem with the crepes is that they are empty on the inside. They only have Nutella in stripes on top. If you ask for extra Nutella you ll get some extra Stirpes. According to their policy they use 8 stripes and another 8 if you ask for extra( a bit stingy if you ask me 😂)

Went today, hospitailty was great and venue. Slight disappointment on one dessert chocolate sundae that cost us £6.90, it had layers of cookie biscuit, chocolate sauce, icecream, wafer, icecream and cream however my daughter couldn't even get to the cookie as the chocolate sauce was rock hard with the icecream that was on the top. Told at the till they stated they will deduct the price but when I checked the bill they had charge me. So went back & got my money back... felt like I was conned which I didn't like!
