My 5 year old daughter and I made a quick visit. We had an idea of what we wanted to bring back to Canada as gifts (daughter's classmates, family, and my coworkers). We stuffed our basket and checked out quickly. We mainly picked up the Selector Multibuy packs. I picked up a box of 30 Milk to Caramel for my coworkers to share.

Haven't known that they have walk-in stores (am really blonde lol), was always ordering on line. Maybe the assortment is not that big as buying on line but it's really wide and I found what I went there for. And once again - you are the best, thank you

If you are in the City Center you have to go to Hotel Chocolat. It is a shop with different fine chocolate products. And believe me, the ice cream is scrumptious and it is a different experience. Indeed the staff was very kind.

Great vegan chocolates with a wide variety of selections. Came to get one last Birthday gift for the sister and the clerk was super friendly/helpful I had to come back for the large box instead of the small! The family all loved them. Didn't catch the sale assistants name who was working on the Sunday but thank you for the exchange!

Good selection. No seating unfortunately. Been shopping at hotel chocolat for about a decade now and only leaving a review because this is the first time I have ever been offered a taster chocolate by a lovely lady with blue hair. I have always seen others offered and been bypassed myself so this made it worth a review.

High quality chocolate and ice cream. Especially appreciated that special attention was paid for Covid-safety: social distancing was kept by staff, masks were worn and good hygiene standards apply.

Visited 1st September: we love Hotel Chocolat and are regulars to many of the different stores, but we visited this location in Nottingham today and despite there being a great range to choose from, we felt like the staff weren’t really interested. Usually greeted with a taster and good customer service one girl swept up whilst the other remained static behind the counter. Such a disappointment and not up to the usual HC standards.

Short visit, in and out since I knew what I wanted. Helpful young lass served me, and again, didn't get to test her product knowledge. Make sure you take your credit card along, nothing much can be classed as inexpensive, apart from taster items. In my case 50 quid. Down-side, location in Nottingham necessitates something of a walk from car parks or public transport. The alternative is to buy by mail order adding min £4ish and up to the cost of an already costly product but the next day delivery offer in the event of hot weather does balance this out somewhat. As this is a gift I can't comment on product quality but did get a free carrier bag!
