I had a Oreo cookie dough and absolutely amazing! I got served by a blonde girl and she was so chatty, polite and such a good vibe. I seen how she spoke to the staff with respect and honestly it seemed like they all got along so well which i believe effects the quality of the food🤤 That goes for all of the staff that works there also. I highly recommend this food. Thank you again sweet spot for blessing my taste buds.

Excellent desserts. As a family we had the milkshakes, cookie dough, waffles and ice cream which hit the spot. Great value and excellent customer service. this is going to be our regular dessert stop.

Ordered from sweet spot on uber eats and called to double check some items due to an egg allergy. lady on the phone was lovely and was very thorough. later, the manager called to follow up the allergy information, which i really appreciated as most restaurants do not take the time to do this. furthermore, when i received my order they had separated my items to my boyfriends items containing egg to ensure cross contamination didn’t happen. desserts were amazing and they really care about their customers. 10/10 restaurant!

Absolutely the best dessert place in Nottingham! Fantastic churros and ice cream/waffles etc. Also whenever I go there there's always a cleaner cleaning which is a good thing too. Well done sweet spot!

Mmm...crispy churros - very nice! Certainly changed the way we thought about them before. Biscoff sundae, waffles, cookie dough now all have been tried and proved to be exceptionally good. And guess what! This time it was my husband who offered to visit the Sweet Spot again in only two weeks(and he is not the one who usually surrenders to sweets!). Great service, very quick. Nice warm atmosphere. Worth visiting 100%. We'll come again soon!

Just been here, booked a table for over 15 people at last minute despite them only catering for 12 they accommodated us all and the staff were very patient and helpful. The staff member taking our orders and also making the waffles etc, thank you. Eid day too btw so despite other customers coming in and telephone/online orders it was still good :)

Absolutely beautiful desserts, anytime I go to Nottingham, I HAVE to go and get something. The white chocolate cookie dough milkshake is out of this wooorrlllld. The staff are really kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend everyone to go there.

This is more than you think, took my daughter there and she replied that she absolutely loved it. I love the waffles, ice cream , milkshake and all the others. Staff are really friendly and well mannered. I would highly recommend this. I cannot wait to go there again.

Really nice cafe specialising in desserts. Their cookie dough, sundaes, milkshakes and waffles are amazing. Not tried the cheesecake or coffee yet but will be back. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Service was quick. Definitely worth checking out

The Mrs had the Mango madness milkshake while I had tea and both of these were really good. Good quality stuff. The girl at the counter was also very well mannered and patient while my toddler tried out tasting 3 different ice cream flavours and then *surprise surprise* settled on vanilla. 5/5.
