S. U.Amazing food, cheap, good staff, and nice options. Have had the gelato, hot cookie dough and waffles. Highly recommend for a late night dessert run!
K. L.The food was superb, all my family enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend it. If you don't like too much crowd go during week or during the day. Waffles, crepes and sundaes were yummy. Our order came late, which was understandable due to the bank holiday it was busy. we had to wait over 30 mins, but we enjoyed it as it arrived.
There was a lovely girl serving to customer, I felt sorry when people were getting upset for their orders, we all came out after lock down and rushing to places. If we are patient and nice to others that would be great. I can't fault the store, the food. Delay was much expected due to bank holiday as it took me more than an hour coming from Abingdon :).
F. M.Delicious!!!!!!!! First time visited the place did not disappoint at all. Something in the city centre now a treat :P We spent over an hour there after enjoying our dessert, good place to hang out. Lots of choice crepes, waffles and shake were superb.
F. M.I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the desert in Kaspa's Desert. I had a chocolate cake with vanilla chai. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a night out with friends. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups.

We were sat at a table with menus but had to order at the counter - but no clear queue and people seem to stand around looking confused.
Desserts arrived about 10 minutes apart for us at the table, so no one got to eat at the same time as another.
Food was tasty, very sugary.
Also, we walked in as staff were attempting to silence a fire alarm.

m. a.Awesome! Good service, massive choice and really good quality. Even saw them thoroughly clean the table as soon as we left the store so have confidence in their cleanliness too. Highly recommend, even if you will leave in a food coma after finishing a sundae.

S. B.Really excellent waffles – can't fault them especially for the price. I've had take out from kaspas a few times and have always really enjoyed it. The waffles aren't served super hot but they're warm and very fresh.
I do wish they would set the lights so they don't flash as much? It's just a bit off-putting and doesn't really add much

With a lovely platter welcoming us on arrival, they then proceeded to serve up a truly tasty selection of desserts, all beautifully presented. They were really helpful with offering us information on allergens beforehand and created a fantastic atmosphere on the night!

I must admit it was delicious. This is definitely brining life to the square in gloucester green. My daughter loves it too. Great Experience over all :).
M. G.Visited Kaspas Saturday afternoon 5th June. We were greeted & seated by a very helpful, polite & friendly member of staff, Charlotte. Had a fantastic crepe followed by coffees. Friendly staff, relaxing air conditioned atmosphere. Highly recommended, most definitely will be heading back there in the near future.

Y.Went to a show at the Oxford Playhouse theatre, spotted Kaspas on the way in and said we’d go after the show. Popped in after I got sorbet which was amazing and my partner got the kinder beuno waffle and to quote her “the best dessert I’ve ever eaten”
If you’re in the area looking for sweet treats you need to pop in, the staff were super friendly aswell 10/10
F. T.Bundle offer was a great deal, they forgot to give whipped cream. I was going to give 4 star, but couldn't justify it. True believer of supporting the businesses in this pandemic. Lost my job due to where I used to work that business closed down. Met with the owner of the store and told him he is brave to open it in lockdown. Best of luck. Keep it up desserts were fantastic THUMBS UP!!!!!
