L. S.Fantastic Friday night treat at Heavenly Desserts Peterborough! We love a dessert lounge and this is our favourite one and keep coming back. Absolutely delicious and creamy milkshakes, and really tasty baked cookie dough. Really love the option for the create your own so you can personalise exactly how you want. The decor is also stunning and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Angelika who was amazing! Thank you and we will no doubt be back again soon!
J.I was looking for a nice cafe and found this place on my way back to the train station from the city centre. The place is very clean and the staff are very welcoming. The overall look of the inside is very nice and looks classy like you would find in a place in Knightsbridge. I ordered a coffee and a cheesecake and the coffee was really nice and the cheesecake was amazing, I like the way they have the cheesecake and ice cream on a special plate that stays cold so you don't have to rush to eat it and can take your time enjoy it. The over all experience was very good and I will recommend to my friends.

We enjoyed it as the previous times and the staff member who helped us in this visit, Ella, was quiet lovely, polite and responsive.
Will definitely come back again and recommend the place to friends. Well deserved 5 star rating.
A.Heavenly Desserts is the go-to place for the dessert of your wildest dreams! We are regular visitors to this venue and often cut short our visit to other restaurants to have dessert here. Staff are friendly, the dining area is very clean. Every dessert we've had here really has been heavenly!
My only complaint if I had to make one would be the constant flow of delivery people (which proves how good it is I guess!) Opening and closing the door and generally loitering while you eat and they wait for their order.
M. A.Only been here twice but I must say the desserts are absolutely to die for. The biscoff croffle is simply divine, probably one of the best desserts I have ever had. Service is great, ambiance is very nice and just a lovely chill place to enjoy heavenly deserts.
M. N.Waiter I think was new, but he did his job properly. Waffles are very tasty, portions are big. The interior is very nice too. Looks posh. I was not happy about the menu, because there is no description. I think the description would save a lot of time for waiters/waitresses too. One more thing Belgian waffles are not very good for my opinion.

M. M.Heavenly Desserts has been our go to place since we ordered from here back in late 2021. Our (my friends and my) favorites range from their amazing Waffles to their mochis. Saffron Milk cake was extremely delicious and kudos to Carolina for being so gentle and kind, along with making our overall dine-in experience delightful.
S. R.First time coming here. I brought my Daughter to celebrate her 5th Birthday, just her and I. The hospitality was amazing and my Daughter felt comfortable very quickly. They placed a candle on her sundae which was incredibly sweet of them. Nice atmosphere and will definitely come back as well as recommend to friends.

Really like the sticky toffee pudding, the creme caramel is amazing as well. Interiors for this place are outstanding and the staff is very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend for visiting on a day out or a pit stop from the shopping center.

J. P.I love love interior. Places like this usually overlook washrooms but even these are nicely done and kept clean. Large choice of deserts, polite staff. The only hiccup that on the extremely hot evening, air con was not working even though AC unit was clearly in place and visible on the ceiling. It was warmer inside than outside.
A.I was met with a great deal of professionalism and experienced customer service from Tomo and Angelika. I was overwhelmed by the good will gesture of just a cup of water on such a hot Saturday afternoon. It's the little things that really go a long way. They went the extra mile and I'll definitely be back for more ice cream. Great ice cream, top notch customer service. I couldn't ask for more. If only I could give a ten star review!! Had a “Grow Up” and a “What’s Fudge Got To Do”. Also have been served and assisted by Matthew, Tomasz, Carolina and Jack. Big-ups to these guys for making the whole experience, amazing!

The photos and the menu immediately appealed to us. My girlfriend ordered a crepe. I had an espresso. She said the dessert was really good. My espresso was a bit on the bitter side but our waitress (Fatimah) was very kind and welcoming and very keen to give us the best possible stay. Thank you!

S. A.Come in was greeted by Carolina with a very pleasant smile. Then went to the sit that she had available and gave me the menu and ask me if I'd like some water very kind. Didn't know what to pick so I'd ask her what would be a good choice she gave me a variety of option but I leaned more towards the lotus biscoff coffee with by the way amazing 👏. Overall had a great time happy with the staff with Carolina being outstanding!!

S. F.There were 4 of us. A waiter brought our cutlery to the table. He brought 2 spoons, and 1knife and 1 fork. When the desserts arrived, we requested more cutlery so that we all had some. He brought 2 more knives and forks. Have you ever tried to eat ice-cream with a knife and fork? We then had to request spoons. Surely it is common sense to bring enough of the right sort of cutlery to a table. It took him 3 attempts to get it right. Although the food was ok, it was very expensive. I doubt I will go again.

A.Heavenly desserts is generally always really good, good quality desserts, particularly the cookie dough and waffles. The brownie explosion in the picture is also really good but far too chocolatey to have all of it. The place itself is also really clean, very welcoming and service is usually good. However I do think the place is quite overpriced for what it is.

R. D.Popped in today after a meal elsewhere (where they'd sold out of vegan desserts but we fancied something sweet!) and this was our first visit. Was immediately struck by how clean and upmarket it felt. We were welcomed quickly and there was hand sanitiser & Covid QR code check in (now optional) by the door. We were asked if we had any food allergies or were vegan which was handy as we are both vegan. We were given an appropriate menu in a quality binded book format. A nice amount of desserts and drinks for us to choose from without being overwhelming. I had a soya latte and the blackberry oat crumble with custard. Hubby had an Americano and Lotus Biscoff waffle with soya ice-cream. The desserts were very generous sizes as we're the drinks. Good value for money I think. Service was efficient & friendly - but not rushed. I had to use the loo - again was struck by how clean it was. The whole place feels spotless and so well looked after. It's very spacious too. I liked the music which was playing - a bit of a mix going on. You pay afterwards at counter (or at least we did today). Note: If you are someone who leaves tips for good service then I recommend you take some cash. There wasn't option to round up today by card payment - and they deserved a tip. Sadly we had no cash on us. I definitely would go back here for a treat when in town for the day. I totally recommend you try it!

Was a hit and miss but the cookie dough was terrible. Complained to the restaurant and got told ‘ask for less sauce next time’. 😂 pictures attached of the cookie dough that was sent. And pics of the menu attached too. I didn’t ask for extra sauce so that response was both funny and unless in equal measures. Thankfully ordered via Uber so got my money back for this item.
Cannot fault food for eat in but online order left a lot to be desired.

Chose The Nutella Crêpe and it was the average wait time which is about 15 minutes. The waiter was polite. The dessert satisfied all of my taste buds and it was a 10/10. I'm sure the many other desserts are just as good. 5/5.

Other than this, staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and the decor inside is beautiful. It feels pretty luxurious and plush.

The dessert itself, tried waffle and so far is the best that I've tried in town. Slightly crunchy, not so spongy. Then tried brownie with ice cream, hummm... On the spot, nice chocolate and ice cream quality.
I will definitely return and recommend it :)

Vegan & Gluten-free menu is lovely :) sorbet is BEAUTIFUL!! would have given a 5* but I have taken one off for service, although it was good they served my table of three at different times! Yes okay the plates are quite big to be carrying two at once, but they gave my partner and little boy there's and then I got mine about 3 - 5 minutes later, so by the time mine had come they were almost finished theirs, also I have given one less star as when I got home I looked at my receipt and had noticed they charged for sauce on each scoop of ice-cream even though it was one dish, single bowl. So charged £2.40 for sauce! For two scoops of ice-cream. Other than that it was lovely.

d. d.I've been here two times, everything was delicious. I tried Belgian waffle and strawberries cheesecake. They come with icecream on the side, and I immediately recognised that it was quality ice-cream, very similar to Italians one.
In fact, it was Italian!
Amazing ingredients, delicate flavours and pretty environment.
The waiter is professional and he knows how to make you feel comfortable.
The first time I received the wrong hot chocolate, and he brought the right one few minutes later leaving both on the table, so I could feel the difference between them.
The other waitress are nice, but you can tell that they don't shave enough experience in this sector yet, but I'm positive that they will improve their skills.
