Took my daughter there yesterday, As always the Sundays were delicious. Slush puppie Style drinks we ordered were it were disgusting. £4.75 each. The glasses we got the Sundays in were sticky on the outside Leading me to question in my mind how well washed they had been prior to reuse. Also just aside note: lacks any atmosphere at all in there; they should put some music on or something in the background.

This was already my 3rd time at Kaspa’s. Me and my daughter had a delicious couple of sundaes, staff were friendly and polite as always. Front of house is doing a great job and ready to help if something is missing. Definitely coming back to try more of their deserts !

Went a month or two ago and the desserts were twice the size they are now and at least a pound cheaper. I get the energy costs to run a place like this are quite high but to give your customers a double whammy of smaller portions and higher prices is a bit unfair.

Became a fan of Kaspas Peterborough! Loved their Caramel Chocolate Bombe and also Coconut Gelato. It wasn’t ice cream, but good gelato. Instant set hard Chocolate, wafer and biscuit were premium too. Highly recommend trying them. They have an extensive menu to choose from.

We ordered the M&M waffle with the peanut flavour M&M and M&M bade. It was an M&M overloaded!!! Fortunately you cannot do a mix of all three M&M flavours world problems! My friend ordered the Oreo with white chocolate sauce waffle we both had ice cream with our waffles. Great service came really quickly quality food and we also had super friendly staff with a great sense of humour which enhanced the evening. Definitely go again. Only downside was the toilet was a bit rundown I needed a new handle on the door but apart from that everything was spot on and really good prices.

Excellent choice if you are a dessert lover like I am. Portions will come at a reasonable price and size is decent as well but most superior is taste and quality. Staff is very nice and serves well. If you going there by car better to leave it in Queensgate car park, I found it most convenient.

Visited Kaspa's for my 40th at the beginning of the year it was a work day and not particularly busy. My order was pancakes and my partners cheesecake both with coffee. It took 30 minutes just to get our coffees. The pancakes once I got them were delicious. Unfortunately I know several people who have had to wait far to long for their desserts.

Good selection of desserts and drinks. They have always been very quick with their orders and you do very much get what you order of the menu rather than a fake advertisement. The guy whos always there to seat you just looks tired when greeting you at the door and just feels like he's just looming over you when he's got no one to talk to. Also would be a good thing if they fixed the huge hole in the toilet wall, and didn't tie their emergency string up out of reach in the disabled toilet.

I took my two sons here on a rainy afternoon, we did have to wait for a table as they were busy. There was quite a queue to order and it did take quite a long time to arrive. Overall, I would rate it as average as I think its quite an expensive desert, but it's nice for a treat.

Lots of bad reviews but we had a great time. 11.30am on a cold half term morning and the place was full! A table was cleared quickly for us and we ordered our food. Our drinks came in 5 minutes and our food in 8 minutes! The food was delicious- very large portion and sickly but great. Smoothie were great too. No problems for us with service or food.

Walk past this establishment,The host even found us a seat indoors instead of waiting in the queue ,Definitely worth the 5 min wait for the table,If like me @ 73 yrs old you have a sweet tooth take 5 mins looking at what others are eating, and ask what it is ,So very helpful ,food was some of the best this World can offer and we have tried quite a lot of that, Don't go if you're counting calories,By the way im nearly 6ft tall and weigh mid 13 stone But if I went twice a week 16 + stone would be easy go and enjoy. It's always a great visit to Kaspa's, whether you are young or old ! Fantastic selection of hot and cold deserts, and if you can't find something on the menu then you can make your own up. The staff are really friendly and the sparkly black and pink decor make it a fun environment. It does seem strange leaving one perfectly good restaurant after a main course, but if definitely worth it.

Another example: I asked for my milkshake to go, but milkshake turned up in a glass and my sundae was served in a plastic cup)

Been here three times now, the food is always tasty but there's always a slight gamble. On two occassions my waffle wasnt very warm. Also, if you have nut, berry or gluten allergies, stear clear as there is cross cintamination. When i had a banoffe waffle had to remove two bananas that had traces of strawberry sauce, and the plate hadnt been properly washed as there was also strawberry sauce stain on the edge. The booths are nice and cosy and private although if it's busy it's a struggle to hear anything as the music is blared louder than it should really, so that added with customers talking makes for a racket.

The food was delicious, but I do not recommend ice cream scoops in a cone because portion is too small to compare to the price. One of the best restaurant in Peterborough centre.
