Very great service from Chloe today, she’s done an incredible job with the giant cookie I ordered, it looked and tasted amazing. First time I have ordered this and won’t be the last she made it so easy for me, I am partially deaf and she was very patient which I really do appreciate as sometimes I don’t recognise certain words. My only disappointment is I didn’t carry any cash or else I’d have left her a tip to say thank you

Ordered a giant cookie for my mum's birthday, it was absolutely stunning, tasted delicious and made my mums day. Chloe was super friendly and helped pick and design the cookie to a gorgeous result! Would defo recommend :)

Cookies aren't as good as they used to be. For the price i would expect them to be extra special. These cookies are no better than the ones you get in the bakery section at the supermarket for 1/3 of the price

Product is good (cookies) but you can't get away with having one kid on the stand who can't work the coffee machine and can't authorise refunds for said coffees you've just paid for. 🙄

Love the cookies, fresh, soft, perfect. Range of other items also very good. Staff on the other hand seem like they are forced to work there and don't want to give customers the time of day. But the cookies makeup for the inattentive staff.
