WOW WOW WOW... I am sooo impressed with the quality not just of the chocolate but of the staff. Absolutely spot on. Helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. Customer for life I am now based entirely on the perfect customer service I received consistently on the three visits I made this week. I think the lady's name is Debbie - an absolute asset.

Pop in there around midday on 26/6/22. Picked up some chocolate for a gift to take back since I was on holiday. The girl in there was really nice plus really attractive so made the experience better XD

Love it .. just wish it was a bit cheaper! Great store, lots of unusual chocolate flavours, great service - the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful .. my resent acquisitions are .. raspberry and passion fruit chocs which are lovely .. and lemon drizzle and new York cheesecake batons which are glorious.

Called in the week before Christmas,as expected they were busy, knew exactly what I wanted, picked them off the shelves,paid and was out,not a problem, pleasant staff, reasonable prices!

Exemplary customer service. Ordered on the Web for collection in store. Rang the store to advise that I would be delayed in collecting it due to a bad back. A customer assistant called Karen offered to drop it off on the way home from work. Recommended for future gift orders!

All Hotel Chocolat stores I have been to have had outstanding (if pricey) products and excellent customer service. There are almost always free samples available and staff really know their stuff if you have questions. They are also friendly without being overbearing. Products are fantastic. They're expensive but only because quality is a high concern for HC. They also have some really interesting products that make them stand out from other luxury chocolate stores that play it safe with flavours. You can even buy cocoa beers, spirits, sauces and teas!

Hotel Chocolate is not the place if you are looking for cheap chocolate. You get what you pay for and items are generally expensive. However, the chocolate is luxurious. In fact, I know of no other company that makes better chocolate. The salted caramel is to die for! Staff are really friendly here and they regularly give out free samples! If Willy Wonka was running a shop, this would be it. Highly recommended.

Extremely friendly staff and high quality products but I doubt that the quality justifies the prices on most of the products. However, they do sell some interesting things using cocoa that you rarely, if ever, find elsewhere!

Lovely service and Karen let us try different chocolates to try before buying and we realised we did not bit like the 100% dark chocolate, not sweet enough! Would recommend a visit and try the selectors.
