Never had a bad experience in the Preston one yet always try to pay a visit when passing. Just one dessert and a coffee I was happy and full when leaving. With a new premise they should maintain it a little better having a flickering light within my vision shows poor maintenance. But on grounds of quality above and beyond.

Visited here for my first time, I have to say that the decor is beautiful. It’s a really well presented place. The letdown is the customer service, you wait a long time to get served, trying to catch peoples eye so you can order - it shouldn’t have to be like that. The food was really nice, I enjoyed all of it. The final thing I must say I didn’t like is that when paying I was asked if I’d like to leave a tip. I feel this can come across as quite rude, maybe the PDQ machine should have been handed to me so I could make that choice in confidence?

Great spot for deserts and tea/coffee. For a Monday night it was busy but only had couple of members of staff serving, taking orders and serving front of house. Must have been a few “chefs” in the back. Due to the staffing, we waited about 25 mins to order, which incidentally I had to go and fetch the waitress to come and take our order .. Food was tasty and delicious although the portion sizes were on the small size .. I would have liked to see bigger portions (especially for the cost) and probably speedier service .. I will come back the next time I’m in Preston … oh just to clarify, the location has changed .. it’s next to Nandos on the market square .. Much love ….

6 of us went on a Friday night. Place was clean and tables clear. Massive choice of deserts ... traditional and new ones. All of us enjoyed our food. We did have to wait a bit but there was a large takeaway order being processed and it was 9pm on a Friday night. Serving staff were fast and polite. Would definitely go again.

My experience at heavenly desserts Preston was amazing from the second we walked in to when we left. When we first arrived we were welcomed by the lovely waiter ubaid who seated us then took our order. He was very helpful as he recommended some of his favourites which helped us decide from the broad menu. After he took our orders they were bought out to us and presented very nicely. Our chef faisal made the desserts amazing and they were so delicious. We were then approached by jasmina who made sure everything was okay and had a lovely smile. Overall our experience was amazing and would definitely come again.

Beautiful seating and clean interior, all the desserts are rich in flavour and ingredients so don't go wild getting larger portions. I came during the Summer heatwave and had the Caramel Espresso which went down a treat and to top of it I also got a scoop of very rich tasting Walnut & Honey Gelato which was probably one of the best gelatos' I've ever tasted. I can't wait to come back and try the waffles and gelato very soon!

Good, but could be better. I've been to a few different ones, and the service is always so slow. Not a place to have a quick dessert. If it's an occasion and you don't mind waiting and talking then maybe it's for you. But otherwise I'd say avoid or go in the day when noone else is there.

We were the only table in the restaurant and whilst the desserts were delicious, the service was a bit slow. Music very loud. Toilet out of use. No flexibility on the menu - my son couldn't select his own ingredients for his sundae for example.

Love the vibes of the restaurant. The music and decor really makes you feel like a place to getaway. The food is excellent, we were really full from lunch but we ordered more. Love the croffle. Desserts wasnt too sweet and the fruits were really tasty even when im not a fruit person (made by Jasmina). Service is good as well, the waiter (Ubaid) was really nice and we even got free cake and gelato from them. Will come back next time.

Heavenly desserts has a very nice decor to start of with. The waffles I had were nice and warm. The gelato was perfect. And finally we got a free chocolate soufflé. However when we walked in there was multiple dirty plates on dirty tables. Also the waffles were slightly overcooked in places and the coffee tastes like an instant coffee and not freshly made.

We came in on the opening weekend. The decor is absolutely stunning! Nice modern feel. However the service wasnt brilliant...We had to stand up 2 3 times to get the staffs attention to order, to which they didnt seam to bothered, would rather talk to there 'friend customers' . The coffee and desserts was really good, good quality. Be carefull in the toliets too , sick in the sink was the put off! Will still try again , just needs a few tweaks.

Really enjoyed my Sticky Toffee pudding with spicy chai latte, my wife had the blackberry crumble and my son the mochi and a strawberry with chocolate pancake finished with a Mango Passion Smoothie. Food is okay, but the service isn't so great. Staff don't know the menu: two of the things I picked from the vegan menu weren't in apparently. Tried to tell me two other things they actually had, insisting they were vegan, until I pointed out that they weren't on the menu itself. Last time we came we ordered vegan milkshakes, that both came with dairy cream. Took a while to get them, and even longer to replace them. Would avoid if you have food allergies/strict diet...

Attended Heavenly Deserts in Preston late on Sunday evening. Premises was lovely and clean. Fantastic place to grab a dessert. It looks really fancy and everywhere is very clean. Despite this, the atmosphere is rather cosy. It's perfect for dates or just grabbing a sweet treat with some friends! I got myself a dark chocolate tart and my partner got some ice cream, they were well priced and absolutely delicious. I'm yet to try more things, but when I visited this particular time I had already eaten a big meal so I only had little space for dessert. But that didn't matter as I was totally satisfied with what I had. The two members of staff that were in are very nice and are great at their jobs, Gul and Ralph. They had excellent customer service skills and are very friendly and approachable. I'll definitely be eating here again.
