I would recommend Kaspa's to anyone who wants a delicious milkshake, waffle, or sundae. I've tried the Caramel Crunch and Peanut Butter Stack pudding flavours. They're both quite tasty and enjoyable. The service was fantastic, and the staff, particularly John, was quite polite and kind. It is, without a question, one of Preston's top milkshake, waffle, and sundae joints. The pricing of the dish was extremely reasonable. I would recommend that everyone try it at least once.

I must say, the service and food were quite exemplary. The placement of the bananas reminded me of my home country, whilst the toffee sauce was rich and more indulging with every bite. A young fellow named huzaifa served me with a smile and even gave me his card and number afterwards. I will be back.

Like most dessert shops, there are lots of options to choose from on their menu. Chilled vibes and nice ambience. Each visit is different from the other, simply based on what I order; sometimes the dessert is made fresh and other times you can tell it's not. A lot of seating available so you can come with friends, family or just on a date. Also not too far from the train station and other local stores.

I just love this place! Very good experience. Defo recommend jt. Food: Waffles are fluffy, tasty, well presented and as u can see, generous portions. The waffle is obviously fresh made for u. And the Nutella was slightly less than what I expect, but they brought me more as soon as I asked. Service: Very nice and friendly staff. Cleanliness: Very clean and they are following the Gov. regulations for safety to fight COVID19. Place: Very spacious and right in the centre and near the train station. Price: Fair and reasonable. “Heavenly Desserts” are less quality yet more expensive!! Suggestion for perfection: Perhaps serve the portion of Nutella on it is own on the side. Would be more interactive for customers and also we would control the portion we want on our waffle.

Great desserts for the money spent. Incredible for any sweet tooth lovers such as myself, they have a wide range of desserts, sweet drinks and sundaes at the venue, staff are very welcoming and helpful and the overall atmosphere is great here too. It's a wonderful venue for family, friends, and couples alike; I'll definitely be revisiting in future.

The waffles are really really. The cleanliness of the seating areas and the toilets let it down. I also really dislike unisex toilets. The service can be a bit hit and miss too.

Myself and my fiends really enjoyed the puddings! Our only issue would've been how long the music was as this made it difficult to communicate with the servers and hear what they were asking. Coffee here is delicious! I can only comment on the waffles because I've only ever had them but they are great, I brought my son in who's 3 for an ice-cream last week and he picked an awesome looking chocolate one but way way too big for him to finish would be nice is they did some smaller sundaes for smaller children but I can't moan I just got more ice-cream!!

Puddings are nice enough albeit expensive. Always quiet in there which is good. Always cold though. Not sure why they crank the air-conditioning up so high. Scored lowly because they don't allow you a glass of tap water. Would go far more regularly if they weren't so tight.

GREAT value for money, nice place to eat. The scenery is pretty and the waffle portion sizes are big so they could easily be shared. However, sometimes when you enter the restaurant it takes a while to be seen and seated and my order was forgotten a few times but I was compensated so it's all good. It can just get pretty busy sometimes but it's a great desert place.

Nice place to eat some sweet desserts. Went for my son's Birthday and we all enjoyed it. Service was great too. Do not go unless you are hungry...😁 Or ask for a doggy bag. I had the nut n choc waffle which was very nice, but a bit of a struggle towards the end as it becomes a bit sickly. Overall a great venue to visit.

I ordered the strawberry and butterscotch waffle. The waffle was cold (although it looked like they were made fresh?), and not very soft in the inside, however the outside was nice and crispy. On the side a underwhelming portion of soft serve ice cream was given, and the whole thing was covered in a good amount of Fresh strawberries, butterscotch sauce, and white chocolate. The flavour was good, but it got sickly fast. Atmosphere in there wasn't great with a 80s American dinner theme attempted, but it felt very cold and lacked some actual character. Our greeter was nice, and so were the employees behind the counter.

I have been here several times. Desserts are nice, my only criticism is that I keep finding dirty things. Once I had milk jug which wasn't washed properly ones pored milk into my tea I found yellow dry milk stuck to the sides of the jug. Also, noticed plates are left on the tables when customers left even when the restaurant is not busy, tables / seats have sticky stains... I guess these things can be easily fixed. Just makes me wonder what it's like behind the scenes in food prep areas.

Went here for the first time today. Lovely decor, lovely desserts and yummy milkshakes! Just a shame about the staff, would be nice if they cracked a smile and didn't make you feel unwelcome. Visited Kaspas at10:42, unfortunately the store is full and the lady said the waiting time is 40 minutes but I don’t want to go home without having desserts my whole family is waiting outside to have them so I requested her and she mentioned about closing time is 11pm. When I request to speak to manager, and manager came to me and explained the situation that store is full and 40% people are still waiting to order. So my order will take time. When I requested and told her how far we came from she understood and discussed with kitchen staff and gave me a chance to place order at 10:56 I placed my order and they made it ready by 11:25. Kitchen staff is really good and so energetic and I really felt happy. And this kaspas manger is lovely she understand my problem and gave chance to us. I met her personally while I’m going back and told her sorry and I appreciate the help she did it. I’m sorry to staff and manger For the trouble we made and thanks for your help and my kids enjoyed my desserts sooo much.

Kaspa's used to be my favourite dessert place in Preston, but unfortunately my experience has been getting worse with every visit. The waiting times to be seated while the place is empty have gotten longer, the desserts are brought to the table 15 minutes apart if you're in a group (3-4 people), and I've been refused service an hour before closing time even though we were already seated. As for the cleanliness, you'd expect a place like this to be a bit dirtier than usual due to having children visiting often, but I don't think there's an excuse for how dirty the tables and the toilets are. As for the staff's uniforms, they look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Also, I'd recommend checking the cutlery before using it as I've found a few dirty spots more than once. Though a bit overpriced, the desserts are good. However, if you value cleanliness and a decent service, I think you'd be better off finding a different place.

Great desserts and superb service. The wait can be slightly long due to the popularity of Kaspas but once your desserts arrive, its soon forgotten about. It now even has a lift for people with disabilities and of course families with pushchairs, which has made it a lot more user friendly. The only thing that could be improved is the method of ordering as it can take a long time in the queue to order, but that seems to be the norm in all Kaspas. Overall well worth a visit, especially with the great weather coming up. Oh try the Bubble Tea!

Visited Preston Kaspa's after finding one in Lancaster. Service was very good. Staff welcoming and friendly. They paid attention to the customers and to the cleanliness even wiping menus clean after one messy customer. And the desserts are delicious. Good to see the standard was the same in both venues.

Great place to go and have a desert with your family and friends. There are many options available for you to choose from so feel free to take some time while you go through the menu. They offer many milk-shakes, cakes, ice-creams and hot drinks, so get ready to try many good, tasty deserts. Place is easy to be seen due their huge signage at the main entrance so you will not walk, drive past it. Take out your family, your friends and have a good time at Kaspas.

Visited on a cold winters day for a lunchtime treat. Excellent range of freshly prepared deserts and drinks. We had a crepe, cheese cake and a icecream. All where lovely. To drink we had coffee, a juice and a milkshake, again all very good. The three of us paid around £10 each which was a bit on the expensive side. The restaurant is nice but a bit noisy, echoes and when we visited it was a bit cold. The service was just ok.

How this place has gone down the drain.... The staff don't speak English as a first language which causes problems when ordering/asking a question. You have to find cutlery behind the counter yourself as it isn't provided and it is just not good. The price is good I must admit and the things they sell are good but the service is poor and it affects the experience. EDIT : Place has improved and it is alot better now.

Wow wow wow. This place is utterly amazing, the waffles, OMG, I can't do this wonderful desert justice in words. My daughter and I sat in our own little worlds, savouring every mouthful, warm, delicious, thick waffle, with sliced banana, toffee sauce and chocolate drizzled over, with whipped cream... And my drink was a mixed berry slushy with little balls at the bottom that would shoot up the straw and pop in my mouth with passion fruit flavour... Writing this is making me want to go back asap!!! I highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth, likes waffles, crepes, puddings, deserts and wacky drinks. The service was great too and the staff very friendly. My daughter wants to go for her birthday, I can imagine it's brilliant for parties.

Was left at the front for a while. When seated wasn't sure if they came and took our order, anyway we asked a customer and she had the same problem until she realised you had to order at the front. I had Banana Berry crepe with bubblegum ice, which didn't taste like bubblegum. My oh had Pistachio and hazelnut sundae which he stated was good. Kaspa’s waffles are the best it’s so juicy and sweet but apparently I felt like I didn’t got enough syrup on my waffle so asked staff and she put a lot of syrup which is so yummy and we had a bit chat with her while we are leaving and later we got to know she is manager(Riya)welcoming attitude girl who even suggested what to have and helped us through out our stay and gave additional 20% discount as thanks NHS and appreciated the service we do.Thanks Kaspas for giving me a wonderful memory.

This place was really busy at that moment but these guys served us within no time. They were too fast in their service and maintaining the quality of food also. The food is great, really good desserts. However, the staff lack training no greeting, no smile and somestimes miss you entirely. Staff also tend to be rude. On my previous visit I saw there is a variety of cakes and said to talked to staff for the full list of cakes, which I did and they handled it completely wrong. Shutting me up by pointing at the menu and said “All the cakes are here can’t you see? The cakes are on this menu there are no cake menu” if there isn’t a cake menu don’t write it on your original menu. The situation could have been handled better. They also tend to be chaotic once waited about 40mins for the desserts to come...but in all there is bad day and good day where the staff can either be pleasant or not.

Went there on Saturday evening with my family. Upon arrival Isharat the manager greeted us with a welcoming smile and took us to our table. We ordered our desserts and there was slight mishap with our order, so Isharat quickly rectified Our order with a free cheesecake. I went to the Kaspa on Wednesday the 13th. I got a chocolate indulgence waffle with double cream and extra topping... super good, fantastic. Upon arrival I had to wait a while before they let us sit down, a girl despite seeing us did not come to greet us. In the end a boy, Domenico, greeted us and made us sit down. I was treated really well by Tania the cashier, very funny and friendly, and by the way she also served us. Probably the girl who did not greet us despite seeing us was new, but had a listless air. I thought that with the slowness with which she moved, it would probably take them an eternity to serve us. Fortunately our waffle was prepared by another girl, Alessandra, and I must say that the presentation was very inviting.

Since the price has increased (on more less everything) kaspas just seems to be going downhill with their service. Heavenly desserts isn't far and neither is the pricing. Previously you'd feel like you got what you paid for. Now it is not far off from heavenly desserts (in terms of pricing) it is half as good and presented. It isn't what it used to be.
