An indulgent place for the sweet tooth. Pricey but will definitely be a favourite for children, teenagers or a date. Decor is quite fun, black paint everywhere with glitter spakles along the walls and mirror ball with booth seating. Was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness, tables were not clean and the menus had lots of greasy patches, worst still was the wet serviettes that was wrapped around the cutlery, never had ones that were wet before so went to replace with dry ones! Ordered a waffle which was fluffy and light with generous amounts of chocolate spread and a side serving of soft whippy vanilla ice-cream. . It was very well received by my children although even my 8yo son said it's a bit sweet (too much choc spread) which I didn't think was possible! Went on Sunday 10 Oct 2021 at 5pm and it was quite busy and full of teenagers and a few families.

A good place to bring the kids and family for an ice cream, cakes, sweet bites to eat and drinks . It’s a large place. The interior looks a bit drab and seats dated. Maybe it’s the dark and mainly black coloured interior makes it look a bit drab. The interior is fairly clean and the service good but the men’s toilet did not smell neutral and there were very dirty stains on the floor at the base of the toilet and there was litter on the floor in the toilet corridor.

I've been here a few times and I've always been happy with the deserts I've been served with. But one day I got asked if I'm eating in or having a take out, I said eating in and they gave our deserts in a take away that when we said we eating in our cookie dough and pancake was cold I think that's the only time I never enjoyed it, I feel the staff is hands on but they get so busy they trying to help everywhere that it slows down on giving their 100%, they friendly and if they give an incorrect order they fix it immediately.. place is always clean that's a good thing🙂

I have a very sweet tooth, and yes it was all sweet. All guests dissapointed in their items, either not being told they were unavailable until after ordering or expecting brownie for example and barely finding a single piece in the sundae. Shame as they have better verisions at their competitors

Dominique is the nicest server in Reading. Everyone was friendly and helpful but she went above and beyond to make our visit the best it could be. Please give her a raise, she is so lovely!

There cookie dough is absolutely delicious the best cookie dough I’ve ever had but wouldn’t recommend any of there other desserts, sticky toffee pudding and there cheese cakes aren’t that great, ordered a chocolate cake which was £6.45 and they made it sound so nice by saying with ganache and brownies on top when it was just an ordinary slice of chocolate cake with no brownies or ganache it was the exact cake Treatz have and the price is £3.99 And creams is £6.45 bit of a con won’t be having any other desserts from there again except there cookie dough

Today, we visited Creams and enjoyed coffee and nachos, which were decent. However, the service from Arjun stood out significantly. His charming personality, bright smile, and warm welcome made the experience memorable. He’s a hardworking and attentive guy, and his excellent service is a true asset to the company. I’ll definitely be returning because of him! 😊

Just been to Creams Reading, awesome service by Iqra, Faiq and Jay. Friendly and very patient people- happily let my 5 year old try a number of ice creams. We don’t eat egg and they managed to serve us a number of eggless ice cream. One happy family, thanks to them. Very pleased with the visit, strongly recommend a visit.

Fast service and a huge menu. It may not be haute cuisine, but if decadent desserts are your thing I don't think you'll be disappointed. It is quite expensive for what you get, but the gelato, toppings etc are very nice.

On uber eats they changed there whole menu and i can't order my normal white cookie dough woth white chocolate sauce anymore without buying an additional Gelato which cost extra :( not happy is not nice they put it back on the menu me happy now
