A lovely addition to Woodley. I love cute cafes and I’m so glad I have one right on my doorstep. Me and my friend visited last week and really enjoyed our experience. The decor was cute and pink. Desserts and lattes tasted amazing, with great presentation. The staff were lovely and helpful. We took some cute pics also. Will definitely be going back.

Gorgeous insta worthy cafe in Woodley!. We popped in for an afternoon treat and ordered a milkshake and waffle pops! So yummy and reasonably priced! Will definitely be back again!

Feels like you're walking into a fairy tale coming into this dessert parlour✨ The cookie dough is deceptively large, perfectly crisp and chewy on the outside with the ideal gooey centre. We also had waffles which were nicely soft and well cooked. The staff are welcoming and friendly, will definitely return.

Brought a milkshake. Don't get me wrong it was very nice and well chilled but I wish they asked if I wanted whipped cream and sprinkles on it. Most places do ask. The milkshake tasted good but I would've liked if it was blended properly, as when I got to the bottom of it I had found two pieces of Ferrero. I think there was a bit too much chocolate sauce inside as well.

WOW, what a lovely addition to Woodley precinct, went there today with my daughter it was very clean and bright with some seating both inside and out. We wanted a milkshake and after looking at the wide range of choice, my daughter had a Cadbury's caramel and I had a millionaires shortbread, which was the milkshake of the month, both extremely yummy and good value. We sat inside and the smell from the freshly cooking waffles was lovely. The staff were very polite and friendly. You can also pick up a loyalty card.

I rung through my order and collected in 10 minutes. The shop was bustling which is nice to see for a newly opened business. The brownie waffles and pistachio ice cream were lovely. Plenty big enough with a nice amount of topping. Service was prompt and polite. Also nice to see fully recyclable cutlery and packaging and no plastic in sight. Will be back sooner rather than later!

Been here a few times with the Spice Boys after their games and every time I have been there, the service has been lovely! They gave us free ice cream many times which is great! I love their ice cream, milkshakes and even their coffees are amazing. I would recommend going here if you're looking for an amazing treat, it is worth the money 100%!

Thought we would give Mayas Treats a try and it was delicious. The best dessert parlour in Reading. The service was quick and the deserts were amazing! I think for the portion size the prices are brilliant too. Great staff and pleased to have this place so local to us!

Came here after a football match at goals, the food and drinks were absolutely superb and to top it off the staff were absolutely perfect couldn’t have asked for better, very outgoing and kind and we had a great chat. They even gave us some free ice cream near closing time. Brilliant place will definitely come again!

Second time we've been. We had cake pops and hot drinks ( hot choc & latte - both tasted good). A pistachio one and Oreo one ... again :-). It's made in front of you. Great service and a great decadent treat.

Always have a great experience at Mayas Treats! Me and my partner now have a loyalty card too after visiting 4 evenings in a row! The milkshakes are amazing! And such lovely staff! 😊 Thank you guys!

1st visit to Mayas treats. Staff were very friendly. Desserts were so yummy, my children had the cookie waffle and I had the Terry's waffle. Would recommend both waffles. Ice cream also very yummy. We will be back again soon especially as its very easy to walk to. 😊

Visited Mayas a few times now and every time I’m very impressed. The decor and cleanliness is amazing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I’ve had milkshakes and waffle pops ( biscoff is amazing) the portion sizes and toppings are so generous. I 100% would recommend anyone who hasn’t as yet need to make a visit… and now they deliver on Uber eats.

Cookie dough is amazing! And very Dough-y. The waffles were decent too although a bit more on the cooked/harder side. Lovely staff and decor - wish there was more of a seating area. Definitely worth visiting if in area.

Having just heard that they offer free local delivery, we ordered a chocolate orange waffle and a biscoff cookie dough, and was told it would be an hour, the delivery arrived after 40 minutes, very warm and ice cream not melted. Very impressed with the customer service, and most of all the flavour. It was all very tasty with loads of toppings. Will be recommending and ordering again soon.

Went for the first time with the children for milkshakes. Lovely quick service although the shop was empty as we went mid afternoon. We ordered a mint aero and a lotus biscoff milkshake. Both were large portion sizes with plenty of filling and we took most of them home to finish later. The chai latte was also lovely! Other customers ordered desserts and they also looked awesome.

Pistachio waffle was so good, the sauce melts in your mouth with a softy crunchy taste of pistachios, a glorious taste of heaven. Be aware the ice cream is also addictive, reminds me of being in Italy.

As a family we LOVE Maya’s treats! They have the most deliciously decadent waffles and divine ice cream! My daughter is forever asking for a waffle. Such a welcome addition to the woodley precinct and so beautifully decorated too! (Not to good for my waistline that they are on Uber eats too which meant there was no excuse to order when we had to isolate!!)

Went to eat in in Maya’s treats yesterday having previously had a delivery! Wow I thought it was amazing at home so good fresh right there. Everything is cooked fresh and did not disappoint. So tasty and on point. Would definitely be back and would 100% recommend. We had the s’mores waffle pop and the kinder waffle.. portions sizes were big and presentation was excellent

Was a really attractive shop with delicious waffles and ice creams that my kids enjoyed very much. Fairly priced(single waffle pop with toppings for 3.50), nice ambience and good customer service too. Eat-in and take-away both options available. Located in the heart of Woodley town centre that has got parking area very closeby, Would recommend anyone to go there for a treat.

I came along to the launch of the shop and it was such a delight, the waffles were great and the shakes are even better. If you are thinking about popping your head in… do it. Delightful staff and great picture opportunities in the waiting area makes for an ideal stop for a snack. Overall I think this is a great addition to the woodley precinct bringing the upbeat style of reading to the woodley area.

Mayas treats is well there’s no words. I’m just in love it’s the BEST. There is such a vast range of delicious treats leaving no stone unturned there’s something for everyone. From mouth watering waffles and waffle pops to soft and succulent cookie dough, thick tasty shakes mouth cleansing sorbets and gorgeous gelato there’s no one that will walk away hungry. I am now an addict and can’t go a week without my fix super reasonable prices means this is just to do able so I take advantage I can’t wait till my next fix, thank you mayas treats for adding something diverse to woodley precinct and doing it in the best style and incredible service.

mayas treats is very nice i love it here it reminds me of a place in knightsbridge called feya cafe and it feels like i’m there every time i go to mayas anyway i love the waffle pops but i feel like soufflé pancakes would be a good addition to the menu if they ever think of expanding it i’ve only had one bad time here it’s when they gave me a kinder waffle instead of strawbella but it was still very good and i loved it so yeah i highly recommend also home delivery is very good 👍👍👍

This dessert spot will definitely satisfy your cravings! I was spoilt for choice and their prices were reasonable. The decor and presentation is really pretty and eye catching. Today I tried a waffle pop and I was really impressed by the texture and flavour! Their shakes were also packed with good quality taste! I would definitely recommend! I had also tried some of their gelatos and they really do serve the best quality gelatos in town! You must try ! And don’t let the cold weather put you off desserts, because they have heated outdoor seating to satisfy your every need. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the service was speedy! 100% recommend
