Never failed but unfortunately all toilets we 'Not In Use'. Would've stayed longer and had 1 more round of drinks but no toilet means can't stay for long.

Amazing, I love the atmosphere. The aesthetic of the whole building is so pleasing. The staff are friendly. The waffles are a must! I was expecting them to not be too nice, but I was wrong. If you're in Chatime then I highly suggest you to get yourself these Waffles. The Tea tastes great, such a lovely place.

They were very very busy when we came, still we only had to wait a few minutes. Drinks are fantastic as expected. It’s a great place in my opinion.

"THE" Bubble tea, no doubt one of the best. Chatime is the first bubble tea i have ever tried so it is the one I use as reference for the rest. Very consistent among the different franchises and never disappoints. This particular branch is great as you have sitting area if you wanna chill with your bubbles. I do normally take it home though. The only reason I did not rate it 5 star is because, even though the orders have calmed down, they seem to prioritize orders arriving though Hungry Panda and it is like waiting on a queue with people "Pushing in" from home. If there are no orders coming from Hungry Panda then is great. I have seen two new bubble tea places in Southampton that I have not tried but they are always empty, Chatime is always packed. Follow the crowds for good bubble tea!

I've come to Southampton to visit my friend for this summer holiday and usually drop by Chatime to have great milk tea. It was such a surprise to me at first, the tea flavours of Chatime Southampton are even better than what we get in my city. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. They help me to choose best flavours and serve really fast. Besides, the space is so large, I can bring many of my friends there to chat and drink teas together. The location is great, too. It is located right in the city centre so it is very convenient to go shopping and drop by to drink milk tea in this hot weather. I've come here for 5 days a week and it is like my habit to visit Chatime now. Hope that Chatime Southampton can extend and open more branches.

They have amazing waffles with coconut ice cream which tastes like a waffle out of dreams. There are a lot of tables to sit and chat with friends and enjoy some milk tea and waffle.

Highly recommended!! I am falling in love with Chatime😍 Chatime Southampton is an ideal place for relaxing and chatting with my friends. It offers nice decoration and spacious sitting area. They have so many different drinks that I did not know what to choose in my first time trying. Thanks to a lovely staff who recommended fruit tea, I tried Mango Green Tea and it was awesome. Lychee Black Tea, Lychee Cooler and Tiramisu Milk Tea are also my favorite. Staff are friendly, helpful and very polite👏🏻👏🏻. In the photo is Tiramisu Milk Tea in a cute Hello Kitty cup hahaa. And one more thing, the cup is reusable!!! Will surely visit it frequently.

The barista who worked there was extremely patient, friendly and welcoming. It was the first time I've been and I knew I would make a fool out of myself when ordering, but the barista was incredibly helpful and kind. The speed of the service was faster than I was expecting and the drinks were delicious. This won't be the last time I go.

Fantastic waffles but it took them over 20 minutes to make three waffles. Worth a visit but not if you're in a hurry! Sprinkles next door is a lot faster service.

Tried bubble tea for the first time here and am now obsessed, it's absolutely delicious every time!! Staff are always kind and patient, always working hard and the shop is busy very often I pop in! Also even though their branch is not on the list for members on the Chatime app, when you enquire they give you a membership card and stamp it every time you visit! ^_^ Would highly recommend! ^_^

My Nan and I love their waffles. Matcha tea ice cream is amazing and love their ranges of bubble tea. Really like the fact that they allow you to choose the sweetness of the drinks, so you have alot more control than other bubble tea shops. Great atmosphere, very relaxing and lovely staff.

I came in late last evening but the staff were still very helpful and cheerful. I asked for my drink to be extra hot and this was done for me. Staff were nice to my little girl and chatted with her. Areas very clean, staff were cleaning things carefully when I came in including the machines. Drink was nice and I was reminded of the options of sugar levels. Jasmine green tea milk hot is my go to for colder days

This place is amazing, great staff too, all so friendly! Their bubble tea is tasty, love the variety of flavours and options. Its in a convenient place too where after shopping I can go in and grab a drink! The cups are sealed so you can carry them for ages without them spilling. Also, the seating area is nice and spacious. I would recommend this place.

Love, love, looove this place. The staff are very quick for a store that gets loads of customers. So much I get it way more than I should. Great array of flavours and proper Taiwanese style tea. I think they cook the boba here in something that makes it extra yummy. It's the best boba I have tasted! I recommend this store if you like bubble tea or even just tapioca pearls

I had the durian milk tea which was delicious. Slightly disgruntled that other customers got their drinks before me even though they ordered after me, guessing my drink takes longer for some reason? I love chatime! The drinks are great to try something new or stick to your regular. And it's great to choose the amount of sugar you want and the amount of ice you want. They are also refreshing and sweet most of the time, especially the chocolate milk tea, chatime milk tea and the matcha milk tea. So good. Also if you aren't sure what to get, ask for a recommendation, or ask what they are like. The staff can be quite quiet but they are helpful if you ask.

I really recommend the cafe! Macha bubble tea was tasty and the cafe was a lovely and very clean. There was plenty of spaces inside and the staff was friendly too. I definitely will go there again!

You don't have to like balls in your mouth to enjoy this place. It's truly one of the more nicer places to get a refreshing non-alcoholic drink in the city of Southampton. There's a wide range of flavours, from common ones such as Strawberry all the way to oriental flavours such as Oolong or Matcha. You'd be foolish to give this place a miss.
