We had an absolutely delightful experience, the place is really lovely as are the staff and food, five stars, see you again soon. Our second visit to Heavenly Desserts -Southampton. Greeted by a cheerful young gentlemen, who was quick to pull some tables together to allow for a party of ten, we ordered a good variety from the menu and scything was absolutely delightful, the place is so amazingly clean & tidy it could pass for a Michelin star! Excellent choices of desserts, I have been to heaven dessert in Liverpool and I loved it since can't believe we have one in Southampton now 😁 My kids enjoyed having to pick from the menu they can pick any dessert or add into it which is perfect even if you would share! my only down side is that we had to wait for a very long time and it wasn't so busy as also took very long time for the waitress to take our order or even pay attention to the people that also was waiting for someone to come and take orders that's my only down side. But we will definitely be back to try more dessert :)

A good place to go for coffee and desserts. The ambiance is lovely and the staff seems polite but I’d still not give 5 stars and the reason is tables. Everything was slipping on top of it. My plate kept turning in circles and it wasn’t easy to use knife and fork AND holding a plate at same time. They hadn’t provided coasters or anti slip base plates so be ready for embarrassing adventure if you’re on a date because that will make you look stupid. Such polished tables look amazing and reflect lights but would cost you in ratings. Prices are high but comes with a value of taste. Overall experience was just okay because I got embarrassed and I blame them for that. 4 stars for taste, cleanliness, value, temperature, ambiance and overall services.

A good place with a few things to improve. We had a lovely sweet time here. I am happy that finally there is a place to get quality desserts that are not just pure sugar and portions are reasonable size without overeating. That’s what a good place should be. Well presented, tasty and fresh. Interior is ok, something different from the rest of the places in Southampton. The service I am sure will improve, however will be nice to see staff wearing masks. It tells a lot about business to people if your staff seem to care about your visitors. I see that you clean tables and seats after everyone which is a big thank you! We had a cookie dough and a croissant waffle, it’s was very tasty. We also had cappuccino, and asked for a glass of tap water, unfortunately we were refused of one, which is quite surprising, considering that in many countries it’s a law and in the UK I never ever was refused of one even in very expensive places. So that is something quite surprising.

I have been to the Heavenly Desserts twice now. And I LOVE their desserts. First of all, the interior has a luxury vibe with the rich colours and marble like backdrop with golden highlights which invites you in for a deluxe experience. Which accompanies the exquisite desserts that they serve. They are not only pleasing to the eyes but also exciting for your taste buds too. It's really satisfying to look at the menu and decide which items to order as the items are accompanied by pictures which is very helpful. I tried the Lotus Biscoff Croffle and Blood Orange fizzy drink the first time I went. The Croffle was soft and sweet and the drink was tangy which were perfect together. The next time I ordered profiteroles which were perfect and delicious. And also ordered the rose cheesecake. It was so soft and melted in the mouth right away. I had also ordered the rose latte but it did not meet my expectations. But it might be due to the reason that it was a sweet drink which I couldn't really taste after two sweet desserts. So I will recommend diners to always pair up the sweet dessert with the shop's wide array for zingy, sour drinks which will pair up nicely and leave your appetite satisfied. I will be going again to taste other desserts and drinks from their brilliant menu.

Indeed “heavenly” desserts! This is my second time visiting this place and everything tastes amazing! The service is very good and the people are nice and polite! I definitely recommend a Spanish latte if you are into coffee, as per desserts, sorry I can’t choose! The Rose Cheesecake is exquisite, tho!

A super dessert restaurant, glad it's finally in Southampton! Our server was extremely friendly and helpful! You have to try the croffle if you come here (and like croissants and waffles, obviously). Deliciously butter and smooth with excellent toppings. I had the lotus biscoff one. The Spanish latte is also delicious for a coffee lover, and also a treat to make up. Pour the hot milk first ;)

Wow! Just wow! Might be the best dessert parlour I’ve been too and most definitely the best dessert I’ve had. The biscoff ‘croffle’ was to die for. Just imagine a waffle made from croissant dough. Never had anything like it! The vanilla, pistachio and rose milk cake was also extraordinary. Most importantly the service was 5*. Abdul was an absolute gent and has a promising career in whatever he chooses to do in the future!

The food was absolutely lovely, really soft but crispy and I couldn't fault it at all, great selection and wonderful food. The only thing that surprised me was that I ordered a smoothie and asked for a glass of tap water as well but was told that they didn't provide tap water. I've always thought it is bad service to not provide tap water to customers (especially as I was purchasing a drink in addition, I was just extra thirsty)

after reading plenty of reviews and hearing about the hype in the town, we decided to head over to Heavenly Desserts in Southampton. So this is my honest review about the new dessert joint. First impressions; elegant ambience and endless dessert options (perfect for the end of date night😍) we went for Espresso Milk Cake & Passionfruit + Vanilla Martini from Luxe menu. Ordered Kunafa and my god! Perfectly flavoured and every bite was well balanced. Milk cake was epic my husband loved it as he’s a coffee lover. And to end it all we had a delicious martini. Savoured every sip of it!🍸 We went on Saturday and it was really busy but our desserts were SO WORTH THE WAIT. Would recommend it to everybody especially after a dinner date!

Second time visiting, always welcomed from the friendly staff. Customer service from all staff is always 5* nothing is ever a problem. We come here today for my sons birthday with 8 of his friends. They done a little birthday plate with treats on for him, which was so nice. Very clean and amazing desserts with very big portions. Look forward to returning.

Me and the wife was greeted and seated a young chap called Brad upon entering - we always drove past at least once a week since starting my new job at west quay in December, however we were far from disappointed. Southampton needed this! I didn't knew and just passing by saw this immaculate place. I was with family and we decided to hop in. It was actually Heavenly their Crofles are unique, very tasty. If you want quality desserts, clean immaculate ambiance and friendly staff. Look no further.

The food was nice, but it's expensive and the staff were inattentive. We were asked at the door if we needed a gluten free/vegan menu, to which we said yes. I ordered a gluten free waffle, however I didn't get a gluten free waffle and got the standard one instead. I can only guess that the waitress assumed my order was from the regular menu and my friend's order was the vegan option. In hindsight we should have double checked with her, however considering she'd given us a gluten free/vegan menu she also should have asked.

I can not stress how amazed I am with this place! I just keep coming back for more🤤 The beautiful interior is a start and it’s not bright coloured like other places, and definitely the best lighting for photos🙂 The staff are so lovely and and every time ask if I need a gluten free or vegan menu no matter how many times I go! I see they clean tables after each person and not many places still do that. The food is amazing and even on busy days I must say the presentation is amazing. Not to mention the Ruby chocolate and raspberry croffle😍. I see some people have problems but the staff are so quick to change and make adaptions to their problems and work something out.

Great place, very pleasant young lad who greeted us, bless him very polite. I read bad reviews but our table service and order was spot on, excellent quality. Friday evening during peak hours couldn't ask for more. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars to such a great experience is one of the staff members refuse to give a glass of water to a child as apparently they don't have tap water. I was asked to buy which I don't mind but that never came either so paid up and bought from a local shop. I hope the owner/franchisor read these reviews as I understand that it is not a licensed premises as doesn't serve alcohol but as a paying customer who just spent a fair amount with 4 adults and 3 kids gets refused water when a child asks and parent gets told they can purchase. Obviously there was a need there and when water is required things can get uncomfortable very quick. Extremely disappointed in the policy but didn't want to ruin a nice evening and was with guests. However, I hope this is addressed. Overall, highly recommended only if you do not need any drinking water during your visit.

We spent a lot of time to look throw all huge menu,when it was time to order-we find out that half of desserts they not doing anymore.Staff could mention about this before. We tryed tarts-they were just ok for this price. Creme brulee was very nice. Men toilet wasn't working. And strange system for paying,they not bringing you bill at the table.. My opinion:looking posh from outside and not good level of service. Not going to come back.

Took my wife, sister and nephew. Place looks great I've been to one in Birmingham so I knew what kind of service and food to expect. Ill skip the whole seating part because the waitress was kind to allow us to have a seat away from the freezing front door breeze. So we sit down and pick our food.. waiting.. waiting... Waiting.. I was even doing that annoying poking my head up to get attention thing and still to no avail. At this point we give up and go to the counter to order and get a "it's table service, you aren't meant to order here" and in return we say "been waiting 20 minutes, kids gotta sleep soon" the guy at the counter didn't seem to probe as to why we haven't been seen to but hey ho. Anyway moving on, we get the desserts and one of our lattes was pure milk, we call a lady over and she says "yea?" Lol I'm sat there thinking someone ain't getting a tip. She left the menues on the table and didn't bring the replacement cutlery, it's cool though. The younger waiter came over and sorted it out for us. The foods top tier, the service is less heavenly more purgatory? Heavenly desserts, purgatory service more like..

Went tonight for a birthday treat and we will definitely come again. They concentrate on high quality eat-in desserts and they do not disappoint. No blue banana ice cream here, but top quality waffles and the like. I had a croffle - a waffle with a croissant like layering. No, I have no idea how they did it either and I will happily come back to enjoy another thankyou very much. They have a couple of vegan and gluten free options, which is good to see. Service was polite but a bit on the slow side - a ton of delivery drivers turning up constantly which really made me feel uncared for having made the effort to actually go there. If you are going to be on every app, get the staff in to service that demand. The poor folk trying to make all the orders - bit manic for them. The interior is really well done, the menus pretty slick too - no laminated pages here! Early days for them- open, what, a week? But boy, they really do have something special here. Get the staff in to service the demand! I might have ordered seconds…

The food was lovely and the place was gorgeous. However, I can not give this place more than 3 stars as the service was very disorganised. My family and I were sat down immediately however, it took a long time for us to be served. A waiter noticed we had been waiting quite a while and asked has anyone taken your order, we said no and he said he'd come back and take it himself. He came back maybe 10 minutes later and asked again if anyone had taken our order we said no again and he finally took it - he was very apologetic about this but it just seemed so disorganised, we could see lots of staff members however it didn't seem like they knew which tables were theirs , who had ordered, who needs to pay etc, it was slightly chaotic. We also asked for tap water and apparently they didn't have any, which makes no sense. I was under the impression that all food places had to have tap water? Therefore, we were obligated to buy bottled water.

Even though I am not a dessert person, I thought I'd give it a try to the new dessert spot in Southampton. People will probably misunderstand it, as it is not an ice cream parlour. When I entered, I thought I was transported into a different dimension because this is actually a DESSERT RESTAURANT! First of all I am so grateful to whoever opened this in our town because we really need a restaurant like this. Secondly, the interior was amazing. Every corner of the store was put through well thought. And the delicious smell of the waffles and baked tartes. Mama Mia! I think the lady who hosted me was the owner. She was absolutely phenomenal and I did mention to her that you're a perfect salesperson. She knew what I wanted and recommended me the Ruby Raspberry Croffle with Mango Passionfruit Smoothie. From the beginning till the end, I felt that I was important part of their day and not another customer. You will find me again and again because I do want to try everything on the menu and you have my full attention. I want to write more but will wait again for my second experience. Overall, no brainer to visit it.

Been here twice so glad they opened a proper desserts place, but as it took agesss for some to take our order i wrote it down and sent it to the front, then they said they didnt have chocolate cake kids were disappointed sucha beautiful place shame they dont always have what you want on the menu, it was empty aswell so it d be nice if someone came to us straight away, foods lovely the choc orange pudding is amazing and milkcake, abdul and the girl at the front have great customer service skills but apart from abdul no one will ask about allergies etc please do a ferrero roche milkshake on your menu every place does it, there no option on your menu for chocolate based milkshakes that everyone loves
