The ice cream is excellent. We had 3 different flavours between us and we will definitely be returning to try more. The cones were very tasty and fresh. There are 3 fridges full of different flavours, one of which is all sorbets. If you want a really good ice cream then head to Scoops, you will not regret it :-)

Went here as a back up plan as the closer place in Fareham was shut on a Saturday afternoon! Thankfully was not disappointed! The portions were huge and tasty, the milkshakes were really good and my daughter had the fruit sorbet which was fantastic. Everyone was very happy....and very full afterwards! Not too busy when we went, clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Very good gelato and sundaes/waffles staff are lovely and seating area is very clean and tidy. Oh yeh Lattes are very good too 👍We had a crepe on this occasion and it was very good the strawberries were sweet and juicy and the crepe was cooked to perfection.

Great gelato with a huge choice of waffles, crepes, cakes, coffees and of course, ice cream. Really well furnished and comfortable, with plush furniture. The loss of a star for the restricted entrance and it was a little difficult to get a wheelchair around. If your able bodied, this is a great place to go!

Best ice cream and really good quality waffles. The fruit is always fresh and staff are always accommodating. Been coming here since it opened, but since after lockdown I've eaten in at 3 places in Southampton, and none of them asked for my information to track and trace. Scoops is the ONLY place I've been to since eateries have reopened which is actually following government protocol. Feel so much more confident eating here than most places.

We wanted to get some ice-cream before the heatwave cooled off and set out for Sprinkles on Wednesday of last week. If you've visited Sprinkles over the last week or so you'll probably have had to queue, as we had started to. Realising that the queue wasn't moving much, and that there weren't any tables anyway, we decided to try out scoops just up the street. We got a table right away and tried to decide which of the many options we would indulge in, ultimately opting for a strawberry waffle and a fudge brownie sundae. The price was very good after the eat-out to help out discount was applied and we didn't have to wait long for our desserts. I was a little bit disappointed when my sundae didn't arrive in a sundae glass, but that complaint was mostly subverted by the generous portions and pleasing presentation, nevermind the taste! I'm sorry I hadn't taken a picture to show off what I enjoyed. The Covid precautions weren't great, although we were given a slip to put our details onto for track and trace. It was also pretty much impossible to distance as the main flow of people were going right past were we sat. We also got to enjoy a bit of row between strangers, amateur dramatics are somewhat defeated by face masks however. Recommended, although a little expensive at full price.

Really good service, they use high quality fruit and waffles and crepes are made perfectly. Love the music channels that play, great family friendly atmosphere, nothing is too much trouble for the manager he's really helpful (my friend has allergies) and they accept student discount too!

Lovely delicious treats here. So much to choose from! Reasonable price for treats as they are very big! High chairs are available and balloons to entertained children. They also have a party table open to reservations.

Really delicious gelato, lots of different flavours to choose from and very quick, friendly service. Cakes, coffee, hot choc, waffles, cookie dough and sundaes are just some of the things you can buy here, they even do breakfast!!! Prices are very reasonable and you're able to try flavours before you buy if it's difficult to make a choice. There's even the option of an 8 scoop challenge where if you manage to eat 8 scoops in less than 10 minutes ( including cream, wafers etc) you get it for free ( along with your name on the board). This place is great for celebrating special occasions such as birthdays etc or just to visit as a little treat both for children and adults. The decor is good , nice atmosphere and looks clean

Do not listen to the last few reviews on Scoops. I have been coming to Scoops for well over a year and a half now and everytime I have ordered something off the menu it has not only taken below ten minutes to be prepared and arrive at the table, but it has tasted amazing. Whether it is the waffles, crepes, shakes or cookie dough, everything is succulent and amazing. Could not offer more praise to the service or quality of food. Ahead of the game when looking at places such as Sprinkles Gelato whom add a teaspoon of serving to your waffles and a single sprinkle (Ironic considering their name). To sum it up, if you want a brilliant experience with family and friends in a vibrant environment and delicious desserts. Look no further, Scoops are reigning supreme as the Undisputed Champions of the Dessert Game in the South.

We went to Scoops, as Sprinkles were open, but had no ice-cream to sell as they were cleaning! Their loss! The flavours at Scoops, were amazing and the lady who served us was friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like, was the music channel on the tv, as I think some music videos are inappropriate for children to watch. My nearly 9 year old was glued to videos of scantily clad ladies prancing around, while I sat there cringing.

Great options on the menu always make it hard to decide. We always end up ordering too much and never finish it all. Eyes bigger than belly syndrome. Biggest problem with this place os that you want to go back a thousand times to try all the options. Service is fast and staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of students in here obviously due to location. We've also tried sprinkles the competition over the road and we marginally prefer scoops over all.

Waffle and ice creams were fine however hot chocolate did not look like it should, was cold and looked as though it was hanging about before being served at the table. Advised staff and they promptly replaced it with the, real HOT chocolate.

Well, for allergens this is not the place as most of their menu has something common for allergens. Apart from that good range of menu for a great price. My first experience at Scoops was AMAZING! They have a huge variety of ice cream. From sorbet to sundae and from chocolate cones to waffles! They have got it all. When you first go in it is very vibrant and welcoming. Then we you see the colours the theme becomes clear. There is also entertainment there while you eat. When you go to Scoops you'll never want to go anywhere else. To know the best you have got to try the best and Scoops is the best!
