I mean it's Sprinkles does it really need a review? 😄 the absolute best place to come for ice cream and waffles, no competition. The ice cream alone is worth the trip but the banana chocolate waffle with ice cream is a game changer. Literally worth the 12 hour cardio sesh to compensate for it 💪

Me and members of my family often pop in for ice cream as they have some many different flavours that sound delicious, last time I went there i had dark hazelnut ice which was very nice my daughter had a waffle with strawberries and white chocolate and grandson had a cone filled with smartie ice cream,they both enjoyed it 👌

The portion sizes are ok, smaller than the other sprinkles but the atmosphere is much nicer in this one. Generally don't have long to wait, can be a bit of a queue at times. Plenty of seating when you do get served though. I get the impression some of the staff really don't want to be working there. Heyho, overall a good place for a quick/affordable ice cream.

I often drop in here for dessert after a meal out in Southampton, as their gelato is delicious. The regularly changing flavours, along with some firm-favourite classics like chocolate brownie, are invariably delicious and (as a side-benefit) much cheaper than a restaurant dessert too.

Large variety of ice creams but these are not authentic Italian gelato, more for the English taste. However, you can find a very nice waiter, such as Sabrina the best. Go there say hi and enjoy a drink. You will be happy afterwards just like my moka in the photo or the huge pancake.

Came in just for an ice cream and I was impressed by the choice available to me. Someone with a sweet tooth will love it here. The quality of the gelato is really good and the prices are reasonable. I have taken one star off of what could be a 5-star review as the toilet was in a state and the restaurant/seating area was feeling a little aged or unclean. We took our ice creams to go so not a big deal.

Food is great as always, dare I say even better than before however the staff did not seem to be able to cope with the space being so busy. The system in place does not seem to work as well as the system before, seems to cause more confusion as no one tells you to choose the table in advance! You get to the till and have to go around checking if there is a free table to sit. I understand its incredibly busy with the scheme of Eat out to Help out, but a smile on staff face should always be present. Also, Air-conditioning was on and freezing inside on an already coldish day.

The staff are always giving their best I think sometimes the Sprinkles processes need to be challenged and reviewed Cold coffees arriving with desserts because they are left waiting for completion of orders. Try making the coffee last Like I said staff are great though

We took our two young grandchildren to sprinkles for ice cream as it was half-term, and although they do stock a lovely selection of various ice creams, the trip out was unfortunately let down by dirty sticky tables. I understand that it is an ice cream parlour and tables will get sticky and dirty but does it really not take only a few seconds to wipe over with a wet cloth. And so this is why I have only rated with four stars.

I think the portions are too big. Yes it’s very tasty, but I sometimes feel I am trying to finish it without actually enjoying it , the food is very sugary and filling so I always end up feeling guilty of leaving the half food on the table.. or if I decide to finish it for the sake of finishing it i feel too heavy... maybe you can consider offering smaller half size options? That would be great for many I am sure...

The staff at Sprinkles Gelato were collectively brilliant in the reservation process of booking a large table for my daughters birthday last Saturday on the 29th of June. We had a face painter which was not a problem birthday cake and candles.. We spent £40 pounds for the ice cream and the kids couldn’t even eat it all. Great venue for a small party extremely accommodating.

so much cleaner than the one at the top of the high street, fast and friendly service, and a genuine understanding of gluten free, had to leave unserved at the other high street store as not enough english amongst the staff to understand gluten free. here the staff washed all utensils and even washed the customer ice cream spoon to make sure of no contamination, wow,that what i call service. my only gripe is the smoking, with no front window smoking is allowed outside at the front of the shop and the disgusting smoke blows inside otherwise i would have given you 5+ stars. close the window or ban smoking in seating under the canopy. please
