Amazing ice cream lounge. Sells a lovely selection of ice creams and sorbets. The waffles are gorgeous and come in a gluten free option as well. There are also savoury options which make it perfect for lunch time. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The place itself is always clean and welcoming with plenty of space to sit down and enjoy the lovely food. Visit - you won't be disappointed.

Have been here on numerous occasions, and find it to be a great place to go. Never too busy to find somewhere to sit, even with a pram. The ice cream is good and there is enough on the menu to tickle most people’s fancies. The staff are great and we have over the visits figured who is more generous with strawberries, and always hope they are there! Worth a visit, and try the vegan chocolate sorbet on the side of any dish, an awesome addition

The food here is fantastic. Not cheap, but worth every penny - a definite case of "you get what you pay for". The waffles are the nicest I have ever eaten, and the monster shakes are out of this world. What really sets this place apart from the plethora of ice cream parlours popping up all of a sudden, though, is the staff. Helpful, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile.

This was a lovely clean place that had available child equipment and lovely ice cream. There was a wide variety of ice creams and good portions. Would love to go back to try some crepes yum. We asked for a tub for the children's ice cream as they couldn't eat all of it and they were helpful. Would recommend and go again Went and tried the crepes and waffles they were very delicious and filling.

Yummy! The ice cream is delicious. I would highly recommend this place for vegans as they have a large range of vegan dishes including the crepes which are very good. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Much nicer than any of the other ice cream parlours I have visited in Southampton.

Great local business serving ice creams, sundaes as well as coffees, waffles and things like that. Handy to stop into now that the car park just around the corner is free. The staff are really nice, very helpful and chatty too. It's always clean and pleasant inside, to sit and eat your ice cream.

Very tasty ice cream and shakes, great selection of flavours , I particularly liked fruit coolers, they taste of real fruit rather than something synthetic. Very pleasant and friendly staff! Have been a few times and can't wait to visit you again.

We go there from time to time. Staff is very friendly, mouthing is too much for them and waffles yum yum(don't think you can get them anywhere else in Totton). My last visit was a bit disappointing as the place didn't look nice at all. It wasn't busy but tables were dirty with empty dishes, pots and glasses on them. Floor looked to me like it wasn't swept or moped for a week! Dirty marks on sofas. All this when there were 3 girls on shift looking a bit bored. It's a lovely place and it would be shame to loose it but please keep it clean and tidy in order to not put people off.

Always friendly staff. The waffles are cooked fresh and I always leave there stuffed without spending a fortune. They also offer discount with MY VIP Card aswell as their own loyalty card scheme.

They have vegan options! Go there and buy the vegan options so that they make more vegan options. Respect the animals! Be inclusive of all animal life when you choose to eat! If you eat to survive, allow other animals to survive at the same time :) be love, don't be their pain. 🙏💚🐄🐮🐾🙏

This is an amazing sweet restaurant. Having tried scoops and sprinkles in the area, this is above them both. Efficient staff and very tasty food. I had to go back a week later to try a different item. I now plan on making my way through the menu. We have already recommend it to friends and family!
