Boom this was nice. Really happy we ordered from you guys, as everything was fantastic. The milk shakes were still cold and the ice cream was still solid to. Have I mentioned how nice it was Becuase it really was. If we are back this way will will be back! 5 stars, thank you!

Went in with a friend of mine for a milkshake each a couple of days ago and we both enjoyed our drinks with zero complaints. The shop looked clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive even though it was fairly late, and our order was ready quickly. There is plenty of choice and the option to customize your own shake if you're in the mood for something specific. They stay open quite late which is great for night owls like myself. I'd say the price is justified by these positives, especially as it's an "occasional treat" sort of menu.

I have tried many desert shops in and around stoke and must admit I have been trying Sweet Moment a few times and the quality and taste of their deserts is incomparable with the other ones around, I would most definitely recommend a visit there.

Very friendly and professional staff. Quick service. First time my kids tried the Ice cream rolls and they are a bigger winner. So flavoursome! My personal favourite has to be the fresh donughts. With so many toppings to choose from! We also had the ferroro Roche milkshake which was really delicious. My little one loved her unicorn gelato. Overall very impressed with the service quality and speed. Keep up the hard work. Will be visiting you on many occasions 😋

Me and the family have sweet moments fairly regularly. Always delivered in good time as we are quite far out from them but always arrive hot when we have ordered waffles / cookie dough/ donuts. Would recommend the white chocolate cookie dough !! They also cater well to additional requests ( we like banoffee cookie dough so we write in the instruction and they do this for us ! ) the ice cream roles are excellent cake and milk cake . They are great at communicating. If I've ordered when tired and made a mistake ( like not adding toppings on make your own sundae ) They have called up to check what I wanted. Never a bad experience !!

First time ordering from here. Ordered for collection and order was ready within 10 minutes and donuts were fresh and warm reminded me of the sea side yummm and other desserts were packaged safely and in good containers and great portion size. 10 out of 10 would revisit again keep it up guys 👌🏻👌🏻

I ordered in at home using the website which was straightforward and easy to manoeuvre around, delivery time said 1hr which I expected because it was day 2 of opening however to my surprise I received my dessert within half an hour which was impressive! I ordered the donuts and the milk cake and I have to say both lived up to my expectation. Stoke was lacking a good place which offered fresh donuts and WOW these were amazing.. really tasty and didnt feel oily or heavy just perfect the extra choice of toppings was the icing on the cake!! The milk cake was delicious, I chose biscoff flavour which was so refreshing and light and tasted phenomenal.. the portion size was really generous so can easily be for 2 people which is an absolute bargain..I can't wait to try the other flavours. Overall a fantastic experience will be ordering more for the whole family at the weekend. Definitely recommend this place. 👍

All Desserts were amazing but particularly the fresh doughnuts were my favourite. Lovely looking shop and friendly staff. The Milk Cake portion is very very generous which was an extra bonus! The only downfall for me now is the wife keeps badgering me to order more lol. Looks like its gonna be a weekly thing for us now, but its definitely going to be worth it!

Ordered yesterday for the family and I must say the customer service and delivery time was excellent. Now going onto the desserts where do we start? Me and the Wife had the Variety box doughnuts and can’t believe how fresh and mouth watering they were. If you want fresh doughnuts then this is by far the place you want to try! We ordered milk shakes, Ice Pan and the Milk cake for the rest of the family. Their response was they were divine. We were so satisfied that we already looking forward to ordering on the weekend again. To top it they only around the corner from our house. 5 stars from me all the way!!

Very please with the quality, delivery time and service! Ordered afew milkshakes for delivery they came within half an hour of ordering. The milkshakes were very thick and still very cold! Cant complain. Definitely recommend, one of the best dessert places in stoke!

Wow! Amazing desserts 😍 we had X2 different waffles a sundae a ice cream roll an a 6 box of donughts and everything was too notch especially the donughts!! Delivery was exactly when they said it was going to be too. Very happy with everything and will be ordering again!

Visited on the Opening day, As expected I knew there would be a wait, Staff members informed me upon entry there would be a slight delay (Which is great customer service) and were very helpful in helping me when deciding what to have. Wow what a dessert 🍨 considering we went on the open weekend and how busy they were you would expect teathing problems but not at all the desserts were immense and as we had a delivery it was on time the ice cream rolls and donuts were out out of this world its definitely a reccomend and will be returning soon well done guys keep up the good work.
