Been here on numerous occasions and never disappoints. Came here last night with two of my good friends and ordered the chocolate brownie waffle and ice cream shake. DEATH BY CHOCOLATE! I have never been to a place like this before and always thought it was mainly for kids birthdays etc. Boy, was I wrong! The menu is absolutely huge and offers a great selection. The waffle I couldn’t finish but it tasted lovely. If you have a sweet tooth, definitely pop in.

No matter how much I enjoy eating here, and how good the desserts are... the staff just always seem to be so unenthusiastic..? I’ve never walked in and been greeted or smiled at by staff. Even when I’m ordering, they just seem to be constantly annoyed. I don’t know if this is just me or if anyone else has noticed this or had this happen to them? At least the dessert is good

Very quiet when we were there and we were seated quite quickly. Staff were pleasant enough and the tables appeared to be clean. Ordered food and it arrived fairly promptly but there was far too much sauce added, especially the strawberry sauce on the crepe. It was so sickly sweet that my daughter couldn't eat more than a couple of mouthfuls. To be fair, I didn't complain at the time as we weren't too hungry but I would definitely say it's worth considering asking for a smaller amount of sauce to be added (it's way more than the images in the menu show). Normally you'd think that getting extra is a good thing, but the sauce was so sickly sweet that it actually made the food hard to eat. The images show just how much was on there... Hope you find this review helpful when it comes to making your own choices (I wish I had known in advance just how it would have been served).

Very nice atmosphere, excellent if not overly extensive range of desserts, primarily waffles, ice cream, pancakes, cookie doughs and shakes. Moderately priced. They don't have good pictures or any of the deserts on display making choosing a tought task. But I believe there is a delicious desert for every one!

Here as a suprise for my gf. Had waffle and crepe between the two of us. Very nice and a large portion with sauces toppings and ice-cream. Had a slush each as pictured. Green. Is mojito with passion fruit balls and the other is vanilla with strawberry balls. Each very tasty. Quick service good prices and great time. Shall return soon.

The desserts are good. I had cookie dough which was nice. My wife had a shake and son had a bubble slush. They both enjoyed them. The problem is the service. Really slow. And I ordered a single scoop of chocolate ice cream at the same time as the rest. But 5 minutes after the others arrived I had to ask where the ice cream was. Overall a nice trip, just slightly let down by the service.

What you would expect from chain like this. Decent customer service, but we did wait over 20 minutes for all our deserts to get to us. ( They never all came together). I went in on the request of my girls as it's not my sort of venue. They enjoyed the food and the environment, they'll probably go back. Not so much me. Too many calories to work off

Ice cream is really delicious. Worst hospitality I'm afraid . I understand they need to keep the place organised , especially in such times. But, there are really better ways to explain the system they are applying better than a firm face and speaking with an attitude . Added to that forgetting to bring stuff we already paid for. The place was really noisy you can not hear yourself talking .

Ordered a takeaway, pleasant staff great customer service. I had strawberry shortcake waffle staff asked me if I would like to try with oreo base - and it was more delicious! Highly recommend!-thank you! heavenly millshakes too.😋 very clean inside and follow the government advice on the pandemic everyone wears a facemask and hand sanitizer as you enter and social distance.

Fun place to go for a dessert after a meal somewhere else. Good for groups and parties. We've been a few times and the service has been good on each occasion. Sure the prices are a little expensive, but the portion sizes do go a way to justifying them. My wife loves the place, we'll be back.

Staff are really not friendly. Wait time is a bit extra considering it is generally not very busy. A lot of variety to choose from and they taste incredible. The interior is pretty: sparkly and very pink. Perfect for date nights.

It was my first time at Kaspas! I didnt mind waiting to be seated however going up to order was a bit confusing and there wasn't much room. The food was very good, we all had different things (there were 6 of us) and it all came at the same time. My main dislike was the toilets, only 1 out if 3 working in the lady's and no paper.

My daughter loves it here, whilst their treats are very nice i'm not a sweet toothed person so it becomes a bit sickly for me i'm afraid. Portions are huge though and i'd hate to think what the calories are in some of their desserts

Great if you got a thing for deserts, I've only ever had the waffles which were lovely but the selection/options you have to choose from is large, you can expect to pay from £6 to £10 per person depending on what you but definitely worth a visit now and then.

Because of the location it can be tricky to park nearby but it's worth a visit, children may have difficulty finishing their dessert because of the size!

HONEST REVIEWER! If you want just ice cream/desserts it's the best place in Swansea easily. Price is fair, I thought a bit on the cheaper side to be honest (for a restaurant and considering their portions are large) which is obviously a good thing. Customer service is the quickest place I've been to which I prefer in these types of restaurants efficiency over care, by that I mean do you want to walk in get a table right away, have your order taken and everything done asap or walk in have them fuss over you, ask about your day, make pleasantries and check on you etc, personally no not for this fair enough for a top end romantic restaurant you want the whole shabang but for this give me and my Mrs our food and let us unwind lol. The wait time is next to nothing (around 10/15 mins usually and quicker on a slow day) and the actual food is delicious! Can't recommend these guys enough!
