Quality is Okay but some gelato shops offer more varieties than this with better prices and the quality. At first- we have been given a set of cutlery which wasn’t properly cleaned- was sorted after pointed out. Then the Belgian Waffle wasn’t cooked to the full (95/100) but they have made us another one. So customer service was good but could have been better.

Went on a Wednesday evening so not as busy. We went for the Ferrero Rocher Waffle with ice cream. My daughter had the mint choc chip ice cream. Tasted really good and the portion is huge so good enough to share between two people. I would come back again.

Dessert selection is great. I have the triple chocolate hot cookie dough and was awesome. Place it nicely situated in the town. Only negative is that service was a bit slow and staff wasn't that helpful. One of us ordered a crepe and was told they ran out of the mix and it would take 40 mins to make more though, we spot they had a full jug of it and was making crepes like under 5 mins of being told they ran out. Think the staff needs to communicate better or they couldn't be bothered to make more crepes for us. 4 stars from me as I got what I originally wanted.

A niche desert shop in Telford's renewed Waterfront, Creams offers a huge range of toppings and gelato ice-cream to accompany their base batter puddings of crêpes, waffles and "loaded" waffles (I tried the cookie dough waffle and it was disgustingly sweet, I loved it!). If you're feeling thirsty and hungry, the monster shakes will tackle oth of your problems, with flavours such as cookies and cream, strawberry, peanut butter and more, you're going to find something you love. The shop itself is wonderfully decorated and features a selfie wall for glamorous pre-face-stuffing sessions. The seating arrangement is like a Stateside Diner, however it lacks a bit of atmosphere and warmth, but who needs that when you're in a pudding induced coma? Takeaway is available. Service is ok, the staff are very young and there's a lack of management, however they are very friendly and apologetic about the wait times (approximately 20 minutes for 3 dishes and a monster shake). If you're doing with your children, a single dessert is enough to share and the staff were more than happy to provide extra cutlery to serve. It was a good visit, if not a bit manic as a father on his own with two children crying for their pudding for 20 minutes, they were happy enough and indeed fell into a sugar-induced coma on the drive home

We had outstanding service there from A to Z. Initially we were welcomed to the table with a very nice smile by a lovely lady who immediately arranged a spacious table for 12. Then we missed ordering ice cream for our little girl. It was prepared so fast and they did it free of charge. They also offered us 4 chocolate bars for free after they forgot to add one of the toppings to one of orders . Really beautiful place and most importantly clean . Well done all of you .

Went in on Saturday night with some friends. Place was rammed so we waited a while but didn’t mind. New manageress was friendly and very efficient and our waffles and shakes were delicious! Some of the team appeared to be new or in training but the service was good and we will definitely be back !

Food was lovely as always, the best cookie dough according to my brother. But my only issue with this place (many others also) that the counter is definitely not wheelchair friendly in mind at all. I like my independence and try to have as much as I can but this stops it. As a wheelchair user it means it's hard to go to the counter and pay, my younger brother couldn't go but it was very for me to do and to also then pay was difficult as well

Omg I just had the biggest, tastiest chocolate and Biscoff waffle with ice cream and gelato. It was a late lunch but don't think I'll be hungry again for a week. Absolutely brilliant. The eating area is spotlessly clean with good Covid measures in place. I'd definitely recommend this as a place for a well deserved naughty treat.

Pretty great quality wise, took a while to come but I think they had an issue with one of the ovens, very friendly staff, nice clean modern interior, but these pudding places are way too expensive for what they are, profit margins must be huge on these places. Probably won’t do it again but it was nice to try one of these pudding places at least once.

Came to telford on a training course, creams became my favourite place for dessert! The most memorable member of staff was a young girl called sapphire who even during busy periods had everything under control. Definitely a hard worker and appreciated all of her help in choosing the desserts 😊

Extremely slow service , with up to 9 staff on , we was the only customers non of the staff seemed to know what they are doing and we’re chatting away. , decor is lovely , seems very clean We only had drinks but was in there almost a hour can’t comment on the food , seems to need a lot of organising from a experience catering manager team to get the young staff up to standard Don’t think I would try again

The kids enjoy it here and I quite like the Waffles, however the tables are consistantly wobbly and several flies are about every time we have been. Drinks are a little steep £2.50 for a small bottle of Fanta (cheaper to run to wilko first) I paid £48 for 3 Waffles, 2 drinks and a cookie dough. Nice for a treat but definitely more flies on hot days 🤨

Desserts where amazing, been here a few times, only reason I’ve given a lower number in stars is because the wife did get really bad stomach problems after eating this one night as if someone hadn’t washed there hands before serving, whether this is the case or not we don’t know but she does work with food and we hadn’t eaten anything before this we just wanted dessert

The food is good and big servings but unfortunately the service is slow. Nothing arrived together and can be served after the other dinner has finished. This happened on one visit then the exact same thing happened on the next visit. Will not visit again.

Went with my friends, great vegan menu- loads to choose from... And that is saying something coming from a vegan. The normal menu is massive and have to say the portions are too! Yummy! The staff were so polite and we had an update on our food throughout. The manager came over to us to check we were ok and if there was anything we needed. The decor is gorgeous and really modern, clearly a lot of thought has gone into it. We will be back and won't be going anywhere else for our desserts in Telford! Thanks for a great experience!

I ordered a chocolate obsession waffle from creams on the 26 th August 2022and I must say the waffle was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. Whoever made this waffle did a fantastic job best waffle ever.

Really really nice desserts. Not clear if they sell tea or coffee, but it would of gone nice with what I had as it got sickly because the portion sizes of the waffles are big. Bear in mind you do pay for that, so if they reduced the sizes, the prices 100% would need to go down. Staff are nice, some seemed new. Make sure you have water with you as it's a helluva sugar rush. A lot better than the other desert shop in Telford.

Place was an absolute tip with food mess and detris. Half the staff were lights on but nobody in. We were seated and abandoned with no explanation of ordering process( you go to counter to order by the way just incase any staff are reading this, helps if you tell customers!). Not sure if anyone was in charge as everyone just bumbling along. However after we eventually worked it out, ordered and the results were great, tasty, huge sized rewards for us. Can't complain about the food at all.... just a very strange experience. Don't think we will rush back however.

We visited here tonight for the first time, and while the food was very good it wasn't the best experience overall. We turned up once and were bored of waiting to be seated so we left to find somewhere else but it was closed so returned, we were eventually seated but noticed how none of the staff seemed very enthused and were working very slowly. Food took an age considering there were barely any customers, and there seemed to be an awful lot of staff standing about behind the counter. The staff member who served us was very polite however, and as mentioned the food was very good, although nothing like the picture. The store itself was clean in appearance but the toilet smelled unclean and the menues were taped together.

Went in for granddaughters early birthday treat. 3rd January. Slow service. Was told no kids menu but said to ask for one on the main one. Ice-cream came out first, 10 minutes later the boys pancakes came, they had nearly finished b4 mine came. Toilets was very dirty need s a clean. And had to ask for spoons.

Very nice place! Massive menu with loads of selection. They had sold out of choc fudge cake when i went last, but all ice creams are really good! The crepes are perfect and they give you pretty big portions. The decor is beautiful inside but it got a little hot in there because it was a warm day.

Food was nice but place run by kids literally no body interested to work or make effort to work except one lad on greetings. Tea without stirring spoon spouse to be Earl grey but Tetley and tasted like rinsed water. Too many staff just hanging around with bad attitude.

I ordered the banana-scoff waffle, It was made very quickly, the size of it was unreal. I've been to Creams in Birmingham before but they are so much smaller. Tasted incredible, very filling. I would drive one hour again just for the waffles at Creams Telford.

Amazing desserts. Been here numerous times since opening. Customer service is great, very friendly and happy staff. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for private bookings such as birthdays and Baby shower as they have a designated area upstairs for events. Thank you for the great service. This is by far my favourite place on earth. First discovered in Worcester, and I'm not even a big fan of Ice cream, but the blend of fudge pieces, chocolate shavings, fresh strawberries, caramel sauce, crepes, waffles, banoffee gelato that just does crazy things to your taste buds, and the ability to choose exactly what you want from a massive menu.... Well... It just rocks my world every time I go. Everything is completely made with love and I've never been disappointed.

We had 3 x 2 scoops of icecream, and 2 milkshakes. They all tasted amazing and were enjoyed. Make sure you double check prices though, as it became very expensive, nearly £30 for 3 icecreams and 2 milkshakes was a little surprising, so as long as you're aware of the prices and prepared for that, it's great.
