Great place to enjoy desserts. I ordered a oreo overload sundae, service was fast, the taste & texture was excellent. The soft serve vanilla ice cream, scoop of chocolate ice cream, wafers, oreo biscuits & sprinkled shards all made that perfect combination of a quality dessert being my favourite there. Been here a few times, other desserts there cookie dough, waffles & crepes are really lovely & nice size. Definitely would come again and again!

Had a Sunday evening coffee and sandae ice cream for my son (10 GBP). Great that this place works late in the evening, appreciate that. Friendly staff, tasty ice cream. Could park my car right at the street, though it was double yellow lines, everybody was parking here for cafes and restaurants.

Just popped in for an ice cream tub: Choose coconut (which was gorgeous), salted caramel & pistachio. The young lady servicing was a really credit to the cafe. Really chatty, friendly and gave me very generous scoops - My type of place! 😊 Didn't take a pic unfortunately. Definitely next time.

One of the better creams I've visited. The Freakshakes are amazing but you'll lose a star, as one of your employees is having a little hissy fit over bringing my cheesecake to me even though I said I wanted it for takeaway. Other than that it's decent experience.

A great dessert place! Not only our favourite as it’s big with lots of seating but my little son’s favourite as well. It has a decent sized soft play area for kids which keeps them occupied while you enjoy your sweet treats! So all you parents looking to enjoy your desserts this is the place to go!

Like the other creams in the chain we've visited, food was delicious and the staff are friendly. The service was quick too, unlike some of the other branches they actually had enough staff on duty. The decor is their trade mark black and purple dinner feel with comfy booths. The soft play area in this branch is a nice addition. Unfortunately this branch of creams like each of the others we have visited had filthy loo's, it's clearly not a management priority. It's a minor gripe and I would still recommend visiting, but it keeps my score down.

The food was alright, however took 30min to arrive and after all this time we only got half of what we ordered, the ice cream was meant to be vanilla but they ran out, so without asking they just put chocolate. we also ordered still water, which they also ran out of so they proceeded to miss it out completely until we questioned this to which they just gave us sparkling water.

Lovely ice creams and desserts, no doubt about that and the queue of people waiting to get in will testify to that but sadly no social distancing and no soap or hand sanitizer in the gents toilets. Perhaps someone should tell them about this virus that everyone is talking about. Cleanliness and social distancing are essential things in today's environment. Great idea to have everyone in their own booth or so called bubble but adults and children alike just walking and running round everywhere, surely can't be allowed?

It's excellent place to have something sweet when bringing your children with you. The food and ice cream are very delicious and you can have it only in this place. Even it's pretty safe for your children in the inside playground you better keep an eye on them. There is plenty of space for prams inside and of course disabled access toilet with baby changing facilities inside.

Very nice indeed. Stopped off here for pudding after a night out. My wife have a chocolate waffle, I had the simple maple syrup and cinnamon with a single espresso. We will come back with the kids next time as they have a kids play area which I think is cool.

Love the free softplay area. They should promote it more. It was a couple of years before my first visit and I would have gone sooner if I had known about the soft play. I wish they open they opened earlier at weekends as I've often felt like taking my kids there around 9.30 or 10 am. Toilets could do with heating, a refit and being a bit cleaner but I've seen much worse.

The ice cream and desserts here are delicious. Unfortunately, the people working here are incompetent and not very smart, since they constantly get orders wrong, and it’s almost impossible to understand what they’re saying half the same. The manager needs to hire more qualified people.

Hot day, no ac on as the doors were open. Which would have been fine if there'd been a breeze. But there wasn't. One giant sweat box. Coolest place was the toilets. Not ideal as we had babies with us. And the poor staff, unfair to taunt them with ac and not use it.

It has good and bad bits in almost equal measure. The portion sizes are big, not great if you just want a snack. Nothing savoury anywhere which is a bit limited and sickly over the top. Kids area has a heap of squealing kids in it which can be painful.... But they're kept happy and burning off the sugar - good for the parents. Sorbet options are limited for vegan/non-dairy options. Gelato we had was lovely. Cookie dough wasn't actually cookie dough... It was a marginally undercooked cookie, not quite the same. So... Mixed opinions really....

Rickmansworth Branch. Excited at prospect of ice cream parlour. Had to guess what to do, sit at booth and then order, knowing the number of your table. Bloke serving me served 3 people at the same time! Told it would be a 10 minute wait which it was. However, crepes arrived and then 3/4 way through the crepe my husbands coffee arrived and then the bloke who had taken my order arrived to say my drink was not available so could I order something else. I ordered a coffee at 20p cheaper than the original but was not offered a refund! The crepe was tasty and a good portion size. I was concerned that in the 45 minutes I was in the shop not one person washed their hands at the sink (which was blocked by a big dustbin). Gloves were worn, being taken off and the same pair put back on except by the bloke who served us. He wore the same gloves to serve at the counter, take money, prepare food and serve at the tables. I have a big issue with people who handle money and food without washing their hands or at the very least changing their gloves, it is well documented that money is filthy! The floor around the counter and from what I could see behind the counter needed sweeping. As someone else said, a few smiles would have been very nice. The youngsters working did work non-stop, all credit to them. Will I go again? I shall think on that one.

The only reason 23 of us decided to come to creams instead of Kaspers on st Albans road ( pretty much same thing different name). Was the fact when I called they told me they have a play area . We have over 13 children with us . Upon arrival I was told it's closed . When I spoke to staff and said no one mentioned this nor is it on your website . His response was we don't need to say when it closes on website or on phone . He was very rude and dismissive . I have gone here for almost 3 years in large parties and numbers throughout the year . This would be the last . All because of a arrogant response .

fun menu for kids and parents, there is a soft play area for smaller kids, and the staff is very helpful and polite. It gets quite busy on weekends with all the children, is a good place to go if you are a parent with children.

Really nice dessert shop and even has the kids soft play area inside 😁 If I had to criticize on anything it would be to invest in more balls for a ball pit as it seems all the ones that was there are all gone now.
