Had a lovely experience with Vania. She was very kind, friendly and polite. The ice cream here is amazing, definitely recommend it!

Hotel chocolat sells some nice chocolate, but this time I went to buy some single origin coffee that I'd seen on their website. Unfortunately, they didn't have the full range, so I was unable to buy what I wanted, and all the staff could tell me was they don't always sell everything shown on the website, and they didn't have a clue if or when the missing range of coffee would be delivered to them

We were out and about walking in the mall, and decided to walk into Hotel Chocolate for a browse. We were given a few minutes to ourselves, and then were offered some free samples of a new chocolate. Not once were we pushed to buy anything or made to feel uncomfortable. On the contrary, we were told information about the chocolate and how it was different, and were made to feel warm and welcome. The girl that we were served by was a true asset to the brand, as the reason this review came about was only because of the service and passionate we saw in her! Definitely worth a visit if your after good chocolate and great service!

Small store but not small on stock! Their seasonal stock is nicely on display front and center, with their normal stock at the back. Very high quality chocolate at a high price tag but definitely justified.

Their were three members of staff serving in a very busy shop on the last saturday before Christmas. I ended up just serving myself. My money was taken by a member if staff thst had no customer facing skills at all. She never made eye contact once. None of the special offers that went with the product i was buying were pointed out to me. I served myself paid and left. Not a very festive experience.

It's a good store with many chocolate and coco products, some made with unusual tasty flavours. Friendly staff members and good shop layout. Free tasters were offered and it was service with a smile. I found the prices of the products to be somewhat in the competitive excessive variety.

Peaceful oasis for members of the chocolate appreciation society! I loved wandering around, reading the ingredients of the various items and admiring the presentation - so much to choose from and each sounding equally delicious! A bit early, but I bought some chocolates to serve with coffee after Christmas lunch! There is always someone polite and knowledgeable to serve - Hotel Chocolate must really spend some time to train their staff well - which makes such a difference when shopping in this delightful chocolate boutique. Oh, yes and the offer of a free chocolate. Yummy!

I will be honest I wasnt keen on the choices I picked, however my partner loved them so I would be happy to give it a another try and choose a different selection. Especially as the lady who served me was extremely welcoming and chatty! Best customer service I have had in a long time!

Best chocolate shop in Watford. A tad expencive but you get what you pay for in terms of quality. The chocolate has more cocoa than the mass produced muck and no cheap vegatable fat to bulk it out. The staff are really nice too.

This branch is our favourite in the Shopping Centre. Staff is friendly and there are a lots of bargains after Christmas. Don't forget to register and you can get a free box of chocolate :)

OMG! Have you tried their hot chocolate! The one in Westfield has a place to sit with a drink. I do find it difficult to go to Westfield without going in. There is normally a chocolate of the day to sample in the shop too. Problem is I quite often end up buying a pack - not the sales staffs fault either. They are helpful but not pushy. The chocolate is just so tasty!

I have been going to hotel chocolate for some years now and always with my daughter olivia. I must say how fantastic all the staff are,especially vania. Vania has over the years seen Olivia in the shop and goes that extra mile and is patient ,caring,passionate about customer service,making Olivia feel so special and vania is just amazing.
