Reviews of Auntie Em's Tea Room

This tea room is very good for children ,they have this place gone the extra mile for children which I have not seen it before which I liked. We been there with my
Daughter, granddaughter and great grandchildren. We found it was just off the high street and the shambles which in middle of the streets. It's very safe for children. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Thank you from Graham and Valerie

We planned our visit to this cafe as we’re just shy of an hour away. We wanted somewhere to go as a family, my husband and I work Saturdays and we find we miss out on things like play cafes. So to Come here on a Sunday was a real treat! My 15 month old son loved it! The entire place was clean. The toys, tables, surfaces etc. we had a bite to eat too. I’d say it was a little more expensive than some, but it was really nice so didn’t mind. We ordered a child a lunch box for our son. It would be great to see some fruit in there but it was just right for our lad. Only thing I’d say, is. He had a sandwich made of one slice of bread. Absolutely fine for him as he’s only small, but maybe a slightly older child would benefit from an entire sandwich. None the less it was well received. Staff super friendly. We eagerly await our return and have told friends to go and visit and support this great little place. A wonderful find

Welcoming staff, simple menu but effective just for a snack. Slightly on the expensive side (£7.95 for a club sandwich). Service was good. Food tasty and sandwich well presented. Curry with Jacket potato was tasty and of sufficient portion size. Clean toilet available. (Do need to ensure soap is available all the time however, only hand sanitiser present when visited).

God bless the genius woman who put this cafe in town, she deserves a medal. It’s such a great place to take small children when you’re out and about and for parents and carers meeting up with other people whilst keeping children happy. Great food and drinks, lovely team, safe and entertaining for children - very happy days.

Best place to go with little ones to play so adults can chat. Food is lovely and staff are so accommodating to babies and children. Breastfeeding friendly which is great. Just wish it was bigger as sometimes it's tough to get a table as it's so popular!

Very child friendly cafe with good service and a children's play area.
Food good apart from the club sandwich, which was really let down by limp fatty bacon, rather than nice crispy bacon.

A great place for a coffee with the little ones. Nice and quite, which is so nice compare to Costa or any other coffee shops.
However, none of our Cappuccino or Latte was proper made. It was more like a coffee with milk, still good though.

Auntie Em's tea room is a wonderful place to go for hot drinks. Child friendly zone with play area means families with children can meet and socialise knowing the children are save and having fun. Also with free wifi and addtional plugs with USB ports. Anyone needing to use a lap top can still work while enjoying refreshments. The tea room feels fresh and comfortable to sit and enjoy some free time. Would recommend.

This is pretty much the only place in Worcester city centre that has an indoor childs play area, its small though but its nice to be able to have a coffee and some lunch whilst the children play. Unfortunately if you go after they stop serving lunch its only cake thats on offer food wise which is a shame seeing as they're open until 4:30pm. the staff are friendly though and the prices are reasonable, its a safe place to take the kids& enjoy a nice coffee.

Popped in and asked for a last minute snack. Made us feel welcome even though they were closing soon. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I had a cream tea from here and I opted for a large flat white. Discovered this place on our trip to Worcester today. The coffee was amazing and the service was impeccable. Amazing place.

Always such a lovely atmosphere. Lovely touch having the play area available too. Met some mum friends here about 4/5 weeks ago, the selection on offer for children’s food was great and the prices fab too

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The drinks are very nice. The Food is nicely presented but a bit expensive. Overall one star minus as I was asked if I wanted butter and got margerine instead.

The first time I came I couldn’t find a table because it was so busy! Today I had a great time meeting with my friend early before the place got busy. The staff are absolutely amazing! So much better than Costa Coffee by ASDA who screamed at me when my 2 year old ran behind the counter (here they just laughed). So relaxed and friendly. I had a soy chai latte, made well. It could have had a little more flavour but it’s hardly a deal breaker! I’ll definitely be back again especially as I can meet friends who avoid gluten too 😁

Great atmosphere and the small play area for kids is a lovely touch. Had a cake and latte and they were both delicious. Will be going there again.
