Reviews of Bluebell Farm - Dining & Carvery
C. H.
Took the family for a meal today, & felt the need to write a review to commend the staff & service we received. Food was delicious, prompt service & staff well mannered & friendly. With the new social distancing in place, everything was explained as we walked in the door, & we felt very comfortable & safe with all the precautions in place. Highly recommend anyone & everyone to visit.

Great staff & very friendly service. Carvery was excellent quality and good portions of meat. Kids menu was great and food came quick. Meal came with free ice cream that staff kindly added sprinkles and syrup to. Kids play area is another real plus.

For a Greene King it was good and what you'd expect. Nice burgers, the desserts are made for people with mahoosive appetites! Sharing is definitely caring. Service was good too.
s.
Another fab time at the bluebell farm. Carvery was wonderful, loved the beef, roasties and parsnips!! Kids always have a great time and the staff were welcoming and friendly especially Dominique who was very helpful and gave fantastic service. We shall be back again soon!!

At some restaurants you feel quite full after your meal, and you stare longingly at the dessert menu wishing you had room, or you might leave a few chips in the hope you will manage some dessert.. Bluebell farm embrace this problem and fill your plate with large portions of tasty food, secure in the knowledge that you won't have room for pudding, but here's the catch, they make a feature of cake-away, packaging your dessert to eat later. Best of both worlds.

Came here for a very early carvery, amazing food and as pictured my daughter loved it too. We had great service from Beck who couldn't do enough even though it was getting busy. Would highly recommend.
D. F.
Prices of food are great! The portions are massive and the staff are lovely. The place is clean and food on display looks awesome. If you want some hefty food to fill you up come here!
C. F.
Easy to find, plenty of parking. Welcoming bar and serving staff. Tasty and hot fresh carvery at a fair price. Well done!
P. J.
Great place for family get togethers.
Carvery veg great, food and service great

I am pretty stingy in giving 5* in my reviews but i was properly impressed . Today was my first visit for lunch with my friend. Delicious huge portions, cheap prices, nice, friendly and professional team. I tried the carvery an I really struggled to finish it. Usually i am not a fan o veg but i couldn't get enough of yours. Really delicious and would definitely recommend and return, this time with husband. 😁

Been here loads with my work colleagues and always had high quality food for a good price. Recent menu changes has really improved the place and the cake selection is crazy.
K. C.
Visited Sunday for a Carvery…WOW it was busy but the service was still quick and the food was constantly replenished so it was lovely and fresh. The cakes are also massive and well worth a try. We took ours home as we like to have them the following day.
K. O.
They do the best cakes! Also some glueten free options for my friend. Not even half the portion size as mine though 😂
S. W.
Attended with a young baby. Was put in a quiet corner away from other customers so that we felt the covid risk was minimal. A little concerned that very few of the staff were wearing masks. I hope they test regularly.
The food was average. The batter on the fish was far too thick. Would of prefered more mushy peas. Could barely find the fish. Chips were nice.
S. W.
The staff are incredible here! So understanding and kind. Its Christmas day and I had travelled all over Worcester to any shops that were open to try get sour cream (for a very emotional, very pregnant lady that had a particular craving for sour cream). It turned into desperation as i could not face going home without; so, wearing my pjs i entered Bluebell Farm in the hopes that they could help me... They not only helped me but they gave me the sour cream on the house and even declined me buying them a drink as a thankyou. Such a wonderful gesture. Thankyou!!! The owner must be proud of his employees :)
V. C.
Visit here very often for breakfast, always lovely and fresh food with great efficient service.
Will definitely continue to come here frequently especially now it has gone back to self service at the deck too. Also the xmas decorations looked amazing.

My fiance and I love it there. Good , healthy food and friendly staff. The 2 staff members called Joshua and Jay and all the other staff are awesome. Tom and Karina, the managers rock too. We love it there. Gorgeous deserts, massive cakes. What more could anyone ask for in a restaurant!!!.
J. C.
This was a pleasant family gathering. Not too crowded. Children were catered for.
A take away box was available to take home leftovers from carvery meals. Meat was cooked to perfection. Only comment would be the sprouts were very hard to eat. Would go again.
A. O.
Food was lovely. Carvery really well cooked and John who served us was great. The play area was very appreciated by mum & dad as well as our son
H. _.
Very nice meal. Had chicken and ribs and was all cooked wonderfully. Staff very friendly and would definitely recommend.
H. 6.
Food was excellent, service good even though very busy, recommend to book ! Plenty of parking space, easy access.
C. S.
We were an awkward sized group, still under Covid rules, but the staff took care of us and even coordinated the food to the table even though we were eating from carvery and kitchen. The food was really good and we had a wonderful time.
S. C.
10 of us had a wide range of meals off the A la Carte menu. All were very tasty, well cooked and presented and also delivered expertly at more or less the same time! Very reasonable prices and friendly, yet professional service.
E. M.
I would like to say thank you for the lovely food we had on Saturday 6th of November I came in with my family. Everyone was lovely and I also saw an old friend who works for you who kindly gave me his staff discount so a big thank you to Mark orgee who works the carvary and said if we wanted carvary he would hang on for another 20 minutes 😊
G. O.
Usually when we have been here and the foods been great, today we went, we had the carvery and the veg was close to being raw. I had a hot dessert and they had took my custard and put it on someone else's table.
M. A.
Great service as usual. All our food was lovely and reasonably priced. Dessert is not to be missed here.
D. A.
5 stars, food was fantastic, service was great, ordered food & it came out quick love this place, we was all stuffed & ended up taking out cakes home 😋😋
C. J.
Been a few times now and the food has always been brilliant. The prices are also very good. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful
P. J.
Great place for family get togethers.
Carvery veg great, food and service great
P. S.
Nice clean place ample parking service was very good reasonably priced with large portions of desert
J. H.
Last min desicion for breakfast and was not disappointed. Breakfast included all that can be seen in the pic, but also coffee toasted included. Three different size breakfast to choice from that is freshly prepaired. Staff are friendly and venue comfortable. Would come again to see how the rest of the menu compares.
J. P.
Lovely mixed grill! Carvery looked delicious but didn't have one. Would definitely go back.
N.
Excellent value for money & a more than satisfactory service. Our waitress Alicia was delightful & provided a genuine warm welcoming service.
j. H.
Excellent dining experience good choice of meals on menu friendly staff and very nice food. Cakes are exceptional
C. H.
Good food but can be a little slow at the bar when busy so i recommend using the pub app to order food and drink.
c. m.
It tends to be hit and miss sometimes the veg is well stocked fresh and good. Other times they are all dried up and staff feel prickly.
S. G.
Staff were all very polite and efficient - food was amazing although sprouts were a bit too hard this time
A. B.
The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be going back there again soon!
R. W.

This was a great find for me as I only visited after a leaving a friends house next to it. The food was great(I had the large buffet) cooked well and not done. The service was great and the place has a relaxing atmosphere.
Will definitely be going back for breakfast here again in the future. Even if I make it my stop off on the way to Wales or Bristol!
J. G.
Very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful, good food and very reasonable prices, worth the trip, thank you Bluebell farm staff. A+++++
T. C.
Good food good service and family friendly too. Wonderful looking cake
J. W.
I was a little unsure after seeing previous reviews but the carvery this evening was fine, nice fresh veg and the servers were polite and friendly, value for money . I would certainly eat here again .
S. H.
Ist visit, lovely clean place, we chose to sit indoors although plenty of room out side. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Prices very reasonable, excellent service, couldn't ask for better. Will definitely go again so we can taste some of the other choices on the menu.
L. H.
Carvery was unbelievable, every team member was friendly, service with a smile & everyone of them spoke with confidence & were happy in their job. Such a pleasant experience very late on a Sunday afternoon.
N. R.
Good food at reasonably priced. Lots of space with friendly staff.....
S. G.
Staff friendly and helpful, surroundings comfortable and clean, portions reasonable but food average. I haven't had the carvery so can't comment on that.Dessertd are massive but haven't eaten any so can't comment.
I. M.
Very good food never had a bad meal anytime staff very helpfull
K. H.
Had a lovely evening here, amazing food and wonderful service, from start to finish. A massive thank you to all staff, but especially Toby (I believe this was the server) who took such care of us and put up with a very loud family. Was my first time out in 18 months, due to the pandemic, so was very excited and you did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you all again :)
Y. G.
Fabulous. Huge servings with Cavery. Great Cakes. Happy Staff. Good take away service. Clean, an plenty of parking an outdoor Area.

L. A.
Friendly staff, lovely play area for the children, great food!
l. m.
The kitchen was closed for puddings when we finish our meal this was 9o clock the lady came over to let us no was bad really as we was wanting a pud because we was out for a meal for our wedding anniversary & was discussed on when we got in pub the carvery was closing this was at 8 o'clock so we will not be going there again
C. B.
Food OK. Staff nice. Complicated service model with alot of queueing. Good value
S. G.
I loved the place the waiting staff was beyond helpful and such a delight the chefs looked clean an the food was top notch my second carvery from the place in space of 2 weeks Im not normally a carvery fan so hats off to them

H. P.
Amazing food and lovly staff Rebecca was lovely and even managed to find us a table for 7 with out booking. Would highly recommend
A. C.
Just off nunnery way in Worcester, Bluebell farm is a quite spacious place. Due to covid19 restrictions if you have a carvery the chefs and staff are in full operation from dishing it up to placing it on your table.
There are other things go have the menu! If you do wish to visit, dont forget to get one of there well know big cakes what change through out the year.
F. R.
Great carvery plus lots on the menu to choose from beers were spot on also
T. G.
Food was nice but quede up for 20mins.for the carvery.
L. C.
Had a lovely meal here this evening with my boyfriend. Would like to say a huge thank you to Caitlin who made our meal feel 5 stars. Keep up the great work thank you :)
H. E.
We are regulars at bluebell and they never disappoint! Chrsitmas dinner today was lovely! I couldn't eat it all! was so delicious and portions were such good value for money. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the table decorated so nicely. Can not fault them at all and hope to make this a yearly thing! Thank you to all the team!!!
z. f.
Brilliant carvery, very tasty food and Mark was very helpful and friendly.
B. M.
First time for the Breakfast. Very nice.
J. C.
Was nice enough. Not too pricey. £45 for 4 people with drinks. Only real issue we had was the food wasn't hot. Plates were very hot, food really wasn't. By time we were halfway through meal the actual food was cold. The food we all had was tasty and cooked well. Lots of staff in the place.
S. J.
Friendly staff, fantastic range of food choices on the menu as well as their daily carvery- choice of 3 sizes for all appetites! Their cake away and coffee is very popular- just be warned the cake slice is huge and I am not exaggerating!! Discount for food for nhs/blue light card holders. Only wish they were open in the middle of the night when we get night shift munchies!!
m. h.
John the server along with Steve I think his name was were spot on ! Very polite top notch service thanks lads !! Good experience from start to finish !!
S. C.
Lovely tasting food and comfortable restaurant. The cakes on display are a sight to see!!
D.
Food was ok, nothing great. Was a crazy long wait for food to come out. 40 minutes.
J. B.
3 of us had a meal it was very good well worth the money staff was very friendly and polite would recommend it will definitely be going back and a very full menu keep up the good work people 👍
C. R.
Blooming amazing food. Great staff and the cakes are simply amazing. We went pre closure and we were treated like royalty. The staff couldnt so enough to help us and make us feel safe. The covid rules they have in place are great and make you feel very safe. Well done. Hope to see you all again soon
D. H.
Unfortunately hone found Hill as mire attention is given to pre order than actual queuing customers, had to fetch my own drinks, clear my own table after being showed to it and collect my.iwn deserts after ordering 40 mind b4 from the app. Not good enough
A. F.
The staff here are lovely.... So is the food.... & The cakes are huge! Enjoyable experience 👍😁
J. L.
The carvery was excellent, really nice food, especially the meats and my daughter had a steak which was cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and attentive. Special mention for the music, great choices.
T. D.
Great carvery, however, it was unfortunate that they did not have enough pig in blanket and large Yorkshire pudding despite how they advertised it for an extra £1.00.
M. M.
Well today I came to visit the bluebell today.
I was very pleased with the food, it was cooked perfectly.
Our waitress, Rebecca was amazing she was welcoming and polite.
Thank you!!
Michael Morris

Fab carvery, very hot and fresh throughly enjoued
K. S.
Friendly staff, lovely carvery! Can't fault it.
S. W.
Very noisy by the kids play area lots of screaming so if you don't have kids ask to sit away from that area
S. C.
Ordered from Cakeaway, absolutely delicious, thank you Sam!
K. P.
Busy so chose your time
Always amazez me people fill their plates and then leave half on plate. Whh not have a smaller portion and eat it all
A. S.
Wide variety of choice on the menu and reasonably priced. Decent carvery with plenty of choice
R. R.
Bar staff friendly and efficient, pub not busy, meat for Carvery, thin slices and not much, veg items OK and plenty.
J. C.
Great menu food well cooked service was excellent
R. W.
Fantastic food very welcoming staff too
S. N.
Very decent carvery here. With the 50% discount for the Eat Out campaign, you can feed a family of 4 for under £20, which is very affordable. They have a lot of seats in the restaurant, but I'd recommend booking first, it can get really busy here.
S. S.
It was very busy which I'm presuming is normal. It was a lovely atmosphere and staff very helpful and friendly. My kids had food off the menu which I am happy to say came within 20 minutes which, with empty plates, I think it's a big yes. Carvery was amazing. Will definitely go there again!!
E. R.
Great place to visit whether it be for cake and coffee, buffet breakfast, something from the menu or a good old carvery... they even do homemade Yorkshire’s too.... the cakes are huge but don’t worry if you don’t have room as they do cakeaway.... can’t wait for all this to be over so we can come visit again 🥰
R. M.
Great service by theresa, lovely carvery, great value food, would highly recommend.
B. P.
Great choice of meat and veg. Love a good roast and this one is definitely one of them! Definitely will be back again.
C. H.
Great food, great service, great dining with friends and family
T. L.
Beautiful and superbly laid out place. Wonderful services, happy staff, scrummy food and drink. The massive cake selection and I mean the size of the cakes as well as the range, are eye wateringly delicious. Extremely clean and tidy with excellent distance between tables, inside and out. One of the best places I have ever been and can't wait to go back again.
J. P.
First visit today had the coffee and cake £5 offer. The selection of desserts are amazing and the portions are huge. Thank goodness they offer to box the leftovers up to take home. Great for a treat. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be going back to try the carvery.
C. G.
Ordered carvery and followed signs asking to wait at table untill directed by staff...who never actually told us when it was our turn to go up. Ended up getting food over a hour after ordering and all the dried out rubbish that had clearly been sitting under the heat lamps for god knows how long did notice fresher, full pots been taken away...not sure what they plan to do with them? Maybe feed to the next days customers? But most certainly didn't get offered to us on the day. Not set up well to deal with customers at the moment, won't be returning untill they implement a better system to deal with government guidelines or usual trading commencing again.
M. R.
Nice food and well priced. Family friendly
K. H.
Food was very nice, but the cake size was a bit too much. Overall would go again
N.
Superb breakfast on the morning after the night before 😋
M. C.
We went the other evening the carvary was good and plenty felt some of the staff were going threw the motions service wise and showed a lack of interest but on the whole very good
D. S.
I was determined to finish my dessert, but I just couldn't eat anymore. It was so delicious I just kept eating, but it was too big, and now I'm fat. The staff are excellent, and do a great job. Be warned, the portions are BIG! I'll be back, but next time I will starve myself and wear some trousers with a stretchy waistband.
J. W.
Really nice carvery Shame pork ran out .Nice time with family, definitely worth a visit
D. M.
Amazing carvery and decent priced to 😍 will defo be returning !
V. H.
Ordered steak from main menu. Paid £14 for a small steak (which wasn't great) a few chips, a spoonful of (tinned?) peas, and half a grilled tomato. Pretty mediocre. That said, there's a decent indoor play area for young children, and the place is warm and inviting. Good baby changing facilities. Puddings the size of New York and pretty good ice cream. Staff pleasant and helpful.
S. S.
Very nice food,excellent. Good service.
C.
Very well presented, if you like Yorkshire puds theirs are amazing, nice selections of meats plus fresh vegetables.. They also have selection of meals on the menu. Desert well cakes are huge plus lots of other really sundaes.. Definitely recommend
L. J.
Lovely food. Takeout puddings are amazing. Due to eat out government scheme we did wait a while for food/drinks and because of this we didn't have time for puddings. Apart from this staff were friendly and helpful
0. 2.
Well can I just say the food and customer service there was great. However there was a table of about 5 teenagers sat nearby my table. They were loud and rude, constantly burping and even throwing their food around the place. People like this are giving places a bad reputation. Hope I don't run into the same kind of people again.
D. C.
Really good food and service. My waiter, Michael, was really lovely and kind.
R. R.
Food fine, and the service very good. Manager very apologetic due to some unruly customers, and gave us free coffee, which was a great gesture. Nice cake, massive slice.
j. r.
Fantastic service meal was outstanding staff were brilliant what more could you ask for. Cant wait for our next visit
C. R.
Went here today at 2pm. Thick snow outside but lovely welcome inside. Shown to table by very pleasant young man who told us about ordering etc. Bar staff very competent and friendly. Ordering very simple. Decided on the carvery. Brilliant decision. Best carvery we have ever had. Beautiful tender meat served by lovely friendly chef. (Very generous amount ) Plenty of vegetables. Couldn't fault anything. Definitely going back and highly recommend to friends neighbours and family. Keep up the good work.
C. r.
Lovely place with plenty of space to sit. Staff nice and friendly. Third time I've been I think more staff are needed to take money for carvery and drinks, each time had long wait to take our order. One girl serving drinks and taking orders. The food was nice and reasonable the only complaint the roast potatoes had been there a while, brown inside and there were no parsnips😭 The sweets are really nice and massive portions with take home box if you wish. Overall good.
m. w.
A place we visit frequently! Always serve a really good pint and service with a smile!.. Have eaten here a few times and never been disappointed especially with the breakfasts.. such good value for money.. Have got to know Racheal pretty well always cheerful and chatty and the homemade cakes she makes are amazing! it’s a great all round local for us 😁
J. P.
Decent carvery at sensible price.
Can often be very busy which results in waiting quite some time to get served at the bar to order food and drinks.
Desserts are pricey, but portions are large, as if you really need a large dessert after a filling carvery main meal.
N. P.
Lovely place to eat, drink and meet up with friends and family. Great choice of mains, desserts and drink. Separate menu caters for children and all excellent value for money.
The pub itself is spacious and well laid out, with areas for under 5's as well as older children to play.
Staff are very welcoming and friendly and the service is very very good. Look forward to visiting again.
G. P.
The carvery was very nice and a great pint of Abbott's, had a chocolate cake desert after Which was a amazing. The staff was very nice and was a credit to the blue bell. Will definitely visit again. Well done to all at .
A. L.
We arrived during a busy period at 7.40 PM. Unfortunately the carvery had run out, limiting the menu choices for our party , however the manager and owners of this site should be hugely proud of their staff. Despite the challenge they remained cheerful and polite. If there is any form of staff recognition then an award should go to the floor waitress Kate. She worked tirelessly all evening and smiled through it all.
H.
My favourite place of I wanna eat a good carvery. They are freshly cooked with a wide range of choice food. But the favourite parts is a home made cakes size of your head. Ice-cream are amazing too. If you want to eat here book a table. It's always busy.
D. A.
Oh Boy. Driven past a few times. Called in Sunday when couldn't be bothered to cook. Huge, purpose built pub / restaurant. Welcomed and shown straight to table despite being busy. Carvery looked v tempting but went for menu. Chose,Chicken n mushroom and Steak n ale pies with choice of chips or mash. Delicious. Chunks of meat and an actual mushroom. Washed down with Abbot's Ale. Desert. Biggest slices of cake have seen, with cream or iced cream. Stuffed. Will definitely be back.
C. M.
Fantastic food, friendly staff and Amazing desserts a foot long chocolate Eclair, out of this world. Will definatley go back. 😁😁😁
K. J.
Went in for breakfast today. Excellent value for money, you serve yourself so can pile the plate up. Love the hash browns and the refillable coffee is a bonus too. The restaurant was busy as expected but the staff on the till were polite and friendly.
t. h.
Lunch with friends and an excellent meal and a nice dessert, can't fault it really service was spot on too will be back
J. G.
Roast potatoes dry, big chunks of carrots, but other than that was ok. Only beef & gammon available.
L. S.
Nice food, family friendly, good value for money. Huuuuuge puddings, definitely a challenge!
d. b.
Surroundings very good. Separate eating area for families is a good idea. Clean and tidy but as a new property you would expect it to be. Had the carvery which was average. Would need to try something from the menu to better assess the overall standard of the food. Will probably try again.
C. G.
Have eaten here numerous times, taken quite a few friends and family, and they all enjoyed it too. Carvery well priced ( cheaper Mon-Fri). Great selection for breakfast. We have booked to go here for our family Xmas Eve brekkie. 26 of us so far! Staff and Manager are courteous and accommodating. Had a fantastic night recently at the Beatles tribute night. I would and do, highly recommend a visit. Free parking, loads of space. Can't fault it actually.
d. h.
We had a great time . There were 19 in total 3 were children. We were sat by the play area and it worked out well as we kept an eye on the children who enjoyed it thoroughly. Service was really good. All food came off the main menu with many variations. But it all came out together the order was right and the food hot. All in all excellent and no doubt at all we will be back soon
M. W.
We turned up today with 12 people and have been told in the past that we couldn't book a table when we have phoned. But today when we turned up we were asked if we had booked a table to which I said we have been told in the past we can't book it is just turn up and eat if there were tables. The young lad who I spoke to was brilliant and let us use a table near the play area for our children but asked if we could be finished by 5pm, it was a rush but we just about managed it but didn't have time for our desserts so we had to leave without having any. Shame but at least we got to wish my son and daughter a happy birthday for an hour.
K. C.
Massive place! Serves huge and tasty cakes that I had to take away or as they call it “cake away”. We had the Carvery to start which was tasty and great value for money too. Friendly and efficient service to boot. Will return soon now we have discovered this little gem.

Came in on Sunday for a carvery haven't been before and really enjoyed ourselves. We don't normally leave reviews but I was really impressed with the service we received, our waitress was a breathe of fresh air, she was confident, helpful, polite and always had a smile on her face, Niamh, you were awesome, thank for your excellent customer service, it was completely unexpected, we will be back. Oh and the cake was out of this world!!

I'd heard mixed reviews about this pub, but finally thought I'd give it a go, I ordered the bombay bird burger off the menu while my husband had the carvery. 6pm seemed a good time to go a lot of people leaving and the tables were quickly cleared and cleaned and then it seemed it pick up again at 7.30 as we were leaving. The food came out in a timely manner and the staff all seemed friendly enough, but it wasn't really anything to write home about, don't get me wrong the food was pleasent enough there was just nothing wow or unique about it, it was the same pub grub you can get anywhere.

Excellant dining experience. Just got home after lunch at the Bluebell farm. Plenty of choice to suit all needs. Had the carvery which was yummy. Plenty of food so no need to go hungry. Staff very helpful and attentive.Easy access for peaks and wheelchairs. Plenty of seating for everyone Definatley will go again next week.

The meal we had last night was lovely, the man John who served us with our roast was really friendly and chatted to us when we left. I thought all the staff were lovely and the young girl who took our order was very happy and helpful, it's nice seeing staff enjoying what they do. And oh my god me and my sister shared a dessert it was massive and the prices are amazing, looking forward to going again soon.
K. E.
The atmosphere here is lovely. The food came out hot; and there was a lot of it; and it was cheap. But you do get what you pay for; the food was nice but not top quality. The range of ice cream on offer for dessert was amazing; over 12 flavours and the cakes they had were huge and a reasonable price.
I would go here again =)
K. S.
Lovely main meal staff very polite and we deco tasteful. Would have liked to have seen clearer notification as to where to order food and drinks only at bar. Didn't like the over sized portions of pudding and the cheese cake to me didn't taste like a traditional cheese cake 😐
C. L.
This is a good location to meet people from out of town, plenty of parking. The pub is well set up for covid protection. Food is basic pub fare but at a very reasonable price, especially with a voucher.
A. G.
The amount of food you get here for the price is insane - I always leave full, and that's not something I can say of many venues. The cakes in particular are something special with regards to portion size! All this said, the quality is good, too. There is, however, often a bit of a wait to order - one must order and pay at the bar and the wait can sometimes be in excess of 20 minutes. The place is family friendly with an indoor play area for kids; whether you see this as a plus is up to you, but I'd prefer to do without the noise!
All told, I still look forward to visiting this place when I'm in the area. I hope to be back.
L.
Have had breakfast here recently with my daughter. Lovely choice of breakfast items, including toast and unlimited coffee/tea. Carvery is also very tasty. Service has been slow in the past, but this is improving.

First time at this place.
Immediately as I walked in I had a sense of family atmosphere.
We found a nice little table by the kiddies area as we had our little girl with us.
So we then decided we would try the ultimate carvery.Had to wait 7 or 8 minutes for someone to appear and carve my meat then to be told there were no pigs in blankets which I had paid extra money for, no duphonoise potatoes either.
Meat was very tasty just the rest of the food was very average.
Giant Yorkshire pudding was quite hard.
All in all I have had a lot better and a lot worse elsewhere.
T. C.
Ordered food today spent £30 for them to forget the main course's was not at fault of restaurant but the driver however spoken to the manager and he did me a massive a favour to say sorry for the inconvenience, much appreciated and the food that eventually got me was amazing thank you again bluebell apologies for pointing the finger before we had spoken to you personally.

Very nice place to eat and see friends and family have sum very nice Big Cakes would recommend
K. S.
We visited here for the first time last week, and can highly recommend it, food was lovely, staff were very friendly ☺ and would definately go again.
We settled for the carvery, and it was very nice, there is plenty of choice off the restaurant menu if you dont go for the carvery.
Oh and we came away with a slice of their delicious cake 😋😋
If you have toddlers there is a play area to keep them occupied too.
N. S.
Make your own mind up £45 for 4 standard carvaries and 4 drinks. Very hot and uncomfortable inside as no air conditioning.
We arrived early evening on a Sunday and tables were sticky, floor needed a good hoover and food was ok. Well meat was good, gravy thick, chunks of just about cooked carrots and poor over cooked cauliflower and broccoli.
When we went before was much better experience.
Would go again but not in hot weather.
M. T.
Stopped by for breakfast team were gr8, social distancing working well. Plenty of food and all tasty - although toast doesn't really work served from the counter...but get reason why! Would recommend
D. B.
We visited the Bluebell on a Saturday afternoon to ask if we could book a table for my sons birthday in a couple of weeks time, they do not take bookings of any sort at this time.
We decided to stop and try their Carvery, service was very, very slow while waiting to order. When we were served the meats were all fresh and smelt lovely. The meats were very tender with a good choice, Gammon, Turkey and Beef with various vegetables including 3 types of potatoes, most unusual.
Although we did not have a sweet they are on display, they are enormous, there was also a display of Ice Cream with a nice variety of flavours.
L. R.
Food is good value. Huge portions. Only slight "issue" is that the queue for the carvery was so long. By the time my brother in law had got his carvery, the rest of us had finished our meals. Delicious puddings too.
C. C.
Lovely pub grub. Staff are always friendly and attentive. They've been great with all the covid restrictions. Highly recommend!!
P. H.
A good value breakfast. Weekday lunches are good too at £4.99 but Sunday lunch was chaotic. Loads of children, queues for the carvery. Not good for disabled people at all. My 93 yr Mum could not stand to wait. Food was nice. I did feel for the carver who never stopped.
M. C.
Food & service had improved still only a couple of visible doing anything. We took our granddaughter so sat in the children's side, they have lots to keep children interested a DVD of Nemo it was really good, now for the but their was a baby crawling on the floor she was happy lovely little one older children throwing log looking stools on top of things & across the play area no staff around the parents just ignored them an accident waiting to happen. I know staff not responsible to look after the children it's up to parents but a word would have helped.
j. g.
Great place to meet up for a family meal, nice staff good atmosphere.
carvery though is very average.
M. O.
Have eaten here a few times and food is lovely, desserts are amazing(except I didn't get to have one this time)... Although last night was to celebrate my daughter's graduation and was eventful. Fire alarm went off just as we started to eat and the staff handled the evacuation well and was given a full refund.
D. L.
Not bad, carvery was nice. would be better with more meats to choose from but the veg selection was good. The cakes are massive and we'll worth leaving some space for or if your full then cakeaway!
C. G.
Was apprehensive about coming to any restaurant but we were visiting and decided to visit this pub. Staff were all great considering the circumstances, explained everything to us well on the door and food was great. Would highly recommend
j. p.
Called in here on a coach trip,
Every think was ready for us when we went in,
Great carvery, plenty of choice.
The room was very comfortable to sit and eat our meal.
Would definitely go again if I was in the area.
C. F.
Carvery wasn't very good but rest was ok
F. W.
lovely and quiet, not very many families which was perfect! carvery was delicious except for the pork (no crackling) and poor selection of vegetables (many were missing although a sign was up so clearly not replaced). would recommend and go back
C. G.
A very nice place and carvery very good .
N. S.
Very busy eatery, well organised but wait at bar can be too long. Shame they don't have better que system at bar when ordering food and drinks. Sunday 2.30pm still packed but meat well cooked, nice flavour veg and gravy and condiments available. Fantastic puddings but apple crumble has raw non stewed apples. Shame other sweets fine. Yes drinks a little pricey but overall ok.
J. P.
Carvery was amazing! Service great, staff bent over backwards to ensure the service was seamless and with no covid disruption
V. M.
Great food and the desserts are amazing...lots of space inside and outside...staff very friendly
Y. B.
Bit disappointed with the fish and chips. Fish was very dry. I usually love the food here so think this was a one off.
A. H.
The staff are friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is nice to have a chat as you eat or drink. A wonderful looking carvery with multiple options both in size and foods. All the meats are advertised as being slow roasted and look as though they would melt in your mouth. They also have an extensive menu with lots of options, as well as a breakfast buffet in the morning. Separate desert menu is there for a reason their cakes are huge and a delight to behold. Both sweet and savoury tastes are catered for more than adequatley.
K. W.
Fantastic service from the staff how were very friendly and happy to help in any way they could. I went with my family which included my 2 year old son the children's area they have was great for him to play in and as we had a table right by the area we could stay seated and chat well still having an eye on him at the same time. Food was lovely we didn't have to wait long for it to arrive. The puddings are massive and look so good I'm yet to try one myself but my son said the brownie was amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone and I will definitely be going back again.
R. M.
Very good just watch the cake slices. You know the saying 'a slab of cake' well you get more of an 'extra thick slab' of cake'
C. S.
It's so hot in here! It really does out a damper on your meal. The portions are massive so you can't complain there and there is a good selection of veg. Kids are catered for in a large indoor play area (not balls). Overall a standard carvery as eaten in the tropics.
A. R.
Great value for money, generous portions (especially the 'cakeaway' cakes, which are ridiculously large) and a there is a wide range of vegetables to go with the carvery. The staff couldn't be nicer, but the service can be slow when it's busy, as it often feels understaffed.
Update: I'm glad to say the electric car charging facilities are now working well. It took a while for them to be switched on when they were first installed, but I've charged several times here with no problems (apart from the slightly odd decision to paint four 'charging only' bays on the ground, but only install two single socket chargers - I'm not sure what you're supposed to do there if the chargers are both busy!).
M. N.
It's OK, food was edible but was soggy and pretty bland
L. I.
Had the best carvery today.it really was beautiful. Meat melted in my mouth as I like it.pudding to die for.the people there are so well mannered and helpfully. .finally found nice clean disable toilets. .prices are perfect and we will be there again.thankyou everyone
Y. B.
Staff are absolutely lovely. Good atmosphere. Main courses are just ok. Steak and kidney pudding should not be microwaved!!! Mushrooms looked and tasted like they were from a tin.
Latte was lovely and desserts are huge and lovely.
Would go there for coffee and cake but will give dinner a miss.
T. X.
The desserts are humongous, and the staff are a nice bunch. Toilet facilities are to a pretty reasonable standard... But the carvery experience leaves room for considerable improvement.
They have a number of plate sizes going small to big. One kinda expects that the size means you won't fit as much on your plate, and that will indeed be the distinction between the plate sizes.... Not so however. What they don't make clear (at least not during my visit), is that the carver had instructions to only give a specific amount per plate size. Despite one going to the counter to claim one's food in a buffet style arrangement... The portion size is strictly controlled, so really you might as well have ordered it and had it brought to your seat.
Why give the impression of a self serve process if you don't really have control? I wouldn't have minded paying more for a bigger portion, but that wasn't really made clear. Also, I paid for an extra Yorkshire pudding, but it transpired that there were no Yorkshire puddings, so I lost out there too and my paid for extra item was not addressed. Sure I could have made a fuss and maybe got reimbursed, but I was just there to see a friend off at a leaving do, so couldn't be bothered with the hassle.
The desserts as I mentioned earlier; are humongous! They have a good selection, and very big portions. They even help you box up what you can't finish, but I think if you share one of the bigger ones, it's a worthwhile option for sure. The staff were pleasant and helpful with this process, and I felt this is something they are doing better at.
Overall, I feel opportunities were missed, to make the customer experience a more enjoyable one, which is a shame, because at Bluebell Farm, they have got nearly everything else in place. It just felt in the end, like I missed out an opportunity for a more satisfying carvery. Maybe if I ever go back, I will know to buy the bigger plate, and that will garner a better experience?
M. R.
We had 4 carveries to take away which was very tasty and plentiful. The chef 'Mark' was very welcoming and helpful. Well done Bluebell Farm.
N. T.
No need to book a table, just turn up. This place has an area for families with small children, a play area as well. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice of vegetables and as a Carvery, good meat options. Only one small criticism, no peas, plenty of sprouts though.
E. H.
Lovely surroundings good food good value 😋
D. W.
Clean, warm, good portions, you know what to expect in a gastro carvery pub and that's what you get. Good parking with electric recharge points and good disabled access and facilities too. Staff very busy but then it was a Saturday when we visited.
A. L.
Top quality family friendly pub venue to go and have some nice food any day of the week 👍
Good service by the staff, comforting atmosphere and compliments to the chef. Carvery meat was Amazing! Will defo be going back 😋👍
C. M.
I went to Bluebell Farm for lunch on Monday 12th February. The bar seemed to be understaffed. I chose the Shepherds Pie for my main course, it looked good value for £8.49. However it was terrible and not worth the money paid. I couldn't hardly find any meat the filling appeared to be a sloppy consistency of onions and gravy.
I mentioned this to a very polite waitress and she was very apologetic and said "The shepherds pie" was a bought in item (In other words a ready meal) but she would pass my comments on to the kitchen.
She made me a very generous offer of a FREE slice of cake to take away. Very nice but I would have preferred a decent main course.
This was my second visit, on the 1st visit the batter on my fish was very dark (over cooked slightly brunt).
Won't be going there again. 😞😯

Had to do an unexpected run to Worcester Hospital Saturday, job took longer than expected checked on sat nav for some where to eat, not being local i took a chance and a good little place was found. Simple uncomplicated food delivered as requested at a fair and resonable price. Good table service clean toilets and a warm clean environment. Have to say the steak's were just as requested, its too far out of my way to return but if your looking for a decent eat within 5 mins of Worcester Royal Hospital then this is a good place .
E. R.
Booked table on line as there were 12 of us going for my birthday , had problems booking as over 8 people. Called them direct to be told would have to book 2 separate tables and put in comment about being together.
Turned up was shown to table by young girl who showed us two separate tables , I explained all of us wanted to sit together, young girl not helpful at all said nothing she could do no other table that or nothing. Asked for the manager at this point I was disappointed and upset as had planned this.
Can’t praise the manager lauri enough she calmed the situation sorted our table and even helped when my daughter thought she had lost her phone.
Lauri is a credit to the company and if it wasn’t for her we would of left and gone else where now we will be returning.
Meals were good too had a couple of issues but sorted straight away no hassle.
D. W.
Celebrated my parents ruby anniversary. The staff were very helpful. Lela was fantastic. We will be back.
h. g.
Previously rated this a bit lower, but having been a few more times and enjoyed some lovely carveries in a safe feeling environment I'm now changing it to 5 stars. Really enjoyed my last meal.
o. j.
Great food, Great people however I personally believe tgey need to get rid of that under 12 area rule. As we tried to have a family dinner and my dad is viable to headaches. The problem was there was kids screaming every second and running around like hooligans. It almost ruined our experience. But other than that it was good
C. L.
Great place to eat, the only complaint i have is about the angry chef with the tattoos who greets paying customers with anger and hate. He spoilt the vibes last time we went. Long as hes not there it's a perfect place to eat
S. H.
While the food was nice and the cakes look amazing was disappointed with the cleanliness of the building. There was lots of food debris on floor and the toilets were messy. Also had to queue for ages to get a drink. They really need to have table service for drinks. Not sure I would return
L. I.
Lovely food and staff are very helpful
B. B.
Friendly obliging staff (mainly!!) very good food & good value for money spotlessly clean Five star definitley 👍!!!! if not for the misserable, almost rude at best indifferent carvery chefs😲
C. W.
Quite enjoyed this afternoon visit. The food was good as was the beer. Prices are reasonable and the staff not harassed. The place was not busy at this time - 13:30. All the tables were laid ready for occupation and the whole establishment was clean, tidy and well kept.
A. D.
First visit and very impressed! I met 2 friends and we all had an ultimate buffet breakfast. Fantastic selection of food: sausages, bacon, black pudding, tomatoes, beans, hash browns, mushrooms, scrambled and fried eggs. Toast also available as well as unlimited tea and coffee. Delicious fresh food.
If that wasn't enough, on the way out we passed by the dessert counter and were amazed by the enormous cakes and pastries on offer. We each left with a Cakeaway for later! I'll definitely be recommending this to friends and visiting again soon.
Z. B.
Fully booked so couldn't get a table as a walk in, so best to book in advance
L. C.
Good food and service and nice surroundings
C. R.
The food is great but I had to go up to someone to take our order after sitting for 10 minutes
J. S.
Very nice here. Social distancing adhered to and able to order with the app at the table or at the bar. Quick service and excellent desserts although my choices weren't available today. Maybe next time
J. G.
This place is out of this world if you have a family. There is a play area with a good variety of entertainment for the children, the good is fantastic value for your money. I had the ultimate carvery and my wife had the salmon both were amazing, all of my children had good size meals and I feed all 5 of us for under 30 pounds!!! The deserts are nothing I have ever seen and when I took home the giant vanilla slice and ate it the standard did not fail. I will be going here again and will also be recommending Blubell Farm to everyone I meet!!!
M. T.
Inexpensive but great value. Comfortable surroundings and welcoming staff. Will definitely return.
g. L.
Always had a great meal here and the service is brilliant. Food is quick to come out and always hot. Friendly staff and delicious meals have made Bluebell farm our number one place to eat 😀
E. C.
I went with my girlfriend and her family. We went on a Thursday at 1pm on the 28th of December, and the wait was horrendous, we ordered our food at around about 1:30 and half of it arrived at 3:00, the rest arriving 10 to 15 minutes later. This was very disappointing as when you go out for lunch, you expect fairly quick service. Obviously this was not a massive problem as there was company but it began to be a bit ridiculous. Fortunately the staff were very nice and did the best that they could to calm the oncoming storm that was not their fault in the first place. When the food did come however, it was very good and without the wait I would definitely go to this restaurant again. There was not a single person at our table of 7 who had a complaint about the food. Only the wait.
s. l.
The menus need cleaning, food very nice ,service a bit slow
K. p.
Nice food overly delicious cakes and icecream
M. L.
Very disappointed tonight. Waited over an hour for food and had to ask where it was told it was on its way, it turned up 10 mins later without the peas and tartar sauce. Chips spilt on table during delivery which was a genuine accident and they were replaced. But I have to say I didn't get the feeling anybody really cared. We had to wait ages to be served as did everyone else. Only two staff on bar serving for both food and drinks. Food was ok and this why I gave three stars. We decided not to bother with desert because of the wait to order and the wait for food. We went to Tesco's on the way home for Ben n Jerry's.
S. B.
The food was tasty enough from the carvery, but the service was patchy because capacity is higher than the staff can cope with. A promised vegetarian accompaniment to the carvery never arrived and other customers were finding it difficult to get served on the dessert counter.
R. J. (. G. K.
God food at a rerasonable price. Can get very full at peak times but service is friendly. Carvery is good value. Deserts are enormous and delivered by forklift. Served by a helpful but overworked young man by the name or Morgan.
H. W.
Good size pub, great staff. It was very busy during our visit but the staff tried very hard to please which was appreciated. Food good and portions very large. Enjoyed the time spent at the establishment.
h. a.
Attentive staff. The carvery chef could really do with an assistant on a Sunday! I had to wait 35 mins for my carvery. The food itself was very tasty and hot. The timescale is the only reason I dropped a star rating.
S. J.
We came in last Friday night and we were served excellent food which came quickly despite the business. It was a good meal and the ice-cream was great. Morgan on the bar was very friendly and helpful.
P. M.
An OK carvery with a good 'other choices' menu. The restaurant is fine during the week but I wouldn't go on a Sunday again - far too busy, the carvery queue was very, very long (took about half an hour) and full of unhappy customers!
t. g.
It's a good place to have food at . There are plenty of opinions to choose from the menu and also they provide a kids menu. If you have a baby who needs feeding the staff are very helpful .there are plenty of food and drink items to choose from . If you have children there is a family area with a play area and game consoles and arcade games . You can always get a table if it is not got many people and I would check the times that the place is the most busy .if you go when it's busy it is hard to get a table for large amounts of people. The food is really good but on a busy day you could be waiting 45 minutes+for you food but is worth the wait for the quality of the food and the carvery is always popular because you have a good selection of meats and vegetables
T. B.
Great food from the menu, with a good selection. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy to park. Best family meal out we have had in ages. Will certainly be back and will probably be heading there before the rugby.
p. b. (. G.
The Breakfast was adequate, unlike a few other buffet breakfast venues where you can go up again at The Bluebell you have to decide on a normal or large and you are either given a normal plate or a very small one. This tends to make you possibly overload your plate in order to make sure you have enough with the possibility of wasting food. I found that the containers weren't topped up quickly enough creating queues waiting for the replenishment of the different items. One bonus is that the price is reasonable and you can have as much coffee and tea as you want as this is included in the price. I will go again.
T. L.
Wow!! Just dropped in for a quick meal. What a gem to find, great food, great service, real good value. Perfect for families. Check out the "cake away" options it'll blow away your mind and any dieting plans. Will visit again without a doubt.
H. M.
Cheap and cheerful, the staff although somewhat limited in numbers are very polite.
The portions are great, the puddings could feed a small army!!
The food is pretty decent and good sized.
B. I.
Mid week carvery was delicious. Comfy surroundings food presented lovely. Different sizes of plates for carvery to suit as well. Defo going back and gonna take kids
S. B.
My fiance and i went for lunch there today and had a lovely carvery he had a large and i had a standard it was more than enough, great selection of vegetables great food all round, the lager was nice too, the staff were friendly, i recommend this to anyone, will be going again next weekend
H. A.
This restaurant is fantastic. Great variety of food on offer. Polite and friendly staff, hardly any waiting time for a seat, average waiting time for food.
Overall very satisfied will definitely recommend to others
G. H.
Pub is probably 1/3rd capacity and there is over an hour wait for food. A gent on the table next to me didn't even get his meal so cancelled it as was told it was going to be an hour and all his family had their meals.
Ok I get it's Xmas eve but it really isn't that busy and let's be honest most people go to a carvery for that specific reason so the odd people ordering menu meals shouldn't have to wait this long.
I fear for when there is something on and this place is full coz waiting to
One would be over 2 hours and that's got to be some pretty special food to wait that long.
D. M.
We hadn't intended to visit the pub, but KFC were still chicken less. The place on a Sunday afternoon was busy but we were found a table for 2 straight away. We opted for the carvery, a choice of 4 meats and plenty of veg, we went with the standard carvery which is plenty, but you can also have a larger plate or the ultimate carvery, you must be a big eater for these options. A fresh turkey was put on whilst in the queue so you don't get offered scrag ends. A fairly log queue so be patient. My wife had the ice cream for afters. All in all very nice. Glad KFC couldn't supply.
l. N.
Lovely carvery and really good selection of vegetables. The desserts looks amazing but we were to full to manage one. Staff were really welcoming and friendly.
I. C.
I am giving it a 4 because the breakfast buffet was very tasty, the only problem was because we booked our table for 10. 30 the food was just warm and needed to be kept hot but I know how hard it is to keep the food hot.
m. j.
Nice carvery but the main attraction was the desert dishes here they are massive and made in house we have been told and usually there so big and tasty they give you a box to take what you cant eat with you .
You will be hard pressed to find a bigger dessert than this anywhere else .
On Sundays it can get very busy so best go slightly later in the afternoon to avoid the crowds.
J. P.
Not yet order off the main Manu always have the carvery. I fine the beef is always cook really nice. How ever sum times it's a long wait because they only have one person caving when it's busy.
K. H.
Good staff good food very relaxing
K. S.
Tried Bluebell Farm for the 1st time tonight and we will be back! Very reasonable prices, generous portions and friendly staff! There was a 30 minute wait on food but this didn’t bother us - we were told on ordering and it’s to be expected on a Friday night in half term. Will be saving some room next time to try their cakes which look incredible!
P. K.
Great quality pub food
M. H.
Had carvery 3 times now, twice meat and vegetables were perfect, one of the times not so much, veg was hard and beef chewy. Would be 5 stars otherwise.
R. S.
First ever visit, went early to avoid the crowds, carvery was good, staff were better than excellent! Very very friendly, accommodating and looked after us very well.. fantastic children’s area for my six year old to play on, recommend this place
J. S.
No problems with the food quality or price but took far too long to serve us. One young member of staff handling the meat was clearly not enough. Little sign of supervision and it spoilt our family meal
a. S.
Carvery was nice, but man carving meats needs to be a lot quicker. Standing for 40 mins waiting to be served was too long. Service at the bar and riding food very good, staff very pleasant too.
D. T.
Great food. Fab staff always chatty and polite. Comfy settings.
V. O.
Amazing experience and great place to go. Food was lovely, the variety of activities available for children too. A clean and well decorated location, everything spot on. Resonable prices and great customer service. Member of staff called Naomi is so friendly and helpful, opposite of the assistant manager that is suppose to direct customers to the tables, but instead puts people off by saying that waiting time to get a table is 45mins when is actually 10mins (she should be doing a different job and keep away from customers)
I. S.
Great family pub and dining experience. Portions really good size. Could do with one or two more members staff during busy periods, but love this place.
C. M.
Great if you like carveries and monster desserts but a couple of recent visits have put us off going back due to the food quality of their grill. Still get four stars though due to their top service in trying to make things right.
D. S.
Chris, Sonia and the grandchildren treated me to lunch for my birthday meal today, I'm going to be 65 years young tomorrow. We had such a lovely time. Thank you so much for such a brilliant time. Will open my presents in the morning. My flowers are beautiful too. Xxxx
M. B.
Food is nice puddings are fantastic but would book on Sundays also if only 2 they do put you in some rather cramped area too many tables cramped in. Carvery ok for money only bonus will give is they have a salad bar free when food is ordered. Would have given 3 stars but got 4 for the puddings. 😍
T. H.
Carvery was the best. All served in compliance with Covid regulation. Standard meal is really good value &£8.99
s. C.
Sam's cakes bang
C. J.
What a lovely meal and such friendly staff. One on particular was really nice even though they were rushed off their feet. Meg was her name and had a really wide and sincere smile. Well done BlueBell
A. O.
food was average. I had ordered the club sandwich chicken and bacon. but when it arrived at the table it was cold. it the pudding that are their saving grace. IMMENSE
G. B.
Lovely carvery great food and service
L. A.
The carvery was gorgeous, but the staff could with a bit more when it comes to welcoming customers. Lovely young waiter did walk past & ask if our meal was alright.
D. H.
Went back things improved review stars changed
Visit one didn't go well thought I'd give them. A second chance however apparently topped chips actually meant a separate portion nothing like over upselling
Staff don't know price for offered upgrades/upsells
Seems very over staffed to other GK venues
Nice venue but staff should be trained properly

Nice clean restaurant friendly staff good parking facilities. Food was good and reasonably priced but portions were a little small. Would eat here again if nearby but wouldn't go out of my way.

Been a few times now, the 1st time was great! Good food and great customer service.. 2nd time was good... good food but customer service wasn't the best.. no one spoke to you, let alone smile! Shame..
D. J.
Great food but service could do with some minor improvements
A. W.
Fantastic breakfast... Doesn't feel like a buffet style meal... Lots of comfortable seating... Great on your own... As a small group or large...
K. W.

I liked Bluebell Farm, the food was plentiful and cheap. It was tasty for a vegan. Everyone seemed polite and friendly. I'd definitely come again.

I ordered 3 glasses of tap water a Rosso & Lemonade and tea for one £16. Dear water. 2 days later ordered a carvery and tea for two. Had to knock the kitchen door to get someone to serve up. Halfway through the meal we are still waiting for the tea. When it arrived the tea cups were tea stained.
H. P.
Carvery was good no peas though! We decided to take cake home I decided I would have the unicorn however the top decoration did not come with it some more of a rainbow cake! Wished I had known as would have choosen something else. Also my other half asked if there was nuts in the mars attack cake no one had an answer!
T. C.
Great carvery.....but you have to pay extra for pigs in blankets for loses a star for that.
C. H.
Visited with my family has a good play area for little ones. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was good value and we were warned of a wait for our meals so we could choose to wait or not
A. M.
To many potato choices (5) not enough veg choice (4) carrots rock hard carrots and sweed so spicy it ruind the meal. We asked the manager to try them she asked the chef what was in them and was told just carrot and sweed she wouldn't try them herself. Even my partner Left his and he can eat spicy food. Left nearly all my meal as all you could taste was the spice. We did have a refund on my meal. We were hopping this would become our local but not looking like it now

Good service, excellent carvery additional to menu. Clean tidy, spacious good value. Family areas for children.
N. P.
Good menu choices, offer a 'golden years' menu for those over 60 at good value. Kids meal very cheap at £2.99 with ice cream for under 8s and the puddings are obscene in size!!
M. W.
Great venue, great menu at very reasonable prices, great service and lovely food. Cakes and desserts come in giant portions and frankly are just to die for. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
J. B.
Service has improved and was quick. Meal was very good large portions. Chicken and bacon salad partner had steak and ale pie.

Had a lovely carvery here today , meat was tender and there was lots of veg to choose from , puddings are humongous, it did get very busy and think bar and waiting staff were struggling a little but all in all a very nice meal :)

Food was a bit late and not great. At the bar I was ignored a lot. Kids loved the play area though. Customer service could be improved

Excellent food, good value for money. Nice surroundings and atmosphere. Slow service at the bar. Would not want to be there at busy times because bar service would stop.

However.....

Very quiet at time of visit (England playing world cup) Loads of empty tables. Carvery veg obviously been there a long time dried out and burnt. I suspect it's usually fresher.

Service was spot on, but the food hasn't improve at all, left most of it..... 3 of us had breakfast 1 was veggie & she said the veggie sausage were tasty but as for the rest the bacon was very fatty and barely cooked and the rest some what tasteless, we think the food needs a review guys, as could do alot better.
C. R.
Enjoyed a carvery meal here, served by very pleasant, friendly staff. Have booked again for a big family party next Saturday.
M. S.
Superb
Friendly and lovely food.
M. B.
Food quality was excellent for the price of meals. Accepting it is a new establishment and was busy for Christmas period, they where short staffed, but they dealt with this admirably and kept on smiling. This is definitely a place we will return to even when considering the 15 mile journey.
