What a lovely place. Super friendly and a very contemporary ice cream parlour. A great array of desserts and the portion sizes are not for the faint hearted (or anyone watching the calories)!. Coffee was also excellent. I would highly recommend this for a sweet treat or decadent coffee stop.

A member of staff by the name of Tom introduced us. He was so sweet and made us feel very comfortable. He catered to our every need and gave us a great service. We ordered 3 milkshakes and they were lovely. Can’t go wrong with a milkshake

Amazing waffles and ice cream, amazing staff, very polite. Disappointed that they did not do maple syrup, just a maple flavoured sauce, yuk , no thank you . Has to be the real deal for those amazing waffles. That loses 1star. Shame.

Visited on multiple occasions and each time the desserts have been amazing. I have a very sweet tooth so love places like these. The only thing that let's them down is the staff and there General customer service. The staff don't seem to be interested, the just sit you with menus and that's it. There's no small talk or pleasantries etc sometimes desserts come separately when they should come together and sometimes you get your dessert before your drink Despite this the food is just too good so that's why I will continue to visit

Nice ice cream down rated for the immediate pestering about eating in or take away as it was we eat take away in as it is confusing how things work. How do you know what you want to do before you know what they have the over large menu does not list all the ice creams and is very confused. Not sure if all the ice creams available off the menu are available for eat in.

Food was really nice but poor service. The food was nice but Pauline was quite rude and had two arguments with friends. Also she let us know by not smiling or giving us any indication she wanted us. This service needs improving.

Lovely staff, very polite, welcoming and happy. I had a scoop of cherry, a scoop of hazelnut and a scoop of toffee All three were delicious but the hazelnut was exceptional! This place is great, go get an ice cream.

Wide selection of desserts including sundaes, waffles, pancakes and cakes. All changeable with fruit, ice-cream and chocolate etc. I particularly like the cookie dough and ice-cream. Also the waffles are very filling. Great after a light bite.

The food was really tasty and good..The wait for it wasn't. By the time our food came we had drank our milk shakes that were made with what tasted like long life milk. We could not taste the chocolate or banana flavour..😷
