Huge range of toppings with your choice of pancake, crepe and waffle. Or have an ice cream sundae. Hard to imagine that a dessert lover wouldn't be happy here! Friendly staff and good quality food. The downside is that opening hours don't always match what is advertise, so check first.

I'm sure this place is great for kids and their kids menu was pretty good but overall I wasn't very impressed with this place. A few specifics:- Service- It was quick but it was a Tuesday evening, hardly peak time. What bothered me was the dishes were brought out at different times. My wife finished hers before mine came out. Food- Food was ok, the ice cream wasn't great and there are better places to go for this. I got one of there cookie dishes and the cookie itself was quite tasty. Vibe- it doesn't have much character. All in all of you want dessert pop into one of the other independent places round the corner. If you want somewhere fun for kids then here might work.

From the moment we walked into the shop the staff were very polite and welcoming. The food took an average 10 minutes after ordering and it was delightful! So tasty and worth the money. I'd honestly visit this shop every week if I lived in the area and we will defiantly visit the nearest store to us in Birmingham

Surprised me and my friend positively! The service was fast and the staff friendly. I got a waffle dish and the portion was huge! Normally I don't even like strawberry flavoured ice-cream, but I actually enjoyed the one served here so a plus for that. The berries and fruits on my dish were delicious and the orange squash tasted nice. The price in general seems to be a bit lower than the other nearby places too. There's also sockets under every table for those who need one. Only positives for us and we're definitely visiting again!

Got a "Kicking Kinder" crepe and a white hot chocolate as a little treat over JustEat, needless to say; it was incredible! I do have a little complain though, the 50p I paid for the "indulgent" part might have gotten ignored as there were no marshmallows, chocolate flakes... The whipped cream in the photo below was my doing hahah. That aside, the food is great and that's what matters!! Would highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth. 💕💝

They were really great. They were open late and have a large selection of vegan desserts. The girl at the counter was really kind. She showed us all the vegan options and even showed me what they looked like so I could make a decision. And while we waited for them to prepare are order, she let is sit inside. It's a really nice atmosphere with great music. 😊🌈✨

Delicious, Tasty and Mouth-watering crepe I ever had!!!! I ordered the Ferraro Rocher Crepe and OMG as soon as I took my first bite, it tasted AMAZING! Thank You to Suk, who made my dessert and his customer service was great!!! Defo have my dessert here again!!!

Such a good place! Not too expensive, in my opinion, compared to other dessert places in the area. Service was quick (went on a Saturday afternoon) and the food was delicious. It was wonderfully presented - I had a large fruit platter (which I've uploaded a picture of) and an ice crusher, and my husband had a mint chocolate waffle (also uploaded a picture) and a hot chocolate. The place also has a really nice atmosphere with some quirky lighting and seats. Will definitely visit again.

The best dessert place in Worcester. I use to go with my kids to cream and crepes before. But customer service is absolutely awful in there. So today decided to try something new and we had great experience. Very welcoming, friendly environment, tasty desserts and quite reasonable price too. That's what Worcester needs. Thank you! Place is still new so staff trying theirs best to manage it all, but definitely need more people working for busy times. Good menu, plenty of choises, huge range of ice cream. We tried waffles, only criticism for our liking waffles lacks of flavour or a touch of sweetener as it is quite bland and a bit on a dry side. Otherwise was very pleasant experience. Will definitely come back .

It was very delicious, I had the waffle with snickers ice cream and chocolate sauce and nuts on top with cream on the side, the portion was just to much to take plus waffle was a bit dry for my liking after time though the bottom got sogey quite quickly. Very friendly staff and polite was very open about taking any feedback. Overall lovely place to go and have a delicious dessert that has many flavours.

My 14 year old daughter visited today with her friends as a birthday treat. My daughter and group could not praise this place enough. The cookie dough, fruit dessert and drinks were delicious. When birthday was mentioned a surprise came out with icing. The family can't wait to visit next time. A Big Thankyou for your wonderful place! 🎂

Cheaper than creams and swirly joes. Has a good range of menu and waffles are especially nice and light. Been a few times now and always received great customer service. Recommend booking in advance for 4+ people as space upstairs is limited, however they do have extra seating downstairs as well.

Although the staff were friendly and helpful there were only two on a Saturday afternoon. This made the wait longer than it should have been. The desserts were good. However I would have thought you would get more than four Maltesers on a Maltesers waffle. The kids crepes were a decent size, but there was not as much toppings on the adult waffles as you might get in a competitors.

Me and my partner came here as part of a date night. We both ordered a mix and match waffle where you can choose two toppings and was priced at just under £8. Waffles were made fresh and completed with ice cream to compliment your choice of topping. I chose half ferrero rocher and hald kinder bueno which had 1 scoop of matching ice cream for each and finished with squirty cream. The place itself was very clean and played background music which was nice. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful, explaining what to do as it was our first visit. The portion was huge so I wouldn't recommend eating here after a large meal but I will definitely be visiting again!
