I had never been before. This place is awesome. Amazing food! Oh so sickly. Yes it isn't the cheapest but it's worth it for a treat. Has a real American dinner feel. Highly recommend for anyone with kids

As always the food was great. Not happy with the service this time. Left standing at the entrance for 10 mins. No spoon given, had to go and ask. My daughters ice-cream came out 10 mins before my waffle, a bit strange. Overall it was OK. But OK is only 4 stars this time.

We visited Kaspa's for the first time today. I had heard we might have to queue to get it, but we were lucky and got seated straight away. All the staff were very friendly and laughed at my sons' eyes popping out of his head when the food arrived ☺️ Everything we ordered was delicious, we'll definitely be back when we need a treat 😋

No parking facility but there is an NCP a couple of roads along. Seated promptly, had to ask for menus as not initially given to us, LOTS of choice!! Prices not bad for portion size you get! Kids absolutely loved it and made a nice couple of hours to celebrate a birthday. There's something for everyone! Recommend and will be back!

It was not a good start when I got here the Menus was not cleaned at all we got 3 that was very dirty one was coved in Mike shake and the our two have not been clean as it had bits of food in side it when I asked for the manager I was told there is no manager there at all and no supervisor as well I never see a business work like this but when we got our food it was amazing and full of flavours and just felt like it was melting in my mouth and the milk shakes we got was outstanding love the food and drinks just the let down of no manager or supervisor and the food menus not been cleaned I will try come back here one day again I hope to see better results

Mehhh... We took my son as a treat for having a good school report for the year. We were seated quickly by a friendly lady. There is a LOT to choose from! My husband paid for himself and my step daughter and I paid for me and my son. Hubby went first, the lady at the till took his order but sort of just left him standing when the transaction was finished. I went next and tried to order the limited edition Eton mess waffle to be told they aren't doing it. If you're not doing it perhaps you should take the poster out of the window and the promotional slide off of your TV? I paid the amount and then was left as the lady served the next person waiting without saying anything further to me. I thought this quite rude as it wasn't exactly packed, there were 3 tables including us, no huge queue and it wasn't clear whether we were done or not 🤷‍♀️ so rather than stand there like a lemon i went back to my table. After 5 minutes or so the lady is trying to call me over from the till as my payment didn't go through. I had my back to her so had no idea she was trying to get my attention...perhaps she could have come over to us and asked me to come back and try again, there were plenty of other employees behind the counter I'm sure they could have manned the till for 2 minutes. And shouting "her card has been declined" might not be the sort of thing to shout out across the room, busy or not. Hubby had the Reese's limited edition waffle that looked nothing like the picture and was lacking somewhat in toppings. The other 3 waffles were stacked with toppings and sauce so it was a bit odd that the limited edition one was so poor. The food was good bar the Reese's waffle and its very clean but the service is very lacking and it isn't exactly cheap!

Nice place but service very slow, took half hour to get our puddings! Staff all standing around chatting, one pudding was put in microwave to heat up but they forgot it so it was very gooey once we got it!! Apart from that it was very tasty

Heard of these places but never actually been to one. Nephews and niece insisted we go here for deserts. Venue was nice, not too crowded, our party of seven was attended to quickly and the staff were lovely and polite. The desserts were also great with lots of variety, good portions and I thought reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Finally, Worthing has got their first franchising Kaspa's. Their waffles and crepes are absolutely delicious. All the stuff are very friendly. Food waiting time is quite average like others. You might have to wait the seats during the weekend. Opening time is 11AM to 11PM.

Heavenly puds, gargantuan serving sizes and a plethora of choices on the menu. It has a strangely unique decour, almost like the inside of a nightclub. Staff are friendly enough and are able to accommodate for disabilities. The only thing that could make this place better was if the offered free WiFi to their customers. The menu is pricey, but this is justified by the uniqueness of the puddings they serve. Overall, I would recommend Kaspa's deserts as place to go for puddings.

Popped into here after shopping in town, (and I fancied something sweet). They did not disappoint. We each ordered a milkshake, and an ice cream sundae. Both took minutes to arrive and as you can see by the photograph, they looked amazing. I'll definitely be returning here next time I need to satisfy another sweet craving.

5* service We were sat in the booth right by the door, it was very cold, we asked if it was possible to move tables and the staff were very helpful. Was very busy, but the service was quick. The food is very good albeit expensive, my daughter loved it. Here's the negative - I'm hard of hearing and you have to go up and order, not normally an issue however The waitress was in a mask, behind a screen in front of the smoothie maker which was so loud I couldn't hear anything. I explained twice that I was def and I twice asked her to remove her mask, she possibly couldn't hear me over the smoothie machine. She didn't remove her mask but did eventually turn the machine off only for her colleague to turn it back on mid conversation. - Shock horror the order was wrong what a suprise. This is down to the manager not the waitress. Move that machine away from the till and let your staff know that they will have to remove masks to speak to def customers.

Had a great first experience and would definitely go back. The staff were absolutely amazing. There were some youngsters being really disrespectful and started throwing food and the waitress dealt with it brilliantly. It was busy so there was lots going on and our order was mixed up but again the dealt with the situation and we are all human and mistakes happen. It really wouldn’t put me off going back. Highlight was 100% the customer service.

The food was very nice, well presented and served quickly (it was a quiet time with only 4 or 5 tables dining). However it seems that if the staff member enters something wrong on the till they can't change it! The server read my order back, but he had entered a crepe instead of a waffle. I had to over-pay and then get refunded for the wrong and therefore additional part of the order, except they gave it in cash... so odd. Then they didn't inform the kitchen, so that part of the order still arrived at our table! I think it cost us too much ordering mostly create your own dessert options, with 3 soft drinks it worked out at almost £40 for 4 people!! The drinks arrived after the puddings had, not ideal. They also got another part of my order wrong - a sauce topping - but did nothing about this when I told them. They don't come back to your table after serving and ask if everything is ok with your food. We had a nice time and the kids loved it, it was a great treat, but it just wasn't perfect.

Went here for second time as first time was told an hour's wait so went to wimpy up the road. This second time got seat eventually once the manager had pointed out people were waiting to the staff. Nice atmosphere but found the music to loud as could not hold a easy conversation. Food was nice but I personally prefer savoury than sweet foods. But was suggested as did cake and it was my birthday. Overal a pleasant enough experience the prices were not cheap or massively overpriced. My children love it and have been louts of times with friends and parties etc.

We went here for a birthday treat for my daughter. Despite reading some negative reviews on wait times and customer service we wanted to see for ourselves. I must say we were really impressed, the staff were open and honest about wait times from the start and we waited 10 minutes for a table and about twenty minutes for our food. To be honest with the amount of food and options on the menu it’s fair to wait a little longer since the staff have to prepare all different things at once that don’t necessarily come out at the same time. Staff were friendly, polite and the food was amazing! Will deffo go back, not the sort of place you can rush to eat if your tight on time, but for special occasions an absolute must! Don’t complain about how busy it is, it’s good to see a thriving business in our town, means it’s here for the long haul, but do expect it to be busy! 👍

Went with a couple of friends after an earlier meal in town. We were all pleasantly surprised as to how good the food was. Same prices you would expect in a restaurant but better quality and taste, plus it’s all made fresh. Would definitely recommend, makes a nice twist to a mid week evening out. Wow, never noticed this place was there however stumbled on it in the process of finding somewhere. Was a great experience, very friendly staff and the food was delightful...... After reading the other reviews I was dubious, but at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon the place was pretty much empty. We got seated immediately in the booth we wanted to sit in by a friendly, smiling waitress, ordered a waffle and some drinks and they were served together within about 10 minutes. Just to say thank you to the amazing manager at this venue. We had difficulty getting though on Sunday he took the trouble to phone us and apologised in person. We booked for a party of 7 to go on Monday and he a came up to to greet us and apologised again . Then he showed us to our seat we coukd not have asked for better service staff were very polite and attentive without being in your face. Lovely deserts will be going there again for sure. 5 stars would give you more but your top rate is five and you are top rate.

I gone late in the evening, about 10pm ish. It was good I had a waffle it was really nice. I was a bit unsure what to do first of all you wait to be seated that was very quick. You look through the menu. We decided but you have to go up to the counter to pay and order first quoting your table number. Once I ordered someone came over said it the topping I would liked was out of stock choose something else. I choose something cheaper than my original order. I had to say I wanted the cost diffrence. I did receive it and my order arrived. I enjoyed it but they do need a better system off ordering and make it clearer. Need to advises the opening hours too. I would go here again but in a couple of months when they find there feet. Update: went back Sunday evening opening state 11pm it closes went down at 10pm waited by the door then was greeted to be told take away only not very happy. This place seems to be still disorganised. this was the last time I will be returning.
