M. S. J.Great place if you love the desert but the quantity is more for one person. I wish they can keep half the desert for 1 person so that people can really enjoy more. Can keep as small, medium and large deserts. Loved the mango ice cream though.
A. J.Food & drink nice and reasonablly priced. Themed decor okay but cleaning regime needs attention. Staff hospitality could be better.

Place was in a bit of a shape, big gangs of teenagers etc. Service wasnt the best, no table service. Worth a visit for a family treat I suppose.

Then there was the music, the music ruined the whole experience just constant Drill music which didn't match the vibe and it was horrible super loud and hard to focus on talking. m. c.When you walk in you are shown to your table and given menus, I assumed (wrongly!!) that someone would then come back and take your order, we sat for about 10 mins waiting then realised we had to go to the counter to order.. maybe when you are shown to the table you could be told to go to the counter when ready to order! Apart from that, the cafe was spotless.. there was so much choice we couldn't decide what to have, when we had we ordered and it didn't take long for our desserts to arrive and they were delicious, coffee was one of the nicest I have tasted, no bitterness to it and no aftertaste.. the toilets looked like they could do with a bit of a better scrub and although it states on the door they are regularly checked I'm not sure they are as there was no loo roll in the one I went into and the floor looked like it could do with a mop.. besides these minor issues I will definitely be back when I'm in the area and I would recommend to anyone visiting Wrexham.

A. S.I guess I go into these dessert cafes with a slightly skeptical attitude – which is weird because I generally love anything cake/dessert. But this place didn't do much for me. The menu is huge, promising all kinds of sweet treats. But the execution was bland and generally uninspiring, and certainly not the prices charged.
I've given 3 stars because the place was clean, tidy, well presented, and the facilities were immaculate.

J. B.Very nice and clean place. the selection is very big and i think everybody could find something just for them. Also some waffles are just too sweet, but still worth trying them. I been there twice in one day, the first time i went there with my sister to try some waffles and the service was very good and we didn't need to wait too long for our order. The second visit was after 5pm to get some waffles to take away for my partner to try them. Again, i was waiting just a few minutes, and my waffles were ready. For the people who are complaining about the service - at about 2pm there were 3 staff members in the shop, and when the place is quite busy i think is OK not to be their happiest when they are running around trying to make sure that all of their customers have been served. I see no reason to complain about this. And in my case they were polite and heplfull. I will be going back in the future.
S. R.Second time ordering tonight, the waffles you can't fault but the ice cream you get with it and the size is ridiculous. A little sqwirt isn't enough for the price. Also i wouldn't even entertain the sundeas, partner had one tonight and it was half empty, also £9 in a half empty thin pot. Pffffttt really taking the Michael on it. Good job we had 25% off or it would of been over £30 for 3 of us.

We really need more places in Wrexham like this, they style inside is amazing and I like the glitter, it’s my favourite place to go I went for my birthday party and everybody loved it, the food can get a bit sickly so it would be good if you sold some fruit salads or whatever, but that doesn’t really matter.
Food is amazing! And I love the bubble mania drinks! My favourite thing there is the cookie dough it is good 🤤😍

G. S.Decorated lovely and food lovely but service poor! Don't know if we went on a bad day but others didn't say this, my drink and one of my children's dessert came first, waited 5 minutes for other 2 orders but didn't bring cutlery or drinks, had to ask for cuterly but my daughters crepe had gone cold waiting for it so it was rubbery, then had to ask for drinks, which were in glass bottles and waitress went to go so I had to ask for a straw or glass as they were in glass bottles, don't think we will be a hurry to go back unfortunately ( also watch out as I had cheesecake and they asked if. I wanted cream or icecream but when I checked receipt they charged an extra pound for this and I wouldn't have it really but thought it came with it)
