All of the team were incredibly helpful and friendly while guiding me through the process of getting a mortgage, as a first time buyer. Everything was explained to me so I had a total understanding of proceedings and I felt that they were acting in my best interests and professionally the whole time. After securing my mortgage, they assisted me by advising on relevant insurance and add on products. This all made for a very hassle free experience.
