Brilliant service again, Gareth and the team were able to arrange a mortgage in a difficult situation where direct discussion with the same lender didn't bear fruit. Gareth took the time to understand the situation and presented it to a range of potential lenders in such a way as to avoid the 'computer says no' response which is all too common when the circumstances aren't straight forward. The support team, headed up by Lynn, kept me informed at every step and were quick to give gentle reminders when outstanding information was required (a much appreciated service). This is the first time I have made an effort to log on to put a review and that is just because the advice and the service I have received from Lynn over the last few years have been above and beyond what you would expect. In addition, what I really like about Lynn is, whenever I call for an update on the case, I usually get an update which is punchy, precise and to the point within 30 to 45 seconds.
