My wife and I were recommended to Simkey Mortgages and Karan when moving to a new property. We were both slightly concerned as after recently re mortgaging our old property and using a differant mortgage advisor we endured months and weeks of uncertainty and weeks of waiting and ended up with a less than desirable mortgage not from a mainstream lender after being advised thats all we could get. However Karan was completely different and devoted to his job and was adamant he would secure a mortgage we wanted for the new property with a high street lender at a good rate. Within 8 days he had secured the mortgage as promised which was fantastic I would certainly recommend him to anyone and will certainly being contacting him when our fixed rate is up.
