Stephen Webb, top class. If you have bad credit or any defaults etc on your credit report, fear not. I thought I had no chance of getting a mortgage having tried before and getting knocked back. Stephen Webb went above and beyond for me during the process of buying my first home. From start to finish Stephen has been a supportive guide. During the Covid-19 pandemic I actually contacted several mortgage advisors via telephone and I found that when I contacted Stephen he was the only one who sounded genuine and he did not show any prejudice towards my low income and affordability instead he showed an empathetic understanding and told me he would help me get out of my run down rental property and into my own home. Stephen initially explained what I needed to do to get on the property ladder and asked me to get back to him when I had cleaned up my finances. He then got my mortgage in principal and gave me the go ahead to apply for properties. Stephen then recommended my solicitors and an additional surveyor to carry out another report. Without these recommendations I would not know where to start as I am completely new to buying property. During the Covid-19 pandemic a lot of people have decided to save for a property and therefore the housing market is very busy, Stephen knew of my own urgency to get on the market and he did everything he could to speed up that process by contacting property surveyors and requesting earlier dates to ensure I was successful in securing the property I wanted. During the process of buying my first home there were a few challenges, such as a change of property and issues around my affordability due to my own unique circumstances but nothing was ever an issue or a problem to Stephen. He never once showed any judgement instead he found solutions to anything that arose. Stephen worked 7 days a week and during unsociable hours to help me in securing my mortgage and he liaised professionally with all parties involved such as Solicitors, Estate agents, Property Surveyors and Lender underwriters. This took the pressure off me and meant that all I had to do was send across documents and he dealt with everything else. Stephen showed a genuine desire to help me secure the property I wanted and he was contactable and responsive throughout the process of my mortgage application. I feel that this is extremely important when you are trying to make the biggest purchase of your life. Therefore, I highly recommend that anyone who wants to get on the property ladder should contact Stephen Webb. He was prepared to help me and I guarantee he would be prepared to help anyone! He will guide and support you throughout with his professional expertise. He will ensure that you will own your home and you will be able to move on from paying someone else’s mortgage !

Where to start. Dealing with Sacha was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. At the start of our house buying process we visited a number of mortgage advisors, while the majority seemed disinterested and were eager to provide the necessary advice and move on, Sacha was the opposite.
