From the outset Paddy was professional, responsible and responsive, given it was during lockdown, and our availability kept changing for various reasons, he was always flexible and accommodating. I don’t think we could have navigated the world of house buying without him, he was always on hand to answer our questions, however big or small. Can't recommend Paddy highly enough, going above and beyond to help me buy my first house. Due to Covid and the house requiring work, my first mortgage essentially fell through due to the bank (Danske, would not recommend them) changing their requirements after 7 weeks, just as I was set to finalize. Paddy then helped me quickly find the new best deal and got it pushed through very quickly. During the whole process he dealt with both the solicitors and estate agent, keeping everything on track as much as possible.
